The shower door he installed has leaked from day 1. And, about 1/3 of the time it doesn't slide. I have repeatedly asked for a new track to no avail. I think he's lost his touch

Run away...if you are considering a purchase from PolyPro. I ordered 8 interior doors and…read morecasements, which were paid for in full September 1, 2023. What should have taken 6-8 weeks for delivery instead took over 12 MONTHS. Reason? The order for the doors was never placed until NEARLY 10 MONTHS after the fact; and the casements order wasn't placed for nearly a full year. I can think of only one reason for such negligent behavior---that the money paid for my order was diverted to other business or personal needs, causing the extreme delay in placing my order. (Realize I could be mistaken, but I can think of no other reason that makes sense to me.) I actually had to threaten pursuance by my credit card company for a full refund unless my order was placed immediately. Only then were steps taken to place my order. Communication is a real problem and is almost nonexistent both within the organization and with customers. When I tried to communicate for status updates over the prior months, my calls were ignored. At one point, I was even told that voicemail was broken. I suspect Spectrum might say otherwise, but even if it were true, what are the odds that a business professional would allow his voicemail to not function for months on end? When my order was finally delivered mid-August 2024 (50 weeks later), only 6 of the 8 doors were delivered, with zero casements. Jeff didn't even realize that 2 of the doors were missing and wanted me to verify the order! Upon follow-up, I was advised that the manufacturer had a mechanical malfunction causing the shortage. Whether that was true, a falsehood, or another indication of financial woes, I have no idea. The two remaining doors were finally received at PolyPro two weeks later, but getting them delivered to me was another nightmare! Although the office assistant confirmed delivery on Wednesday, August 28th, delivery was instead attempted Friday, August 23rd with NO NOTIFICATION. I had been gone most of that day, and late for my next appointment when the delivery attempt was made, so I was not able to accept it. Still in anticipation of delivery Wednesday, August 28th (as no one had indicated otherwise), I hired someone to help me stain the doors and casements in preparation for installation the following week. No delivery was ever even attempted---not Wednesday (8/28), not Thursday (8/29), not Friday (8/30). Realize I live only 2 miles from PolyPro and the remaining order consisted of only 2 doors and casements, but my pleadings were ignored. My labor schedule was quashed. It is now 367 days since my order should have been placed, and I am finally able to say that my doors and casements have been delivered. I am missing one component---the framework needed to hang my closet door---but I have given up on Jeff providing it, even though he said he would order it on multiple occasions. I have since purchased the framework (already constructed, even) through Mayan Hardware, who is a supplier for the same door company used by PolyPro. The nightmare is finally coming to a close. I have been lied to, ignored, neglected, disrespected, and taken for granted. If you want the chance to experience the same, PolyPro is for you. However, if you want an experience you can count on, you might want to consider working with one of the many other window and door suppliers, and save yourself the headaches, frustration, and anxiety. I am saddened by the need to submit this review---I don't do it lightly and vacillated whether to post it at all---but I came to realize that businesses shouldn't be able to treat people so callously without any consequence.

Last May (2025) a utilities contracted gardener broke my slider with a stone hurled by a weed…read morewhacker. As one can imagine it was a maze to go through PG&E, and the subcontracted gardening company. Complicated and time consuming. I called several companies about replacing the glass. All in the larger cities said it wasn't a big enough job for them to come, and the local small company was a combination of Abbot and Costello mixed with the Keystone Cops. The people at Estero Glass said they'd be happy to come. Their estimate was over $100 more than the local company. It took quite a while for PG&E and the gardening company to arrive at the amount they were willing to give me which was the lower of the 2 estimates. In the meanwhile Jordan at Estero Glass would periodically check in with me to ask if I was doing ok through the process and let me know I could call on them if they could be of any help. They never once even brought up the job itself; no pressure at all. For their kindness and help I decided to go with them even though there would be some out of pocket on my end as they were the higher estimate, and I told them as much. They sent me a revised estimate with a credit of $100 listed as Customer Appreciation. A tech come out - Larry, I think - and did an amazing job of installation and clean-up. I completely forgot to write this review until now when I need a new window so I am just about to call them. I regret the tardiness of writing, but their business is run on the highest levels in every department, which is why I'll be calling them again this afternoon. Incredible company with great customer service and technicians which is why I will use only them now and int he future. I could not be happier with Estero Glass.

When I got to the counter I was told that one of the employees had the parts at their house and he wasn't in. No "sorry" for the inconvenience, no apology, no offer to mail me the parts. I'll take my business someplace else.

When finished the tech l, Landon didn't offer to show me the work and I had to say well let me see how it looks. I feel like he knew I was not going to be happy with it. Unfortunately the replacement miter cut window frame was not measured long enough so there was a 1/4" gap at corner. And the plastic frame pieces were not pushed in smoothly. In the center there were 2 shoved in areas and wrinkles. But it was just the huge gaping corners that shocked me. Clearly not cut long enough I'm used to working with contractors on home projects and I just tried to politely ask why he would do an install like this. And we recently had all new vinyl windows installed which is pretty much the same method where they cut the vinyl to miter and fit the corners of windows to seal it up, which is a similar process. Anyway I do feel that I understand how it was done . Just not why it was done so sloppy for lack of a better word. In future I would use this company again if a different tech was sent out. If I hadn't said anything I would have been upset with myself for not speaking up and asking why it looked so bad. Thankfully it's on the inside but I still expect it to look good inside or out. But thankfully the outside of window is good. I don't think the outside frame was popped out like the inside had to be. Anyway it was unfortunate. In response to manager comment: To correct your statement. !!!! Landon did not use the existing old that were perfectly mitered window frame clips that hold glass in. He showed me a long piece of stock and said he cut new ones because he destroyed the existing when he pried them off the window. That's where the problem comes from. He cited new pieces too short leaving huge 1/4" gaps at corners looking really sloppy and unprofessional !! He left the top piece old but added new badly cut short pieces on bottom and sides. They were cut too quickly without properly measuring and miter corners did not come close.

Recently had their technician out to look at a damaged garage door. He said I'd receive an estimate via email. After 5 calls to their office, I've only received an estimate that says $0. When I call they are very confused by their new system and keep apologizing. On one call they had no recollection of us and on another I was called by another name. You'd be best off avoiding this company.

His bid was competitive, and he was able to offer suggestions and ideas that we hadn't thought of or didn't know were feasible. The initial timeline was several months out, but Rob remained in contact and was able to move us up on the calendar. The project was completed at the quoted price, plus a couple of scope additions we requested. Work took a little longer than expected, likely due to modifications needed to bring our aging home up to standard, and the perfection of our tile work; Rob does things the right way, and uses great subcontractors. The end result is beautiful. The bathroom remodel was completed so perfectly that we now see flaws in our guest bathroom which was remodeled 3 years ago by a different contractor. Our master suite has transformed from the worst part of our home to our personal sanctuary. I would not hesitate to hire Rob Tol Construction again. In fact, we're already planning to when we're ready to start our next project. As a side note, but important to us, Rob and all of his subs were great with our dogs. so we never had to lock them away during the project.

It took a little time to get on his calendar, but it was worth the wait. My remodel involved redesigning three bathrooms and the kitchen. All were taken down to the studs, so there was lots of demolition. Rob sequenced the work so I was never without a functioning bathroom. Everything adjacent to the work areas was wrapped and the floors protected. Rob and his helper were meticulous about checking all the new fittings for leaks and repaired damage from a pre-existing leak from an upstairs bathroom. Rob's original estimate was accurate and the only extras were things I asked for in the course of the job. Now that the job has been done a while I am completely satisfied.
