I would also caution anyone considering going with System Pavers to steer clear of those crooks. I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle. Our yard was…read morea complete mess before they came (with really hard uncomfortable small pebbles, hard dirt along the sides of the house, and wood chips in large spaces making it all kind of unusable). We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ). I could go on about many things that they did wrong, or just didn't care enough about to pay attention. Not sure it would do anybody any good but I cannot, in good faith, recommend them. Responding to the: I chose a different route after you came by played with my sprinklers and left the backyard sprinkler on and left them running! I discovered they were still running four hours later. And yes, you did reimburse me for the water usage. This is part of the attention to detail that is lacking. The gopher guard was not pinned down properly so within a day of the gopher guard being put down, I had gophers. This happened more than once. My hose was left on more than once. My gate was left open more than once. The wrong Grass was laid in that dead corner. After several attempts, that area still has dead grass. Not saying you didn't come back and try, but after several attempts, you were still not successful
