    Our new windows fully installed
    Tracey A.

Replaced my 4 big picture windows on the second floor of the house. Joe, Brandon, Damien and Shilo were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. My windows are absolutely gorgeous and I will be calling them when I am ready to have the rest of the windows replaced! Considering the job, I think they are quite reasonable.

They even hung my blinds and curtain back up so nicely!

Great service and beautiful product. The installers were prompt and friendly and polite and went over and above to make my install painless.

We had shower glass panels/door installed. Belinda was excellent at providing a quote and answering all of my questions. Once we signed on to the project already felt like we were in good hands. Oliver and Sal came out to perform the installation. They were super professional, detail oriented, and overall did a really nice job. They also were very clean! Something we really appreciated since we have just remodeled. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

Very impressed! From start to finish, the PRG team was wonderful, professional, responsive, excellent communicators, and exceeded our expectations. We were also pleased with the estimates and final costs. Wish we called them sooner seeing the finished product Our new shower door is beautiful! We upgraded after our old one needed to go and we are so happy with the new one. Gabriel and Sal arrived on time for our install, were very kind, professional, detail-oriented, and answered all of our questions very well. We will certainly recommend your team and business to everyone we know. Thank you for quality service and the final product!

Our 18 year old sliding glass door was showing signs of moisture intrusion between the dual panes of glass and we wanted it repaired. Templeton Glass sent out a technician to assess the damage for the purposes of providing an estimate for repair. Upon doing so he noticed that our door's manufacturer offered a lifetime warranty. Not only did he suggest that we first contact the manufacturer, Templeton Glass followed-up by sending us the link to the company to make a claim. We contacted the company who replaced our damaged windows with a brand new one. What other company passes up a $1500+ job to inform a first-time residential customer they can potentially get the job done for free? An honest, trustworthy one like Templeton Glass does! Not only did they provide outstanding customer service, in the process they developed a loyal customer who will not only exclusively contact them for future jobs but also one who will be a very vocal referral source when asked by friends and neighbors who to contact. Thank you Templeton Glass. We are deeply, and forever, indebted.

What should have taken 6-8 weeks for delivery instead took over 12 MONTHS. Reason? The order for the doors was never placed until NEARLY 10 MONTHS after the fact; and the casements order wasn't placed for nearly a full year. I can think of only one reason for such negligent behavior---that the money paid for my order was diverted to other business or personal needs, causing the extreme delay in placing my order. (Realize I could be mistaken, but I can think of no other reason that makes sense to me.) I actually had to threaten pursuance by my credit card company for a full refund unless my order was placed immediately. Only then were steps taken to place my order. Communication is a real problem and is almost nonexistent both within the organization and with customers. When I tried to communicate for status updates over the prior months, my calls were ignored. At one point, I was even told that voicemail was broken. I suspect Spectrum might say otherwise, but even if it were true, what are the odds that a business professional would allow his voicemail to not function for months on end? When my order was finally delivered mid-August 2024 (50 weeks later), only 6 of the 8 doors were delivered, with zero casements. Jeff didn't even realize that 2 of the doors were missing and wanted me to verify the order! Upon follow-up, I was advised that the manufacturer had a mechanical malfunction causing the shortage. Whether that was true, a falsehood, or another indication of financial woes, I have no idea. The two remaining doors were finally received at PolyPro two weeks later, but getting them delivered to me was another nightmare! Although the office assistant confirmed delivery on Wednesday, August 28th, delivery was instead attempted Friday, August 23rd with NO NOTIFICATION. I had been gone most of that day, and late for my next appointment when the delivery attempt was made, so I was not able to accept it. Still in anticipation of delivery Wednesday, August 28th (as no one had indicated otherwise), I hired someone to help me stain the doors and casements in preparation for installation the following week. No delivery was ever even attempted---not Wednesday (8/28), not Thursday (8/29), not Friday (8/30). Realize I live only 2 miles from PolyPro and the remaining order consisted of only 2 doors and casements, but my pleadings were ignored. My labor schedule was quashed. It is now 367 days since my order should have been placed, and I am finally able to say that my doors and casements have been delivered. I am missing one component---the framework needed to hang my closet door---but I have given up on Jeff providing it, even though he said he would order it on multiple occasions. I have since purchased the framework (already constructed, even) through Mayan Hardware, who is a supplier for the same door company used by PolyPro. The nightmare is finally coming to a close. I have been lied to, ignored, neglected, disrespected, and taken for granted. If you want the chance to experience the same, PolyPro is for you. However, if you want an experience you can count on, you might want to consider working with one of the many other window and door suppliers, and save yourself the headaches, frustration, and anxiety. I am saddened by the need to submit this review---I don't do it lightly and vacillated whether to post it at all---but I came to realize that businesses shouldn't be able to treat people so callously without any consequence.

