    I contracted Terminix for termite control back in 2020. The bait stations were installed very…read moresloppily and were not flush with ground resulting in several stations being hit by lawnmower. Called installer several times as well as terminex to get bait stations installed correctly. No one ever returned calls or showed up. In July I cancelled my contract with Terminix. It took 2 months and two phone calls to get this done. It took another 3-4 phone calls with customer service to get contract cancelled. Finally got an email from Terminix in October that contract had been cancelled. Got another bill later in October and called customer service again. They assured me things were cancelled. Got another bill in November, made another phone call and asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that was not possible. A supervisor is supposed to call me back within 48 hours. We shall see. Installation was crappy, the prices charged are too high, and once they have you under contract it's almost impossible to get any problems addressed.

The next day a man came out and set three boxes for mice I was told someone would be back out in two weeks and would spray and check on everything. They did not show in the two weeks following so I called and scheduled someone to come out to spray they were supposed to be here on 8/14 between 8-10 am. NO SHOW. I get a text saying they will have to reschedule. I contacted the office to get a appointment and also ask for a manager to call me. A appointment was set for today for 10-12. I just got a text they have a different appointment and can not make it. I still haven't heard back from a manager. I would like to get out of this contract because it is clear they absolutely do not care about the quality of there work or there customers and I am paying for a service that I am Not receiving! This is not a good service or a good value The location I signed up with is the Maryland Heights location.

    I have used them in the past with no real issues except that it is always a little clunky for…read morescheduling - At least that's how it had been for me. I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

    In the Spring of 2017 we had a bug problem. We called Rottler and got it under control and we have…read morebeen having them come out to spray every two months for over 3 years now. Dan is our technician and he's super nice. The people who answer the phone have the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. In Spring of 2020 our every 2 months got out of whack because of the Covid-19 shutdown. In April we just had the outside sprayed and didn't want anyone inside the house so they did the inside portion in May. In June we were scheduled again and I had to call and explain that it was just serviced in May, blah, blah, blah. We needed service in early July and not June. They wanted to come again August 1st and I had to explain again they were here in early July and it hadn't been 8 weeks and we need it September 1st. No that's not OK you'll be violating your contract. The best I can do for you is August 31st. OK fine with me that's close enough. I can't be the only person who this has happened to because of the pandemic. Don't treat me like a leper. I am, in fact, spending money with you. Fast forward to the first week of September. We made a household decision that we didn't need our house sprayed every two months and we would be fine with every three months. We called the office and were met with more attitude. No we can't do that. So let me get this straight? I want to pay you to spray my house 4 times a year and you are going to tell me no, you can't do that because we are going from 6 times a year to 4 times a year? Yes, that's correct. Ok, we're going to have to completely cancel the service then. OK. I can't believe a company would employ people to turn away business in this manner...
