Just like with our back yard project, we met with Carmen several times to work out the details of our front yard. Carmen being busy as he is would often schedule our meetings on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. I mean I've never dealt with or met a contractor that would give up their weekend to meet with a client to discuss a project. Carmen was always in communication with me either by phone or text, even if he was delayed in getting back to me, I always heard from him. If Carmen was delayed in getting back to me, he would apologize for the delay. Based on my experience with Carmen he as always been about customer service. He was patient when working with us on our project. He offered suggestions when I strayed away from what we wanted to achieve. His knowledge and experience kept the stress to a minimum. Carmen's crew of family members are professional, polite, and always cleaned up after their day was done. As far as value, Carmen's pricing is very competitive. The job included removal of an existing stucco wall and a lot of demo work. Mike and his team worked carefully through the process to protect our home as well as the neighboring property. Kudos to Michael and Omega Concrete…read more As mentioned in my original review, we were extremely disappointed with the splotchy coloring of our driveway after the concrete cured. Michael read the review and reached out with a solution. It was a bit of a compromise - but one that we found acceptable. Michael agreed to power wash the driveway and apply a topical stain that matched the color we were originally expecting. We, in turn, agreed to pay for a sealer - something that would not have been needed if the original concrete had retained its coloring. The resulting driveway is exactly what we wanted. (See the newest picture of the stained and sealed driveway.). The color of the concrete perfectly sets off the bands of pavers. Thanks Michael. .

GPM actually used a neighbor's front yard hose to fill up their 500 gallon water tank , two days in a row . Our yard was…read morea complete mess before they came (with really hard uncomfortable small pebbles, hard dirt along the sides of the house, and wood chips in large spaces making it all kind of unusable). We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ).
