Either they couldn't do everything I…read moreneeded, they would only give an estimate upon hearing my zip code (don't you want to know if it's a studio apartment or a 10 bedroom chateau?), and one actually quoted between $100 and $50,000 (wouldn't the buildings department get involved?) and needed a credit card to book the appointment. Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

They crew came out and spent a while prodding and spraying. They also told me it came with a warranty in case they come back. They are people of their word! We saw a few bees and just like that we had their best man on it. No charge. They were professional and clean so much as getting a hose and cleaning off where our dogs may walk. Northeast is the best!
