I am a resident to one of the HOA communities that this company manages the landscaping for. For…read morethe past two years I've noticed that their quality in work has declined drastically. The two men that work on our landscaping use the residents green bins for plant matter that they should haul away themselves. Our home is in the back corner of the court, they use my home and my neighbors as an ending point for their work. So they're always blowing the dust and leaves over our car, over our fence and the space next our neighbors fence. Rarely ever do they manage our outdoor spaces as they should. On November 14 I caught them filling up a residential bin completely, then grabbing another to finish the job. This is not the first time they have done this. Last year whenever we left our green bin outside our gate, they would fill it up every week they could. Then yesterday, November 29 they blew all the leaves right in front of our fence gate and left it all there. It was such a huge pile that I had to clean it up myself just to open my gate. One other thing I remember but didn't get photo proof of is how they spray their pesticides. About two years ago my mother, waiting in her car saw them spraying chemicals all over residents belongings that were left out. Kids toys, shoes, etc... Whether or not it was our HOA's fault for not notifying us prior to let us prepare, the people working could've been more considerate. Recently I've heard this company is increasing their prices due to inflation. Nearly $500 for such lousy landscaping. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We asked for our remaining money back so we can paint our new fence ourselves since he never shows up and when he actually responds, it is to put us off yet another week, or two. We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ).
