I am an interior designer so I had high standards for how the process would get to the end result. Joslyn, the landscape designer, starts the process. She came over to see my sad patch of weeds for a yard. I told her my wish list and the aesthetic I was going for. She drew up the most beautiful plans and right from the get go I could see my vision and her design come to life. Joslyn gets it. SHE REALLY GETS IT. After the design phase, we smoothly transitioned into 'budgeting phase'. That is when Jon takes over and goes over pricing and budget. He is very honest and clear about what can be done and not done within the allotted budget. Although we couldn't get everything we wanted, (due to budget), we were happy with what we ended up choosing to achieve 90% of the backyard we dreamed of. After budgeting, we scheduled the work to be done. When production started, the crew started on time and began working on time and extremely professionally.
