Throughout the entire process, Jose demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail. His crew members were equally courteous, hardworking, and reliable. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the finished work. What impressed us most was Jose's ability to find practical, cost-effective solutions where other contractors we consulted recommended complete overhauls at substantially higher prices. His pricing was very competitive, and the results exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to hire Jose again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone in the Pismo Beach area and surrounding communities looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and dependable contractor.

Recently, our neighbors had a new home built by Pacific Builders and daily we watched the competence and expertise exhibited by the crew from PB. Subsequently, we hired them to tear all the stucco off our home, install new windows and exterior doors, etc. They pay attention to every little detail, are extremely neat and organized. Maintaining the highest standards coupled with service to their client is their number one priority. If there is a problem, 1 phone call is all it takes and they take immediate action. Travis has assembled quite a team of craftsmen who do excellent work and are professional, hard-working and efficient. During the initial design phase he and his team were very helpful in providing suggestions and ways to improve. Let me tell you: their work is immaculate. They got our weird Los Osos house looking great. If you've dealt with a handful of contractors, you get a sense right away that some people are really into what they do and some are just there to do work. That first type--the enthusiast--is the one you want. Not only does Rob exemplify it, his entire crew does as well. We'll definitely use them again if and when the need arises.

Rob Tol Construction just completed a full remodel of our master bedroom, bathroom, and closet…read more From the start, working with Rob was a great experience. His bid was competitive, and he was able to offer suggestions and ideas that we hadn't thought of or didn't know were feasible. The initial timeline was several months out, but Rob remained in contact and was able to move us up on the calendar. The project was completed at the quoted price, plus a couple of scope additions we requested. Work took a little longer than expected, likely due to modifications needed to bring our aging home up to standard, and the perfection of our tile work; Rob does things the right way, and uses great subcontractors. The end result is beautiful. The bathroom remodel was completed so perfectly that we now see flaws in our guest bathroom which was remodeled 3 years ago by a different contractor. Our master suite has transformed from the worst part of our home to our personal sanctuary. I would not hesitate to hire Rob Tol Construction again. In fact, we're already planning to when we're ready to start our next project. As a side note, but important to us, Rob and all of his subs were great with our dogs. so we never had to lock them away during the project.
