Had a really crazy bad experience the first time I went. I called the next day and talked to a manager. My experience was so bad that the manager the day of the event had talked to the store manager already, and so the store manager was already aware and filled in on what happened. Well... me and store manager (I don't know how to pronounce her name so let's call her; Lucy) had a good conversation and she offered me a credit to use on my next visit there. I went on Wednesday the next week and guess what.. I loved it. It was amateur comedy night and the comedians were funny. One even did a couple poems. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop which was good and strong. The food order was simply a Turkey burger and waffle fries. The place was packed so I liked that my waitress communicated with me by telling me the kitchen was backed up around 45 minutes. I enjoyed the vibe and the extensive drink menu so I was fine with waiting. When my food arrived it was definitely good and filling. I'll definitely be back Thanks Lucy for handling me and my experience with care and consideration. You definitely made my experience worthwhile. Visited for brunch which gives an unlimited breakfast buffet and mimosas for $45 (there is a $10 off promo if you purchase in advance). The food was good, really enjoyed the fresh waffles and homestyle potatoes. The mimosas were pre-mixed which allowed for orange juice as the only selection. Given the price point, I would have rather they just charge about $10 more for admission and included a bottle of champagne that you could mix however you wanted. It took away from the brunch vibe drinking orange juice concentrate with a drop of champagne. The music was decent, but the DJ apparently wasn't satisfied people weren't dancing and told the crowd so. This place has all of the makings of an upscale lounge, but misses the mark nickel and diming patrons (ex. You have to pay for each drink individually and can't run a tab and are charged a 20% gratuity each time). read more

Well first off. This is no longer called "Bugatti's Cuisine & Cocktail". It is now "Bugatti's Ultra Lounge." Food was good once got it. Broccolini was incredible and the Cajun Fettuccini was solid. Service was absolutely awful. For a couple of reasons. 1) we ordered, paid for food and then waited nearly 90 minutes to get food. Meanwhile, others who had just gotten there or ordered after us. 2) our server came one time and that was to give us our drinks. Then she never showed up the remainder of the night. Highly satisfied 10/10 and we were just getting started. For our entrees we ordered: the steak with Mac & cheese and seasoned fries for my husband (), I had the Alfredo Turkey leg () and that Alfredo sauce had a perfect Parmesan + slighty seasoned fresh taste that was giving well trained chef/"what is a can?" energy. Our friends got the lamb chops with dirty rice (dirty rice is the only thing that could use more flavor) + a Caesar salad. And someone else got the Surf & Turk a seafood stuffed & smothered Turkey leg (). Even our friend that is notorious for complaining could not complain! It was all so good. Finally we enjoyed banana pudding that was out of this world and I don't even like banana pudding like that. And cheesecakes. All around this place is fire, I will recommend to anyone I meet and we can't wait to come back for brunch. I really don't want to give this place 3 stars but man was my trip polarizing. First let me say that I was treated really well but a kind staff who was clearly working with a skeleton crew. It's really good they weren't packed because I think I saw two people on the floor and they were working hard. With that being said I was mostly disappointed with the food. The grits and the salmon balls were the clear stars. Very delicious and hot. I would easily order it again if I could. The rest not so much. My waffle was only warm when I got it and cold when I added syrup. The chicken was piping hot and freshly cooked but lacked any flavor. The salmon portion was tasty but underwhelming. And the cheesy potatoes were a tad bland and needed salt. And then the price... for brunch for two people we spent $100. That is after the mandatory 20% gratuity on every check. Granted we already tip 20% but if it's so mandatory just pay them out of your pocket and don't force customers to do it. Beyond that the place was clean, great music, games on every screen, and she said her mimosa was tasty. I came down to watch the Ohio State versus Michigan game and I stopped a police officer and asked him where is the best place to watch the Big Game and he suggested Bugatti's first. First off, don't be shocked by the price, I was at first but I stopped during brunch. I got the Crown Apple Slushie to start with and from the Not Just French Toast menu the More Than Peach Cobbler with a side of potatoes and onions MAN The flavor of that Peach Cobbler French Toast was off the charts. And the potatoes and onions were well seasoned. I had to stop myself from wanting to clean the plate with the Cobbler syrup...it was tough. