And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

I met with Kurt for the initial estimate and he was great in pointing out the kind of work that needed to be done and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once I made the decision to go with 3 Generations, I started working with Jeremy who went the extra mile to meet me at my work to sign the paperwork and select the type of siding for the house. We signed the paperwork in the late Fall, which is a busy time for them but Jeremy was always up front with their estimated timing, which I really appreciated. Once the work started, the job was completed pretty quickly. Again, Jeremy and his crew were very communicative and kept me updated on the status of the work until it was done. They also fixed some plywood dry rot and installed new plywood as well as correcting some roof deck problems in addition to all of the siding replacement. I've included some pictures the old siding, which was cracked and loose as well some pictures of the new siding to show the improvement. From my experience, I would recommend 3 Generations Improvements for any siding or repair work you may need!

We felt very comfortable with Kurt who came out and meet with us and also the price was very fair. We had a very old shake siding that was starting to dry rot and fall off the house. We could not go another winter without getting it taken care of. Kurt presented us with two options. He let us know about Hardy Siding and LP Smart Siding. Both great options but we decided to go with Hardy Siding which was a bit more expensive but not by much. Their crew was great. David was the lead installer on the job, he was very professional and accommodating to any questions we may have had. If he saw something that he wasn't sure about i.e. wires all over the place, he asked me first before doing anything. When the house was finished it looked like a new house, it turned out great. I would highly recommend getting in contact with 3 Generations for any siding needs you may have.

A few days before the appointment, Kyle, the technician, called to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the process and arrived on time for the inspection. Kyle thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof and then walked me through his findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. He showed me the photos he had taken and explained what he was seeing. He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. I really appreciated the professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and transparency. I would highly recommend Straight Line Roofing, and especially Kyle, to anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

They set clear expectations from the start and communicated well throughout the entire project. They worked hard and were completely responsible and accountable. At one point they accidentally broke a skylight, but instead of cutting corners, they went above and beyond to get it repaired properly and made it right. They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!
