Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and consistent blame-shifting behavior exhibited throughout the interaction. Despite encountering challenges during the project, Kody failed to take ownership of the issues arising and frequently shifted blame onto others or external circumstances. In addition to all of this Kody was degrading towards my wife, constantly talking over her, raising his voice, and dismissing her opinions as they did not matter. On top of that he said he was going out of business and not going to finish other work needing to be done. All of the issues we had could have been very easily addressed by taking the time to listen to concerns we had with the craftsmanship / time frames and come with a solution rather than a bag of excuses. Quality of work was 8 out of 10 but the customer service is a 1 out of of 10.

His attention to detail is very impressive and his obvious skill and knowledge is so helpful when you are working with him on your project. In this pre-fab world of cabinets from places like Home Depot, his work is so beyond that level, it's like comparing a Buick to a Bentley. Both will do the job, but which one would you rather ride in? All that said, his prices are not at all unreasonable and I could have never have found pre-mades that would have fit into my small space so seamlessly. I can recommend Woodman's work without a single reservation. And the cherry on top is that he is also a very nice man and so easy to work with that the entire experience was a total joy.

Recently one of the soft close mechanisms stopped working and not sure what to do I called the shop for direction, fully expecting that they would tell me there is nothing they would do. Instead, they set up an appointment to look at the issue. Long story short Steve came out and looked at the issue, returned on a later appointment with the right part and installed it, not charge. I was so impressed that 5 years after the installation they would come out and look at an issue. A lot of places can make a good product, but customer service after the sale, even 5 years later, is the backbone of any product, especially Morro Bay Cabinet products.
