The women there were fantastic! I brought in my old bear, and they were kind enough to add more stuffing and stitch him up for me. They even helped me with the new outfit I bought for him. I can't stress enough how friendly and professional they were. I also had my younger sister make a bear as well, today. I would highly suggest this location to others. Thank you!

Completely disappointed in this location. My husband and I brought my daughter here for her Valentine's Day gift. We get to the store and it's completely closed at 11:38am. Only signs posted were the entry and exit signs, along with the store hours for Sunday-Saturday (Sundays open at 11). Obviously calling the store was no help the phone just rang. I called build-a-bear guest services who was very helpful. After trying to reach a store manager/supervisor for 10 minutes, they were finally able to reach one who stated they were closed for "weather." No signs indicating so and no updated hours posted online. So we had to tell the 10+ families who had been waiting in line for 30+ minutes that the store were closed because the roads were wet. A lot of disappointed kids and aggravated parents. Do better, Build-A-Bear. "Weather" photos attached for reference.

This is such a great place and have a great deal for my grandchildren. On their birthdays they can buy a bear for the dollar amount of their age. Both my granddaughters picked out really nice bears that otherwise would have cost a lot of money. Lots of fun to see them stuff the Bear as well. Very interactive for the kids. What a great concept. Never had these things when I was a kid.

my little one has us there at least on a quarterly basis to spend ridiculous amounts of money on stuffed animals and the mandatory costumes.

We ordered the 19.00 cheese pizza and it was the worst. the playground area was nice and all ages could play inside. However it was the only part that was enjoyed. the candy claw machine dispensed candy like tootsie rolls and sour licorice that were bricks and a huge disappointment to win. I will NEVER go back.

However, this was a good experience. This is the first time we have been to Fair Oaks since the Fun Zone opened, and the weather looked ominous when we got there. So after haircuts and Elevation Burger, we decided to let our boys run around for a while. The Fun zone is sort of tucked away in one of the arms of the mall. Not being right in the middle of everything is probably why it is less crazy than other places. For the most part the kids were running around, but not out of control. There seemed to be parents for every child, so unlike Columbia it does not appear to be a dumping ground while mommy, daddy, or nanny shop. The play stuff is the standard soft climbing stuff with the requisite soft slide. I know that stuff can get nasty, but right now it is still new enough that it looks clean and well kept up. In all, this will be the new go to place when my kids need to run on a rainy day.

This was a fun spot to check out and play a round of mini golf. I was initially nervous the monster…read moretheme would be a little too much for the kids. But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!
