We are very satisfied with the new windows. The road noise from Hwy 46 East has decreased substantially. We had dual pane windows already and most were metal framed Milguard but almost every window had failed panes with water inside, actually dripping down The install was done in one day. The crew was efficient and worked on one side of the house to start so I could stay with the toddler in the other side. Then we flipped it. The crew Marty, Joe, Dylan A, and Shilo were great and we are happy we upgraded our windows. 2 screens were damaged during install so we still need those but we're happy to check this project off our list and the more quiet house is so appreciated. read more

I am really happy to have found this company. I live in Cambria and my experience with the local outfit - Poly Pro - has been horrible (they don't even bother to return calls). PRG promptly returned my phone call, sent a guy to do measurements who arrived right on time and then provided a written quote within a few days. I executed the contract utilizing their on-line system and then just had to wait for delivery before they could install. They worked with my schedule (the windows were for a second home and I'm not always here) and we set up an install date once they had them all. This is our first time using Paso Robles Glass. We needed to have a large failed Milgard dual pane window replaced. Through recommendations from our friends and contractors we called several (five) local window replacement companies to come out and quote a replacement. Of the five none wanted to provide a quote. The window needing replacement is in our kitchen and is 31 feet above sloping ground. Most companies sited, too high up from the ground, too big (5 ft by 6 ft) and heavy of a window to be removed, insurance issues, scaffolding costs, safety concerns, difficult location to provide installation, etc, etc. When I contacted Paso Robles Glass, Steve Ekland came out to have a look. He said he didn't see any issues for a replacement window but said he would have one of Paso Robles Glass techs come out just to be sure and the tech did not see any issues either. So on March 18, 2024, PRG techs/crew, Stephen, Brandon, Shilo, Damien and Nate arrived to tackle the replacement. The techs were extremely professional and all had a great work ethic (not something you see much of anymore). Three and a half hours later, I am now looking out of a beautiful clear new window. It was amazing to watch them remove the old window and frame and add the new frame and window. Safety harnesses were used as they were very safety conscious. Clearly this was a 5 person job. Paso Robles Glass should be proud of their personnel, sales, ordering/scheduling, techs and crews; all friendly and eager to assist. i will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. read more

My review is based on the customer service and workmanship. First, the Installers - Saul and Steve. These guys make a great team. Professional, courteous, and quick. Even though there was a two-day delay for the work (it happens, and this is a terrible heat-wave), when they were here, they thanked me for my patience and waiting the extra 2 days. They came in, installed the replacement window, answered some questions, and were gone. Quick and easy and a couple of nice guys. Maribel and Christina did a wonderful job at handling the scheduling and communications. I appreciated being updated. Kudos to them for their customer service and communications skills. Jason handled the estimate and the other parts of the initial visit. He did great. Overall this is a company that exhibits teamwork and coordination, and though my job was relatively small (replace small, broken storm window), I never felt like I wasn't a top customer. My wife and I bought a home in San Miguel at the end of October in 2022 and knew, as part of the remodeling efforts, replacing the windows was going to be a critical part of the process. The windows were 45 years old, out of date, leaking heat/cold and just needed to be replaced badly. We first met Steve Ecklund who is their Sr. Replacement Specialist and from our first meeting we knew we chose the right company. Not only was Steve's personalist a great fit for my wife and I but he had fantastic knowledge of all of their products and options that would be best for our home. He took time to review all the options from inexpensive to very expensive and what would be a good fit for our home. In the end we chose vinyl Milgard low e, sound reduction windows and they have worked out great! The installation process was also top notch. The 3 man team of Dylan A., Mike D. and Patrick did wonderful work. The were courteous, knowledgeable and super in the installation. It really is amazing to watch the process and what a well oiled machine the team was installing the new windows.
