He is genuinely willing to take on challenges and explore solutions that may be outside the typical scope of landscape construction. Rather than steering customers toward what is easiest or most familiar, Jonathan takes the time to understand what they want and works hard to figure out how to make it happen. That willingness to go beyond his comfort zone in order to deliver what the customer envisions is something we really appreciated. Despite the size and complexity of the job, he completed the project on time and within budget, which is something that is increasingly hard to find in landscape construction. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and he was committed to making sure everything was done right. What really impressed us, though, was what happened two years after the project was completed. We recently had a few landscape lights that needed attention, and Jonathan came out and repaired them at no charge. He certainly didn't have to do that two years after completing the project, but he wanted to make sure everything was still working properly and that we were happy. That really says a lot about the kind of person and business owner he is. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for someone who can take on a large, complicated landscape construction project and deliver. He claimed that he thought the appt was the day before, either way, I was home all day, no one called or texted. He said he tried, but neither went through. I gave him another chance, we set a time for Monday, the next day. At 1:20pm I got a text confirming he would be there at 3pm. No one showed. He never answered the phone or returned my text to see if everything was ok. I sent a long text the next day, no response at all. This is low bar for professionalism. He doesn't show up, can't return a call or text, why even bother. So very disappointed!
