I ordered the best wash they had which is $20 plus the $4 extra for the tricolor foam which is so cool. I had not washed my car for so long but I had no problems here. I would recommend going early in the morning on sunny days because there can be a 20 minute or more wait. I did not notice any scratches on my car after but there were some slight swirl marks but that is from the clear coat. I was more concerned about getting the dirt off though.

They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. The coating looks fantastic, really pops the paint and I can't wait to check out the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in the rain and first wash! No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. Furthermore, Scott let me know how to maintain the coating, how Carfax records the service, warranty information, and through in a few goodies. I have a brand new car (only a few weeks old) so when i drove up to it i could see that it was an old car wash. Almost backed out but someone pulled in behind me. Went through and then stopped at Riteaid. When i got out i saw scratches on my hood. Since its a brand new car, i saw them right away. Of course, i called them right away and went back to show them and they said that it was no way their fault. Wasn't expecting them to own up to it, but when they lied about their insurance, i decided im going to contact an attorney. On top of all of that, my car was far from being clean. This is a car wash that is for those that don't care about ther vehicles. Stay away if you do care.

Rather than asking me nicely to move out of the lane and show me where to go, he shouted at me to get out and leave. I ignored him and walked into the office as I had prepaid my parking. A man behind the counter dismissed his demand to not help me and processed my ticket. I have never been treated so poorly as I was that morning. I was appalled. I seriously doubt it's any skin off their nose that I'll never be back, but I don't recommend this business, to anyone

Wonderfully kind shuttle driver…read more My shuttle and general experience on the way back to my car on 10/20 at 9PM was the worst I've ever experienced. Shuttle drove right by me, my arms flailing. It was completely empty. I called the dispatcher who said he'd send him back. Assumed he'd be back in a couple minutes, so I watched literally every shuttle go by to ensure he didn't miss me again. 20 minutes later a guy pulls over and the automatic doors open. Driver doesn't say anything or even get up from his seat, so I stowed my own luggage and sat down. Driver eventually asked if I was going to Star or MVP, so I told him Star and gave him my parking spot number. A few minutes later the shuttle abruptly stops and the doors open but he says nothing. "Is this my stop?" I asked. "It's the number you gave me," he said. I collected my luggage and got off the shuttle. I drive around the poorly lit lot for several minutes, unable to find the exit. Part of the lot is gravel and I wasn't sure it was even part of the same lot at first. The one exit I saw was blocked off, so I called the dispatcher number back and asked how to exit the lot. This is where it gets really wild. He says, "I just opened the gate three times for you and you didn't see it," in a VERY snarky tone. I replied that it's dark and I obviously didn't see what/where he was talking about. He then said, "there are exit signs everywhere," in same snarky tone. I saw ONE exit sign and it was the exit that was blocked off by cones. I told him I didn't appreciate his tone and that the shuttle driver was a jerk to me, and he said, " He drove by you three times and waved and you didn't see him!" which was a complete LIE that maybe the driver told him to cover his butt. I said that wasn't true and the dispatcher cut me off as I was finally heading to the correct exit. "Have a good night!!" he said sarcastically at which point I told him to F off because I was MAD and hung up. As I exit and make a right onto the street, the guy is outside on the sidewalk waiting for me, flipping me off with a smug look on his smug face. I have NEVER had such terrible customer service in my entire life, and I cannot believe that either of these two men haven't been fired.
