We contracted with Paso Robles Glass for replacement of six windows and two sliding doors which were beginning to fail after 20 years. Initial contact was with Don V. who came to our home and walked us through choosing the various products available and helping us place the order. We also went to their showroom to get a look at the products before finalizing the order. The five man crew showed up right on time on the scheduled date and the lead installer, Joe, explained the process to us. Then, the crew quickly went to work removing the old windows and doors. Within an hour and a half, they had pretty much removed all the old windows and doors! It was quickly obvious that this was an experienced crew that knew what they were doing. We were impressed with their high energy, professionalism, and willingness to help their fellow crew members when questions arose. Joe, Steven, Shilo, Nate, and Dylan K. did an outstanding job which we much appreciated. Job was completed in about 7 hours and the crew cleaned up upon completion and even hauled away our old window coverings! The only glitch in the whole process was a problem with two windows from the manufacturer (Anlin) that had an incorrect grid pattern from what was ordered. PR Glass did not catch the error which we noticed as the installers were unloading the windows. Joe immediately made contact with his supervisor upon discovery of the error to reorder the correct glass. The incorrect glass is currently installed but will be replaced under manufacturer warranty as soon they are built and shipped. Bravo Paso Robles Glass! We called Paso Robles Glass to replace all the windows in our home. It was a repeat call for they had already replaced two a few years ago. We were so pleased with the price, the product and the crew we called them back to finish up the entire house. After a call to the owner Jarred, someone came out and measured all the windows. Jarred followed up quickly with a very good quote, so good in fact we didn't even need to get another. A date was agreed upon and the crew showed up on time with everything! The crew explained exactly how they would work through the house but would work with us so as to not interrupt our day. It was amazing to see how professional, quick and courteous they were. We have a two story home and two large octagon windows on the second story. We thought this may be a challenge. Nope. They made it look easy. In one day all 15 windows were out and replaced. The next day was trim, caulking and cleaning. They look fantastic. It looks as if our home has had a face lift. Jarred recommended a certain type of window due to where we live. He suggested these for cutting down on noise, heat and cold. Wow! They performed just as he said. He explained exactly how they would be put in, even coming out to the house and showing us in person. We could not be happier. Paso Robles Glass will have our repeat business. I will recommend them to family and friends and feel confident in doing so. This is our first time using Paso Robles Glass. We needed to have a large failed Milgard dual pane window replaced. Through recommendations from our friends and contractors we called several (five) local window replacement companies to come out and quote a replacement. Of the five none wanted to provide a quote. The window needing replacement is in our kitchen and is 31 feet above sloping ground. Most companies sited, too high up from the ground, too big (5 ft by 6 ft) and heavy of a window to be removed, insurance issues, scaffolding costs, safety concerns, difficult location to provide installation, etc, etc. When I contacted Paso Robles Glass, Steve Ekland came out to have a look. He said he didn't see any issues for a replacement window but said he would have one of Paso Robles Glass techs come out just to be sure and the tech did not see any issues either. So on March 18, 2024, PRG techs/crew, Stephen, Brandon, Shilo, Damien and Nate arrived to tackle the replacement. The techs were extremely professional and all had a great work ethic (not something you see much of anymore). Three and a half hours later, I am now looking out of a beautiful clear new window. It was amazing to watch them remove the old window and frame and add the new frame and window. Safety harnesses were used as they were very safety conscious. Clearly this was a 5 person job. We are very happy with the finished product from Paso Robles Glass. We had a unique and sizeable project requiring some creativity and problem-solving skills to replace 13 windows, 3 sliders and 5 wood doors on an older house. The PR Glass team met the challenge and delivered great results--Steve & Kim from sales, Nick on the technical side, and Brandon and team on installation. We needed some last-minute minor construction done as part of pre-installation, and Nick got us in touch with the right person and provided the specs to get the job done. We recently needed to address some 15-20 year old Milgard windows and sliding glass doors, the seals have been compromised and needed replacement. From the start of the process, we felt like we were in good hands, everyone from the scheduling team to the measuring team were great, and the bid came in lower than others, which was really great!! Today was installation day! Joe and Sal were here right on time, very cordial, respectful and just good guys. Joe walked me through the whole process, we went through each window and slider that was to be replaced and he was very patient while I asked questions. Once we got that out of the way, he and Sal got to work! We had all 9 of our windows replaced by Paso Robles Glass. Steve came out on a Saturday and explained the different options. He was extremely helpful when we had a few line item changes like getting a couple awning style windows and changes to trim. We had Anlin replacement windows installed with a mix of single hung, picture, and awning. Nick came out to do our official measurements and it was amazing he brought out a template of the window so and we made adjustments to the exterior trim and discussed how they would look. Marabelle from scheduling was great when it came time to get the installers out and having a backup date taking into account the rainy weather. The installers, Joe, Dylan A., Tim and Mike did an amazing job and had all the windows prepped, installed, and cleaned in only a few hours. I talked with Joe the most as he was the foreman but everyone was just as helpful when I would ask any of them questions. I've used Paso Glass for about a year because I've had to have my window installations (retrofit/double paned windows) as I can afford them. I started with estimates from a couple of companies, all with similar pricing, but I chose to support my city with a highly rated local company. Everyone at Paso Glass is super, very professional and kind. The measurement guys, the billing and scheduling people have been great to work with. And then there's the installation guys. Today my installations were done by Marty and Damien. They absolutely knew their stuff, including installation, window care, and company/product policies. I still have a couple more windows needing replacement. It'll be Paso Glass for each and every one of them. So far they've installed windows in my living room (one of which is a wonky trapezoid window), my dining room window, and the sliding glass door leading to my patio. Initially work with Jared McCutcheon on discussing our new homes needs for some specialty glass and install. Jared came to site to first get an idea of the job as to ensure it was a job that they could perform and to ensure the proper Technicians with the experience of installing these massive windows was assigned to the task. Bernie then came to site to take the measurements and put a game plan in place to install these huge windows in a safe manner without damaging the glass. I already had beam clamps for other task on the build along with our own scissor lift onsite to help in their install. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Sales was quickly responsive. PRG came in at half the cost of an in-town competitor! Took about 6 weeks to receive the sliding glass door and another 3 to schedule the install. That's where it gets really good. This was no ordinary slider replacement. We had to do a little demo before Steve and Noah showed up to install. Once they saw what we were dealing with, we all discovered there was a more pre-work involved. Staring down the barrel of going out of town, we needed the door installed the same day as the old one was removed to secure the house. Even though it was more of a day than bargained for, Steve and Noah dug right in! They jumped some major hurdles, stayed 'til dark and the door was in!
