Tyler and his team did an amazing job with our backyard remodel. He was very patient and spent a lot of time going over our yard, offering different option and reviewing and advantages and disadvantages of each one. He was very upfront and transparent on costs and kept us updated throughout the whole project. He responded to texts almost immediately and was on-site daily to meet with us and go over the progress and answer questions. As with any project, some unforeseen issues came up (which weren't his fault, but had to do with work the prior owner had done) and he just "took care of it." Tyler also threw in some really nice finishing touches and several extras to make the project look nicer without any additional cost. Once it was all done, the project far exceeded our expectations and has already received glowing praise from the neighbors. Would definitely give Tyler and his crew an A+! We've worked with several contractors and subcontractors and he was by far the easiest to work with. The quality and value were outstanding and we'll definitely be calling him again if we ever need anything else done. We had Calscape 805 put in are two natural stone patios with walkways. He also assembled a prefab patio cover. We are very very happy with the work he did. All of his work is impressed me;however, the best part was his promptness on providing a bid, starting job as promised and most of all completing the job on time even with us adding some extra work. Tyler was great to work with - he listened as we described our vision for our backyard and he offered suggestions that we really liked. He was able to show us photos of past jobs to illustrate the plan, and he gave us a start date and completion date. The week we were to start - he called to let me know he was able to get a 1/2 day head start on our project, and they began demo early! Our goal was twofold - we had a grading / drainage problem that created a giant puddle that was potentially damaging to the foundation, AND we wanted a drought tolerant yard that would minimize irrigation needs and maximize usable space. Tyler and his team removed and replaced the backyard drain with upgraded materials and removed 5 inches of topsoil from the yard, regrading it for proper drainage. They installed D.G., 4" deep across the entire yard, drip irrigation lines to our trees, and they created a large elevated patio area that will be our fire pit/entertaining platform when we are finished decorating. Complete project was done ahead of schedule, and we are enjoying decorating our new back yard living space! read more

We had Tyler come out & remove 5 very large tree that no one else wanted to tackle. He came out & in 2 days had the trees removed and even stayed in the pouring rain to pick up all the left over branches & debris. He is extremely hard worker & very knowledgeable & dependable.