Atascadero Glass had come out numerous times to "fix" the problem and I had caulked everything within 15 feet of the window to no avail. Estero Glass completely replaced the window with a custom window that was built in, and NOT a slide-in which the Milgard was. They did good work and completed the job in one day. In the recent torrential rains, the new window did not leak a drop. This was a great relief as we had spent the last 4 winters rotating towels on the window ledge to prevent water damage to the dry wall. A word of advice: AVOID slide in windows, unless you have a stucco house. The only thing preventing water intrusion into your house is a thin line of caulk. And we know that caulk eventually fails. We have other very minor leaks from these crappy Milgard slide-ins, which we will have Estero Glass eventually replace. I can highly recommend them. They do quality work and the owner was very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them for any glass work you may need.

When finished the tech l, Landon didn't offer to show me the work and I had to say well let me see how it looks. I feel like he knew I was not going to be happy with it. Unfortunately the replacement miter cut window frame was not measured long enough so there was a 1/4" gap at corner. And the plastic frame pieces were not pushed in smoothly. In the center there were 2 shoved in areas and wrinkles. But it was just the huge gaping corners that shocked me. Clearly not cut long enough I'm used to working with contractors on home projects and I just tried to politely ask why he would do an install like this. And we recently had all new vinyl windows installed which is pretty much the same method where they cut the vinyl to miter and fit the corners of windows to seal it up, which is a similar process. Anyway I do feel that I understand how it was done . Just not why it was done so sloppy for lack of a better word. In future I would use this company again if a different tech was sent out. If I hadn't said anything I would have been upset with myself for not speaking up and asking why it looked so bad. Thankfully it's on the inside but I still expect it to look good inside or out. But thankfully the outside of window is good. I don't think the outside frame was popped out like the inside had to be. Anyway it was unfortunate. In response to manager comment: To correct your statement. !!!! Landon did not use the existing old that were perfectly mitered window frame clips that hold glass in. He showed me a long piece of stock and said he cut new ones because he destroyed the existing when he pried them off the window. That's where the problem comes from. He cited new pieces too short leaving huge 1/4" gaps at corners looking really sloppy and unprofessional !! He left the top piece old but added new badly cut short pieces on bottom and sides. They were cut too quickly without properly measuring and miter corners did not come close.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!…read more WARNING ABOUT Grady's Pool Service, Inc. - Pool Contractor in Bakersfield & Central Coast, CA Swimming pool contractor I feel compelled to share my experience with Grady's Pool Service & Construction (operating online at gradyspools.com) -- a company that is led by Mark Grady, a pool builder and general contractor. Their website touts "20+ years in the pool business" and custom pool design, build, remodel, and repair services in Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, and the Central Coast. However, my experience was extremely negative and serves as a serious warning to other homeowners considering hiring this contractor. What Happened in My Case Before hiring him, my loan company refused financing because he was on a contractor blacklist due to active lawsuits -- a red flag I later confirmed after issues began. I was given an alternative financing method and, trusting his explanation, entered a contract for a full pool build. Payments were tied to construction milestones because I had no traditional pool loan oversight. During the build, many construction errors occurred, clearly due to poor supervision and bad direction from Mark. Multiple portions of the build are out of building code, which means they must be demolished and redone before final inspection can pass. He was absent during most of the build, showing up mainly when money was due. He promised to install a saltwater system but claimed it should wait until water chemistry was balanced -- then changed his number and disappeared. Subcontractors were not paid by him and attempted to place liens against my property because of unpaid bills, forcing me into months of conflict. This is particularly troubling given other reports showing mixed review experiences for this business. Important Facts Other Homeowners Should Know Despite claiming certifications and years of experience on gradyspools.com, project execution was severely lacking. The still never passed a final building inspection. The promised saltwater pool system was never installed. Costly code violations must be corrected. Subcontractors attempted to place liens on my property due to Mark not paying them. After repeated attempts to communicate about job defects, Mark effectively abandoned the project and changed contact information.
