We are pleased to provide a review and recommendation for Sprinkler Pros and Tom Lanier based on…read morethe fine work his company has provided for us. When Tom started working for us, we had a very old irrigation system that completely needed to be replaced. Most of our problems were a result of poor maintenance and all the work done by us 20 years ago. The plan that Tom discussed with us was accurate and the cost estimate he provided was fair for the proposed work that needed to be done. Tom has always been very responsive and prompt to address any concerns or questions that we had. He provided an awesome irrigation system that we would've never found on our own. He is very helpful and most importantly Tom is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems. I do not say this lightly, if you ever want to know just how knowledgeable he is, Tom has a YouTube page that you can go to and watch his videos. They are very helpful and informative and it certainly makes you comfortable with the fact that he has been in this business for over 30 years and knows the business of irrigation systems extremely well. His knowledge is second to none and he is very professional and diligent in completing all the necessary repairs and replacements. Most importantly, he is very conscientious about the ongoing operations and also left the work area very clean and free of debris. For almost 40 years I have been in the real estate business and my husband has been a contractor. We have dealt with many contractors and irrigation companies. We have never written a review for any of the companies that we have dealt with in the past, but we were so impressed with Tom and his knowledge and professionalism we felt it was necessary for other people to know just how good he is. If you are looking for a good solid irrigation company that will not oversell you or undersell and provide you with the best system for your needs, we would highly recommend Sprinkler Pros and Tom Lanier for the job.

Tom Lanier, owner of Sprinkler Pros, reviewed the system and concluded that the existing drip system would never work properly. Tom revived the original PVC pipe that had been buried for years, installed pop-up heads and driplines with filters, and tied everything to one controller. Tom's experience and integrity were evident. The HOA has saved on water bills and the plants are thriving. Tom's YouTube videos are invaluable to our onsite maintenance person. We highly recommend Sprinkler Pros.

True Landscape did a really great job of making some lovely improvements to our yard! Our yard was…read morea complete mess before they came (with really hard uncomfortable small pebbles, hard dirt along the sides of the house, and wood chips in large spaces making it all kind of unusable). We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ). We have actually been going out every day to enjoy it now (over the past month) when we literally never used our yard before. Thank you!!

Tavo and his team are knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, and friendly. Tavo was on site almost everyday. If there was anything thing needed updating based off suppliers or edits to the plans, we spoke about it. He was open to changes I requested during the process. He was very easy to contact and speak with. Items involved in the job were: Demolition, brickwork, retaining wall, stairs, deck, lighting, pergola, irrigation, lighting, chicken Run, swings posts, installation of a fountain, storm drains, fencing, lots of landscaping, walk path on hill, 25 foot slide fit into a hill. He made sure we were happy with the work and choices along the way. Any issues that came up, he made sure to fix. We had a different company install artificial turf. After working with them, we saw how differently other companies conducted their businesses and were that much more happy that we had chosen Bajascape for the job. There were a few plants and screws that needed replacing. They swiftly made the repairs. The backyard survived the most recent extreme storms very well. If need any more work done, we will definitely use Bajascape. I can't say enough good things about them!

He replaced my drip line and broken valves, then he fixed all the wires and lines that were mixed up so the timer would work right, and he did it all with a smile. He explains things clearly and is always friendly, professional and easy to work with. I saw him fixing my neighbors yard and I asked if he could look at my irrigation system sometime. He came over later that same day and was able to put in my drip line. Then he came back another day to fix the system wiring and valves for the timer to run properly. I am completely impressed. Ryan is the man! Capable, hard working, reasonable and honest.

Ryan is very friendly and super easy to work with! I really enjoy that he is flexible and seems to not only enjoy his job, but is really good at it!
