We are pleased to provide a review and recommendation for Sprinkler Pros and Tom Lanier based on the fine work his company has provided for us. When Tom started working for us, we had a very old irrigation system that completely needed to be replaced. Most of our problems were a result of poor maintenance and all the work done by us 20 years ago. The plan that Tom discussed with us was accurate and the cost estimate he provided was fair for the proposed work that needed to be done. Tom has always been very responsive and prompt to address any concerns or questions that we had. He provided an awesome irrigation system that we would've never found on our own. He is very helpful and most importantly Tom is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems. I do not say this lightly, if you ever want to know just how knowledgeable he is, Tom has a YouTube page that you can go to and watch his videos. They are very helpful and informative and it certainly makes you comfortable with the fact that he has been in this business for over 30 years and knows the business of irrigation systems extremely well. His knowledge is second to none and he is very professional and diligent in completing all the necessary repairs and replacements. Most importantly, he is very conscientious about the ongoing operations and also left the work area very clean and free of debris. For almost 40 years I have been in the real estate business and my husband has been a contractor. We have dealt with many contractors and irrigation companies. We have never written a review for any of the companies that we have dealt with in the past, but we were so impressed with Tom and his knowledge and professionalism we felt it was necessary for other people to know just how good he is. If you are looking for a good solid irrigation company that will not oversell you or undersell and provide you with the best system for your needs, we would highly recommend Sprinkler Pros and Tom Lanier for the job. read more

The sprinkler system for our 50-year-old condominium complex had consistent leaks and was operated by four controllers. The HOA consistently needed to replace plants. Tom Lanier, owner of Sprinkler Pros, reviewed the system and concluded that the existing drip system would never work properly. Tom revived the original PVC pipe that had been buried for years, installed pop-up heads and driplines with filters, and tied everything to one controller. Tom's experience and integrity were evident. The HOA has saved on water bills and the plants are thriving. Tom's YouTube videos are invaluable to our onsite maintenance person. We highly recommend Sprinkler Pros. read more

Wonderful service from Tom Lanier at Sprinkler Pros. The previous owners of our home were "do-it-yourselfers," and the drip system they created was falling apart. I needed help. Tom was prompt, friendly, communicated well, and corrected all of the problems in our system. And his bill was less than estimated because parts weren't as expensive as anticipated and he finished faster. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Tom, James whichever his name is, was prompt to answer a phone call and return calls. He arrived on time but did not want to listen to his client. He repeatedly directed me to his 'YouTube' channel which I had NO INTEREST IN watching, which is why I hired a sprinkler guy and failed to tell me he charged $95/hr for an assessment. He attempted several times to install a whole new system and move it from the conveniently located location under the house where it can not be seen to the side of the house where it would be visible because he did not like walking into the 2 step basement. After wandering around my immediate yard (not the 2.5 acres which also had sprinklers)for 4 hrs on a very hot day (which I don't blame him) pulling all of my sprinkler lines out of the ground, he left, with no word. I later received an astronomical bill for sprinklers which he chose to repair without notice, batteries he replaced and his time. Again, I had asked for an assessment, not knowing what the property we bought entailed. Since he was at our property we now have sprinklers that shoot high into the sky, sprinklers that do not function properly due to him pulling them out of the ground, sprinklers that are exposed all over the property, sprinklers in the box leaking out everywhere excessively and our lawn is dying. It appears he purposely destroyed our system so he would have to return and fix it for another large bill. Attached are before and after photos. read more

We had problems with our Sprinkler system. Tom comes out, is here for a short time, says it's all fixed and leaves. Bills me, including $120 service fee. Problem isn't fixed. Each time he comes out, it's the same story from him. He never fixed a problem but still charged me the $120 service fee. I finally decided to have a REAL landscaper out. WOW! Each time he'd find another problem he would ask me to come outside and see the problems. As it turns out, Tom wasn't doing any of the work that he said he was doing and billing me for. I had landscape plants and grass that was dying. Sprinkler heads were broken, water lines were broken. I could go on and on. As far as I'm concerned, I think he is a crook and takes advantage of older single women. I can't stress enough for you to avoid using him for anything!!! read more

Sprinkler pros, a truly professional company. Mr Randy Cook was very professional at his job. He first did a diagnosis of the system along with asking questions. Others came out and told me what the problem was with our bothering to check it out throughly and then to proceed to quot some high off the wall cost, which turned out not to be the problem at all. Mr Cook solved the problem in no time and my sprinklers are up and running and the price really can't be ant better. Is so nice to have a professional who does a job well done. read more

I have a archeological irrigation mess with multi-layers of old drip line that needed to be deciphered and consolidated. Tom arrived promptly at 8 am and was undaunted with this challenge despite the threat of poison oak. He methodically analyzed our 18 valve mess and drew out a plan for 10 valves with efficient drip line plan. He was a great resource to work with and I highly recommend his expert advice and experience to cut thru the dirt. read more

I found Sprinkler Pro on Yelp and he is as great as the reviews I read. He is prompt, helpful and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Tom Lanier's knowledge and experience have been invaluable to us in getting our antiquated and failing drip system into working condition. We also recently purchased vinyl covers for our sprinkler valves from Tom. The covers offer protection from the sun, and they provide a finished look that enhances the appearance of our home. Not something we would have thought about, but glad that we did. We will continue to see Tom about all of our drip system/irrigation needs. read more

Tom Lanier, owner of Sprinkler Pros, is AMAZING! We had major problems with our irrigation system. We were unable to turn it off. So we had to temporarily shut off the main. I called Tom at 9PM & he called me right back. He showed up the following morning @ 8AM, moving his schedule around to accommodate us. I'm happy to report, everything got repaired & our water turned back on! Tom's work was just EXCELLENT! We are having him back to finish up on some fine tuning he didn't have time to complete. From 1st hand experience, Tom is a man of real integrity - someone you can totally trust! We'd highly recommend using Sprinkler Pros! Ken & Merilee Strom. read more
