We asked him to provide a design for our approval. Within one week's time he had the design and cost for our review. We felt the cost was very reasonable and within our budget. He started the project in the next few weeks and it was completed in the time he stated. When the project was done we had the most amazing yard. We never could imagine how beautiful it turned out. We received complements from everyone passing by. We were so pleased with Jimmy and his crew, that we hired him to relamdscape out backyard. That was a larger project and also turned out perfect!

My husband reached out to Marco to give him a chance to address the problem and he didn't respond. You can see that the owners response to the original review took no responsibility, so he is unlikely to make any changes. Given there was no response to the current issue, customer satisfaction don't seem to be important. We would never use this service again.

A few days after that I had painters come to paint my master bedroom dark blue. I picked the wrong sheen and I also didn't know that imperfections on the wall would show much more easily in a dark color, so I wanted the painters to sand and repaint the wall. The painters told me I'd have to look for a drywall person to give the wall a level 5 finish if I wanted a smooth wall. I contacted Marco, and he was able to arrange for Van to come over to my place the following day at 7am. The job lasted three days (he had to leave for some time each day to do other previously scheduled jobs) and Van worked so hard and did a really beautiful job. He had a great attitude throughout even when his face was full of dark blue drywall dust every night when he's done. He even stayed until 8:30pm the last night to clean up because the painters were coming the following day to repaint the wall. I attached the before and after pictures. I am really happy with the result. Give these guys a chance! They really are great.

He was our Gardner once a month for about six months and we hired him for a large echo friendly job in our yard. I contacted Jesus a few days after his work was scheduled to be complete in our rental home. He stated that he was sick and would finished the work soon. After another two weeks I contacted him when I noticed all of our new plants were dying. He stated that he forgot to turn on the irrigation system and would come back to finish the job as well as replace the dead plants. Our synthetic turf was installed incorrectly and is coming up on 3 edges. He used a sprayer on our deck which came out uneven and he did not stain our railing. The sprayer also left a large amount of stain on our brick wall which can't be removed. I've attempted to contact Jesus for several months and he's ignored all phone calls and text messages. When my husband called from a different number he was quick to answer and offer several excuses as to why he hasn't come back. He assured us he would return that week, however it's been an additional two months and no sign of him. Unfortunately for us, we paid him in full and he only completed 3/4 of the work. Plus the work that was finished was very low quality.

As I can not…read morefind where they are licensed contractors and Randy would not give me that info after the job. All the work they did I've had to have redone by professionals who really know what they're doing. I had to pay for all new baseboards and get new kitchen cabinet toe kicks in the custom wood for the brand new cabinets as they were ruined by the guy sent from HEROES2HIRE. I had requested someone to put in baseboards from Randy who I'm under the impression is the owner. Maybe he's the founder and a board member. He said I have just the guy and he's really good. Ugh! I have at this point sent over many photos of the worst workmanship I've ever seen in construction. I sent a letter explaining how lame it is that a guy sets up his saw at my front door and leaves the front door opened the whole time. I have had many contractors here during this remodel. None have done that, letting the saw dust blow through a newly remodeled home. But that's not the worse of it. When the job was done I was very unhappy and both the worker Tracey and Randy stuck by that all you have to do is "sand and paint these and they'll be perfect". I've had two contractors and my construction consultant review these base boards and toe kicks on kitchen cabinets installed by Tracey. The comments range from "just shoddy" to "I'm speechless ... it's so bad" "you don't sand caulking" "you're supposed to join the corners w wood glue not 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch caulking" "the blade wasn't even sharp" from these professionals. This company may be good at yard work but they apparently should not do any finish carpentry. Randy said when I questioned him before the job that their company does all kinds of construction and home repair and that he's licensed and bonded. Make sure if you hire him to get that proof upfront as he was not willing to disclose it after the "shoddy" workmanship was concluded. The photos say a thousand words.