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Went here for Sunday brunch with a group of girlfriends. We had a reservation, yet we were told there was a 30 minute wait due to an unexpectedly large party. Being that we heard positive reviews about this place, we waited without issue. Once we sat down and ordered, our food took over an hour to arrive to us. Everyone's meal was cold and not appetizing. The chef came out to apologize and blamed the large party that was ahead of us. He offered us mimosas and new dinner meals (breakfast/brunch was now over). We had to wait another 2 hours to receive the dinner menu items. The dinner was served cold and gross. Burger was chargrilled which I like, price point was $12 or $14 for the burger. I probably wouldn't order it again since they have so many other unique options . My husband ordered the seafood platter which had 1 fried lobster tail, 2 salmon balls, fried shrimp, dirty rice and he picked sweet potato casserole for the 2nd side. Price point was $45 for that which I felt was too expensive. If you look at the pic, it's not plated well, presentation could be better for that. Fried lobster was delicious, fried shrimp was delicious, salmon ball tastes just like a salmon patty but it was a bit over cooked and needed sauce. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 for service, ambiance and exceptional fried food dishes. I think everything will improve with some time and I appreciate being able to participate in the "soft opening." This place was absolutely awful! All the food essentially had the same Cajun seasoning on it, no distant flavors from dish to dish at all. Much of it was extremely salty and inedible. The seafood fries were drowning in an Alfredo-like gravy with a few chunks of what we were to believe was the seafood. It's advertised as lobster, shrimp, and salmon but I beg to differ. It was way too much gravy for the fries. The salmon balls were seasoned exactly like the seafood fries believe it or not and the sauce they came with was not a good accompaniment. The main course, jerk lamb chops, sweet potatoes, and dirty rice. The dirty rice was so salty it was inedible. I sent it back and got green beans instead which were equally salty in an edible. I asked for medium well lamb chops and got well done. My friend asked for medium rare lamb chops and got well done. Apparently that's the only way they come. The sweet potatoes were heavily spiced with nutmeg. After reading the food descriptions I was so excited but highly disappointed with the actual product. Great concept, awful execution. read more

So me and two friends visited the newly open Bugatti's on Saturday. The first thing that i noticed was the fact you had to pay $10 to valet park (so i thought). Upon me sitting at the bar my friend told me valet was optional. Strike 1. Next, as we sit at the bar, the bartender who was our server was selectively attentive. She took very long pauses within checking on us, she maybe checked on us, 2 time within the hour plus visit. Now to the food, we ordered our food and it took up to an hour for it to come. Strike 2 All of our food at best was subpar. I ordered the lamb Chops with asparagus and lobster Mac. The lamb chops were well seasoned i got jerk. However, i asked for them well done and some where and others were medium to medium well. The lobster Mac was legit dry yet greasy noodles, with a touch of toasted bread crumbs. It was maybe two cheeses, no roux. My friend ordered the Cajun turkey leg. It was very salty and the rice was over done. My cousin ordered the Alfredo turkey leg, but the kitchen made a Cajun one...strike 3. Alfredo turkey leg was the best one. Still subpar but much better than the Cajun one. The only "highlight" was the drinks. Overall, i probably will not be back. The food is very expensive for lack luster quality. read more

FOR DREAMERS - BUT THIS WAS A BAD DREAM The music is energetic = medium loud so expect to want to groove or dance. We had a 5 pm reservation on Sunday so they wouldn't seat us until 5pm. My only thought was - "This Experience Better Be On The Level of at least Mitchell's, Pappadeaux, or a low-end Smith & Wollensky's". The waitress, though sweet and personable, was not able to take our order until 5:15 pm. Our order was a turkey leg and a salad. It didn't take long for the order to come to us but that was a bad sign. Served on an eighth-size sheet pan, as most of their dishes are, the turkey leg was lukewarm at best, not fresh off the smoker but probably yesterday's leftover. The rice on it was lukewarm and bland also. the dish just lacked freshness, as if all the flavor that was initially given was left over a night or two. I asked for Caesar dressing for the salad and it was NOT creamy, but very acidic tasting and just unappetizing. Premixed. The salad toppings were fresh but not of good quality and taste. We enjoyed the music and people watching, both urban contemporary and hip-hop/R&B vibes. The waitress kept checking on us as usual. I didn't want to spoil her fun and seemingly prideful demeanor for being a part of the team at Bugatti's, so we didn't complain about the food, chalking it up to be all about aesthetics only, with no substance or flavor. We wanted to patronize the new venture but the topper to this