Banana pudding was
Sydnie C.

As I sit here enjoying my leftover Alfredo Turkey Leg (it's that big) and reading other reviews--I think to myself: do they enjoy frozen pre-made cuisine from chain restaurants or do they not know that real, southern style quality comfort food takes a little time! We stepped into this establishment for my husband's birthday, with a reservation for our party of 7 were seated promptly and kindly by Ray and treated like FAMILY. It was happy hour (until 8PM!!!) so all drinks & apps were half off and we ordered it all. Henny glazed wings () & shrimp, chicken street tacos, salmon bites, the huge shareable cocktails + frozen daiquiris, tequila shots, spiked vodka lemonade (). Highly satisfied 10/10 and we were just getting started. For our entrees we ordered: the steak with Mac & cheese and seasoned fries for my husband (), I had the Alfredo Turkey leg () and that Alfredo sauce had a perfect Parmesan + slighty seasoned fresh taste that was giving well trained chef/"what is a can?" energy. Our friends got the lamb chops with dirty rice (dirty rice is the only thing that could use more flavor) + a Caesar salad. And someone else got the Surf & Turk a seafood stuffed & smothered Turkey leg (). Even our friend that is notorious for complaining could not complain! It was all so good. Finally we enjoyed banana pudding that was out of this world and I don't even like banana pudding like that. And cheesecakes. All around this place is fire, I will recommend to anyone I meet and we can't wait to come back for brunch. I read the other reviews about food being slow, but if you can't spend the $$$ on the amazing drinks and apps while you wait for the best lamb chops in the Tri-state (bar The Capitol Grille) then just say that. If your date is not providing the stimulating conversation needed to sustain you until the meal comes out, don't blame Bugatti's my baby!

Super cute sign at the entrance!

This place is hands down one of THE best spots in the city!! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is amazing, and the music brings all the vibes. You have to check it out!!

Chicken and waffles

I really don't want to give this place 3 stars but man was my trip polarizing. First let me say that I was treated really well but a kind staff who was clearly working with a skeleton crew. It's really good they weren't packed because I think I saw two people on the floor and they were working hard. With that being said I was mostly disappointed with the food. The grits and the salmon balls were the clear stars. Very delicious and hot. I would easily order it again if I could. The rest not so much. My waffle was only warm when I got it and cold when I added syrup. The chicken was piping hot and freshly cooked but lacked any flavor. The salmon portion was tasty but underwhelming. And the cheesy potatoes were a tad bland and needed salt. And then the price... for brunch for two people we spent $100. That is after the mandatory 20% gratuity on every check. Granted we already tip 20% but if it's so mandatory just pay them out of your pocket and don't force customers to do it. Beyond that the place was clean, great music, games on every screen, and she said her mimosa was tasty. I will probably go back to take the turkey legs and if they slap then I'll edit the review but right now this is mostly meh.

Crown Apple Slushie- Delicious
Kevin P.

I came down to watch the Ohio State versus Michigan game and I stopped a police officer and asked him where is the best place to watch the Big Game and he suggested Bugatti's first. First off, don't be shocked by the price, I was at first but I stopped during brunch. I got the Crown Apple Slushie to start with and from the Not Just French Toast menu the More Than Peach Cobbler with a side of potatoes and onions MAN The flavor of that Peach Cobbler French Toast was off the charts. And the potatoes and onions were well seasoned. I had to stop myself from wanting to clean the plate with the Cobbler syrup...it was tough. The bill was about $35 with just me oh, but it was hella worth it. If you're in Cincinnati stop by for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. I would not steer you wrong. Trust

Fried seafood platter

The inside was super nice and I definitely wasn't expecting that. They played good music which definitely gave a good vibe. This place is an entire vibe!!! Would be a good place to come for a night cap! Service was good but slow which is to be expected during a soft opening . I ordered the burger and waffle fries. Burger was chargrilled which I like, price point was $12 or $14 for the burger. I probably wouldn't order it again since they have so many other unique options . My husband ordered the seafood platter which had 1 fried lobster tail, 2 salmon balls, fried shrimp, dirty rice and he picked sweet potato casserole for the 2nd side. Price point was $45 for that which I felt was too expensive. If you look at the pic, it's not plated well, presentation could be better for that. Fried lobster was delicious, fried shrimp was delicious, salmon ball tastes just like a salmon patty but it was a bit over cooked and needed sauce. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 for service, ambiance and exceptional fried food dishes. I think everything will improve with some time and I appreciate being able to participate in the "soft opening." Waitress said their Alfredo is delicious and anything that is deep fried is delicious. I would definitely stick to that recommendation. Cocktails were just ok for me, with the name being Bugatti cuisine and cocktails, I was underwhelmed with the drinks. I look forward to trying their brunch, the menu looks delicious.

Lamb chops w/ green beans sweet potatoes

The service was great. We were greeted by Rae when we arrived with a smile. She later waited on our table by sharing her favorites and the popular dishes. We order salmon balls for an appetizer which was delicious. The portions are large and very filling. Try it for yourself! Thanks for a good experience for this out of town guest!

