Our job was a bit more challenging because the removal of the old fence also required the removal of a Ficus vine that covered the entire length on one side. And the old 6 foot fence had an additional 2 foot of lattice on top. From demo to finish was only four days, and the quality of fencing materials and workmanship were topnotch. As other reviews pointed out, what we appreciated most about Reasons Construction is the guys who own the company are the ones doing the work. Sam and/or Nathan were always onsite working side by side with their crew. Had there been any issues, we could have worked them out with Sam or Nathan on the spot. We also appreciated the fact that when they were done, they left our side of the fence so clean, we would have never known our fence had just been replaced. We had put off our vacation because we felt we needed to be around during construction. What a mistake! Our project was in good hands with Sam, Nathan, and the rest of Reasons Construction. We will keep them in mind for other projects we are considering doing around our home.

A few days after that I had painters come to paint my master bedroom dark blue. I picked the wrong sheen and I also didn't know that imperfections on the wall would show much more easily in a dark color, so I wanted the painters to sand and repaint the wall. The painters told me I'd have to look for a drywall person to give the wall a level 5 finish if I wanted a smooth wall. I contacted Marco, and he was able to arrange for Van to come over to my place the following day at 7am. The job lasted three days (he had to leave for some time each day to do other previously scheduled jobs) and Van worked so hard and did a really beautiful job. He had a great attitude throughout even when his face was full of dark blue drywall dust every night when he's done. He even stayed until 8:30pm the last night to clean up because the painters were coming the following day to repaint the wall. I attached the before and after pictures. I am really happy with the result. Give these guys a chance! They really are great.