visit was that they added the gratuity even though it was a party of only two. Completely insulting, tasteless, and unnecessary. Came to Bugatti's for brunch and was very disappointed. As soon as we were seated I realized we had ants crawling along the wall and our table. We were then moved to another table that had pieces of hair on the table and on the salt & pepper shakers. Our waitress greeted us, she was very sweet and is the only reason I give this place some type of rating. The food wasn't very good at all. The shrimp and grits had no flavor, shrimp was a little overcooked and loaded with parsley also ordered a steak well done and it came out medium rare. The server was pleasant and helpful she made several recommendations from the menu which was helpful because it was my first time there. I highly recommend the French toast peach cobbler, if you are a fan of peach cobbler, this is a must have. The tenders were juicy and crispy. I really like the atmosphere and vibe overall. Wanted to try a new place for brunch, showed up here at 2:00pm on March 6th. Sat till 2:27 and ended up leaving. Was not acknowledged we was even in the room. It was not busy. The food was awful, ESPECIALLY  for the price. Brunch was absolutely disgusting. It was like something you could get in a fast food drive through and probably worse than that. They got my order wrong and did offer to fix it , however, the other person at my table would have either finished eating before me or their food would've been cold. For how long the soft openings took I really expected way more. The ambiance was ok.  They promote it to be so classy but it really wasn't. Especially being next to that scary motel. One of the chairs at our table was broken and the bathroom was absolutely FILTHY. The staff we delt with were very nice but we witnessed a couple staff members come in with a bad attitude and overheard them saying something about not getting paid... for all they charge for the food and drinks they better pay their staff! I will give them one more chance and try dinner but if that's as bad as brunch I will never go back. I think they have the potential to do ALOT better but for the prices it just wasn't worth it. We didn't even take our left overs home (that's how you know the food was bad).. they also add a 20% tip. I didn't mind this time because our waitress was cool but if someone else wasn't so lucky that would not be good.. maybe they just need alot more practice and time to perfect? Tried to pass off a sirloin as a 10 oz ribeye. It's really shady that sirloin isn't even offered on the menu yet we received one. Bartenders were taking shots behind the counter. I'm writing concerning a phenomenal restaurant food experience at Bugatti's cuisine and cocktails in a suburb of Cincinnati Ohio called Springdale. My wife and a couple of our friends went to this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. It's a new restaurant that has been open only about four months but the food is absolutely outstanding! The atmosphere was great the ambience very nice and the staff was superb. We were seated immediately and each employee was friendly and engaging. Our server was a wonderful young lady named Ray. ( ask to be seated in her area) She was very knowledgeable concerning everything on the menu and even recommended some fantastic mixed drinks from the bar area. She was funny, engaging, and just an outstanding server. The menu was vast and had food options that I had never seen before in a restaurant. The main top entrée item are the stuffed turkey legs. These turkey legs are stuffed with Cajun shrimp Alfredo, or smoked spicy chicken, and covered in a southern rice gravy rue. We ordered the smoked stuffed chicken Alfredo turkey leg and it was to die for! The meal was seasoned to perfection and each portion from fork to mouth literally melted in your mouth! We also ordered the sweet potato casserole and the Henny thing wings. Every food item was absolutely outstanding! For the dessert we ordered the peach cobbler and let me tell you it was phenomenal! If you know anything about food you will immediately discover that this pie was made from scratch and the portion looked to be half of a pie. Every food item was made from scratch at this restaurant, my compliments to the Head Chef and his team. If you're looking for a restaurant that serves Outstanding Comfort food that is seasoned to perfection with large portions for a great price then Bugatti's cuisine and cocktails is the place to be if you're ever in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Well we took a risk and came up disappointed. We got the smoked turkey leg with the Seafood Alfredo. Smoked wings with the Mango peach Ciroc Habanero sauce, salmon balls, lobster Mac, sweet pot soufflé and asparagus. If you get the leg, hope you like it salty and your asparagus soggy because that's how it comes. The salmon balls were dense and dry and everything else was just ok. They over charged $3 for the balls and +$1 for the wings. You cannot call in your order so don't event try but it's cool because you can wait at the bar for it and watch folks eat at tables not socially distanced and without mask.
