He was super organized, listened to our vision & preferences, and helped us decide on the final design. Two estimates were provided within 24 hours for us - prices were very fair for the quality & design we ultimately chose. Glass was ready sooner than anticipated & installation was smooth. The perfect finishing touch to our bathroom remodel! Now that we've used the shower for several weeks, we can thoroughly recommend Templeton Glass and will definitely collaborate with them on all future glass projects. Our shower is beautiful and highly functional.

I'll take my business someplace else.

I gave them another opportunity to make it right and paid $350 for a repair. They sent Santos Plumbing to fix the issue, but unfortunately, the shower door still does not close properly. What's most frustrating is that A1 Glass will not stand behind their work or take responsibility for fixing the problem. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure they stand behind their installation before doing business with them. In my experience, what seemed like a simple installation ended up costing me more money and still isn't fixed.

First, the misplaced the order for about a month which they found when I followed up. Next, Kalin specified the height of the barn door as 6-8 but the barn door arrived 7-0. The carpenter installed backing for a 6-8 door. Fortunately, the installer was able to cut the door down to make it fit. Key learnings: 1- stay on them to be sure your order is progressing, 2- double check dimensions at every stage. I could have hade a good experience if I had done these.

Initially I met the original owner, Gary, and most recently his sons who have taken over the business. They have all been incredibly responsive and helpful - often getting out for a quote within a day or two of me contacting them and installing within a few weeks! Their pricing is reasonable and they have a great selection of products. We tend to like streamlined, modern blinds with motorized "smart" controls. Recently we have installed several sets of Rollease Acmeda blinds and have been thrilled with their consistent and quiet operation. We actually like them much better than the more expensive Hunter Douglas PowerView blinds we have previously used. The quote and install process was super efficient and very easy. Definitely will continue to use these guys for any future blind needs!