Seafood fries were awful with practically ZERO seafood
Angela I.

This place was absolutely awful! All the food essentially had the same Cajun seasoning on it, no distant flavors from dish to dish at all. Much of it was extremely salty and inedible. The seafood fries were drowning in an Alfredo-like gravy with a few chunks of what we were to believe was the seafood. It's advertised as lobster, shrimp, and salmon but I beg to differ. It was way too much gravy for the fries. The salmon balls were seasoned exactly like the seafood fries believe it or not and the sauce they came with was not a good accompaniment. The main course, jerk lamb chops, sweet potatoes, and dirty rice. The dirty rice was so salty it was inedible. I sent it back and got green beans instead which were equally salty in an edible. I asked for medium well lamb chops and got well done. My friend asked for medium rare lamb chops and got well done. Apparently that's the only way they come. The sweet potatoes were heavily spiced with nutmeg. After reading the food descriptions I was so excited but highly disappointed with the actual product. Great concept, awful execution.

Strawberry lemon drop

Had a really crazy bad experience the first time I went. I called the next day and talked to a manager. My experience was so bad that the manager the day of the event had talked to the store manager already, and so the store manager was already aware and filled in on what happened. Well... me and store manager (I don't know how to pronounce her name so let's call her; Lucy) had a good conversation and she offered me a credit to use on my next visit there. I went on Wednesday the next week and guess what.. I loved it. It was amateur comedy night and the comedians were funny. One even did a couple poems. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop which was good and strong. The food order was simply a Turkey burger and waffle fries. The place was packed so I liked that my waitress communicated with me by telling me the kitchen was backed up around 45 minutes. I enjoyed the vibe and the extensive drink menu so I was fine with waiting. When my food arrived it was definitely good and filling. I'll definitely be back Thanks Lucy for handling me and my experience with care and consideration. You definitely made my experience worthwhile. Thanks to the other manager for advocating for my first experience and communicating with Lucy. I'll see y'all another day for the stuffed Turkey legs

Came to Bugatti's for brunch and was very disappointed. As soon as we were seated I realized we had ants crawling along the wall and our table. We were then moved to another table that had pieces of hair on the table and on the salt & pepper shakers. Our waitress greeted us, she was very sweet and is the only reason I give this place some type of rating. The food wasn't very good at all. The shrimp and grits had no flavor, shrimp was a little overcooked and loaded with parsley also ordered a steak well done and it came out medium rare. Overall the food was not worth the prices at all. I felt it was very crazy how no one apologized for all the inconveniences we had. I thank our waitress for being very patient and sweet.

Lobster Mac & Cheese
Ms J.

The grand opening last night was amazing! The ambience is grown and sexy, the staff is friendly, the owner was very welcoming and their operational flow seemed effortless! We only planned on having a few cocktails, but ended up having the shrimp tacos and lobster mac & cheese. What a great choice! The food was timely and tasty! I loved the sauce on the shrimp and the slaw in the shrimp was very fresh! Great job guys! Looking forward to visiting again.

This was my first time. The server angel was super sweet and knew her stuff. The manager was cool and had a great debate with us. The food was good I ordered the fried chicken and waffles very good Fitbit syrup but brought it out fast! 4 stars was due to the long wait on drinks and food.

Kaelyn B.

For starters it's black owned and of course it welcomes all! Visited August 1st with a group of 9 ladies we had an all white brunch. We had more than enough space in our seating arrangements, our waitress was so attentive and nice. You could tell she enjoyed her job. She gave us specials, options and was so knowledgeable about the menu. Music was a vibe. Food was so tasty. Our whole table didn't have anything bad to say about the food. Overall I would visit all over again and again I had a ball!!!

Peach cobbler French Toast with chicken tenders, the best French toast I've ever had... Highly recommend trying it

This is a nice little restaurant/bar that sits inside of the Springdale 18 movie theater. I have…read moreeaten here is the past, like, many many years ago (over 7 years) and I did not like the food. However, a handful of months ago, I got the chance to try it again, and I'm pretty impressed! I came here to see the new Halloween movie with my mom last October/early November. She comes here a lot to get a drink and eat something before seeing movies with her husband, so she was happy to have me try some things here that she likes before our movie started. We sat at the bar because we were just looking to eat quickly and have a drink. I ordered the hot spinach artichoke dip and a Moscow mule. She ordered a spinach flatbread and a Moscow mule as well. I feel like I do really need to stress how wonderful their mule is, it is amazing. It just tastes so great and has a great alcohol to rest-of-drink ratio. I've had mules at other, supposedly better restaurants, and those are all nothing compared to Chatter's Moscow mule. The bar tender was very friendly and he explained to us how they make the mule and how it stands out from other places, and I believe he said it was the difference between fresh lime juice and house-made sugar syrup in theirs compared to other places that just use bottled stuff or some other sort of sugar, I'm not sure, but the mule is great! I enjoyed the food as well. The spinach artichoke dip was very tasty, and I tried my mom's flatbread as well and it was also good. They let me take a second mule to go into the movie, and I just had a great, buzzy time watching some good ol' Michael Myers. Try the Moscow mule, you won't regret it.

