Eventually figured out that they had an e-mail address for me that I had never heard of. Why they would continue to send a tech out to service us if we were 4 months in arrears is beyond me. He informed us that the first round rarely gets all the bugs so to call within two weeks and the follow up spray was complimentary. He was right as there were still a few spiders and a scorpion or two that didn't die. Things were great for a couple month till the bugs reestabisued so I called again for service and the same tech was out a day later. That visit was great and I told him I'd keep an eye out for anything still moving in the next week and a half. A few things were still not dead so I scheduled what I thought was the free two week follow up only to find out later I was billed for the visit. I explained this to the office assistant via text and she simply said I'm sorry for the miscommunication but the follow up sprays are only for monthly customers. I paid the invoice and said fair well to this company that can't seem to be clear with its customers and seems to not value them enough to care. They sent a text! Asked for my address and email address. Said they could get all the information off of the counties website and send me a quote. Why do they assume it's ok to text? Not everyone has unlimited text. It's also very impersonal! My home is not everyone else's home! The county website is not always correct. I returned the text to ask: "Why didn't you leave a voicemail? Do you think everyone has unlimited texting? How do you know the county website has correct information?" No return call just another text. Very unprofessional!! "WOW!!! We've been texting with customers for years and have never had a complaint. People work and can't answer the phone but they can respond with a quick text. As far as the counties website most of the information is correct enough to give a quote that we will stand by even if it turns out we have to do a little more work. Most people don't want a high pressure salesman coming out to get them locked into a contract that they regret later on.
