True Landscape did a really great job of making some lovely improvements to our yard! Our yard was a complete mess before they came (with really hard uncomfortable small pebbles, hard dirt along the sides of the house, and wood chips in large spaces making it all kind of unusable). We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ). We have actually been going out every day to enjoy it now (over the past month) when we literally never used our yard before. Thank you!! read more

Customer service was great! Unfortunately after the first rain my compaction on my fresh DG was no where near where it should be, after some communication the owner personally came back out to fix it and I haven't had any issues with it since. read more

Victor came out, spent 30 mins and we agreed on the job price and start date. I checked in days before, confirming. Was told they are backed up, we settled on a new date the following week. Then Victor texted the price increased $1500.00 due to supplies. I called suppliers, no prices did not increase. I responded that I can order the supplies. Victor then texted his workers were not available, suggested a new date. Eventually he just ghosted. Best for me because I got the job completed by another company, 2K cheaper than their original bid. And really these guys Pad their estimates 30-50%.. So call a local handyman or Calpoly kid. Same level of finish, much cheaper. read more

True Landscape did a retaining wall in my backyard and stamped concrete walkways in the front yard. Everything they did is beautiful! Victor is easy to work with and a great communicator. His crew was on time every day and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend True Landscape! read more

Class act all the way. Victor and his foreman Eli are consummate professionals and the same can be said for their energetic and skilled team members. Please see the attached photos ... unfortunately the "before" picture doesn't show much of the structure under construction. Basically the retaining wall protected our neighbor from run-off and as a bonus added about 40 square feet of usable yard to our property. Oh, did I mention all this was done in one day? read more

From the quote request process to the finished product, I could not be happier. Victor always responded to my questions within a matter of minutes and was always willing to help me in any way that he could. There were even a few times that he dropped what he was doing to come out and answer some questions that I had. Do yourself a favor and look no further than True Landscape. True landscape and Victor are awesome. We are so happy with the major project they did for us. Pricing was excellent, the crew showed up every day bright and early and worked through the day, Victor was extremely responsive and super easy to work with and in fact, went above and beyond on several occasions. We could not be happier with our experience with True Landscape and the results exceeded our expectations. You will not regret working with Victor and his team. read more

I requested estimates from four different companies for my front yard project. True Landscape was the cheapest (half the price of the most expensive estimate) and quickest to respond. Victor responded to my messages quickly, came up with the estimate within a couple hours, and was able to start within two weeks. Victor and the team were professional and trustworthy. Victor seemed more concerned with maintaining a fair reputation and providing good customer service than profit which is refreshing and definitely appreciated since this was my first home project of this scale. They did a great job and I've already had neighbors and friends ask me for his information because it looks so good! I was happy with True Landscaping from beginning to end. read more

Victor responded my message right away, I left my phone number to all the companies and nobody called back, only Victor did within minutes. He was also able to accommodate to our budget and timeline. They worked very hard to complete the job before the rain came back, I was surprised that they wanted to do the job in the middle of rainy days. I do recommend his work. read more

I needed work done on an old old sprinkler system. Looked on yelp asked for a quote and within a few minutes I got a call from Victor. He came out when it was convenient for me and told me what it might be. Reasonably priced. Replaced a valve but ended up to be the pipes and so quoted a good price to replace front yard sprinkling system. He came out the next week when it was convenient for me again and did the job within a couple of hours. Even came back for an adjustment right away. It was a pleasure working with Victor and will definitely use him again if needed. Call him you will not regret it. I would give him 6 stars if it was offered. read more

True Landscaping did awesome work love my backyard great backyard gave me the resort I was looking for and them some

Quality work and professional - from requesting a quote to completion of the job! Victor and his crew cleared out dirt, weeds from the entire property lined planters, lined with weed barrier and beautiful bark. They turned our gofer ridden, drought and dog destroyed, ankle twisting yard into a green oasis that the kids are loving!! To top it off they cleaned up after themselves too. I highly recommend going with this company. Thanks Victor for an amazing backyard. read more

I requested a quote for: Removing old bushes Removing an old concrete block planter Replacing two privacy fence gates (which they hand-built to fit) Planting 15 small succulents Ground cover with red lava rocks Repairing one corner of my fence Irrigation system repairs General cleanup Victor quickly provided a very fair estimate. The work was completed on schedule for the original price quoted. On-time and on-budget. The contract also clearly stated that he would not perform additional work without my approval. Don't assume that everybody works this way. The work took two days to complete, and at the end of day one, the job-site was left very clean, swept down, all tools and materials stacked neatly in one location in the back yard (out of sight). At the end of the job, the job-site was left cleaner than they found it. Excellent work and work-ethic. I would hire Victor and his company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. read more