The Mediterranean food menu had vegan options. Service was slow but ok. Food had a great taste and the belly dancing was fantastic.

Most nights it feels like it's trying to be a nightclub with its insanely loud music and lighting. Others are that special room at restaurants for people's birthdays. To me it's insane that regular customers or just people coming in for the first time are met with someone at the door requiring they pay an entrance fee. There's a bar next door for that kinda thing. The service here is very hit and miss. Whether it's the fact that you see online it opens at 4pm but you get there at 5 and you can't enter because that's when they choose to mop the floors... or you get there around 11 at night and no one waits on you until you go and get them and even then they take their time to get you a hookah or coals or whatever. Finally the pricing is maddening. I'll attach a picture for the pricing which is also just in the pictures for this place but anyways. My first time going here was on a Sunday night. I got a regular bowl(nothing fancy) and then I got a refill of the same thing. Total was around 30. Pretty standard for most places. The next night I went was on a Wednesday night. I was made to pay 10 at the door for someone's bday party and I had to Venmo them instead of the normal way you pay at the end of the night(super sketch). At the end of that night I only had 1 bowl(nothing fancy again) and the price was 37 making that a total of 47.... The third night I went was a Sunday night. Like my first time going I was assuming that maybe it was a fluke for that Wednesday and maybe Sundays were better??? Anyways I only got one bowl again(same) and I had a cover at the door also of 15 for whatever reason... my bill for that 1 hookah on that night was 48 dollars... so a total of 63 dollars for one hookah. Not to mention they look at you and expect tip. Which is insane to me. The reasons I wrote what I wrote are to warn any newcomers. It's definitely a turn off to get taken advantage of at a place you want to come and either relax or enjoy yourself. You should have specific things you do as an establishment and not veer from it. Pricing should stay what it says in the menu and there definitely shouldn't be some stranger at the door getting grinded on asking you to pay a fee just for wanting to sit down. I will be posting this on google also because my experiences have been insane here. All three of my visits happened within two weeks. So anyone saying that prices change over time. Sorry but that's a bust. The main reason I still put two stars was because the food, drinks and hookah are great. Just everything else is wrong.

You can either walk through the gun center or enter at the rear / side of the building. Either way it is a bit of a walk so could be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. I was surprised that there were not any disabled parking spots close to the side entrance. It's a large lounge, upscale and beautifully decorated though does not have an intimate feel. Majority of seating is tables vs. bar. The cocktail menu is unique and fun, with the different drinks named after famous and infamous gunslingers. I had a Baby Face Nelson which was attractive and delicious. At first I though it was a little weak but towards the end it hit with a bang (see what I did there). I also took advantage of the ladies night menu and got a $5 cucumber mint G&T. The cocktail pricing is what you'd expect, ranging from $12 to $16. The wine list is not extensive and I would not describe this as a wine bar. But, I would come here seeking a fancy cocktail anyway. No food served, but door dash menus are available and there is also a limited menu for direct delivery from the Indian restaurant across the road. The outdoor patio looks nice. We were there on the earlier side, around 5 PM on a weekday. Service was pretty attentive with only one waitress handling the tables. I think if they found a way to serve some simple appetizers and put in a railing along the walkway from the parking lot to the door (thinking of my husband here) I'd give it five stars. They have a weird rule in that they insist on scanning your ID, regardless of age, up until 7 PM any day - this is so that no one who orders a drink can go next door and shoot (where they also scan IDs). The shooting range closes at 7 PM. So shoot first, drink later.

We are lively bunch so one downside to the room is that it did not have a door, it only had a curtain, so at times we were concerned we were disturbing others. Because of our party size appetizers were served family style. The spinach and artichoke dip is out of this world! I also enjoyed the chicken and the bread that was served. We kept the drinks flowing and I think everybody enjoyed their libations. The entrees were top quality, I opted to try a New York strip. I would have loved a little more wiggle room for accompaniments to my steak, but with us having the private room and the package we chose we were not able to do so. All in all we had a great experience, but I think I would prefer to come back with a smaller group versus the private party dining in the future. This is our 15th Book Club Christmas dinner so we have experienced private dining at multiple restaurants around the city and the process here was one of my least favorite. I tend to prefer when we are not limited to a prix fixe menu and can have some more variety to accommodate different palettes and budgets ( I wouldn't have minded spending a little more for some add-ons). I also prefer private rooms with doors so that we can be ourselves and not worry about disturbing others while we are being jovial and having a good time. That said the service was phenomenal. The wait staff was attentive, especially for a party our size and we were all greeted warmly when we arrived. Valet was a little backed up as another party exited when we did. My car was right up front by the door so I just asked for my keys and got it myself, it felt a bit silly to pay for that when they seemed so understaffed.
