We are so happy with our choice and have complete faith that if there were any issues down the road, the company would make it right. The office staff answers the phone and they are polite. They returned phone calls right away and were prompt in email correspondence as well. We got a quote for our front yard and while this product is not the cheapest out there, it is totally worth the money. They quality of the lawn is better than the two other samples I received from other competitors (light green backing which allows grass to remain cooler and more drainage holes) and honestly, I wanted a crew that would show up when they said they would and there was clear understanding on the price and install expectations. They are based out of Fresno but they are here on the Central Coast multiple times a week so access to them is not an issue. The installation crew was fantastic. We were​ given an arrival window of 7:30 am​ to 8:30 am, they showed up promptly at 7:30 am. After reviewing with us what was to be done, they got to work. They were very hard to remove all the pavers and there were a lot and did the installation​. We totally cleaned up everything and walked us through the finished play yard. Jonathan handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. One of the things that really sets Jonathan apart is his ability to understand a customer's vision and turn it into reality. He is genuinely willing to take on challenges and explore solutions that may be outside the typical scope of landscape construction. Rather than steering customers toward what is easiest or most familiar, Jonathan takes the time to understand what they want and works hard to figure out how to make it happen. That willingness to go beyond his comfort zone in order to deliver what the customer envisions is something we really appreciated. Despite the size and complexity of the job, he completed the project on time and within budget, which is something that is increasingly hard to find in landscape construction.
