This is an Update to an Update.
After having problems with our landscaping and some other minor issues with a fence rebuild in November 2018 by Wild Bloom, I contacted Luke about replacing some plants that had died (see previous update). I didn't receive the response I was hoping for. That lead to a disappointing review I placed on Yelp and a change of heart, whether to continue recommending Wild Bloom.
Luke replied with disappointment to my review (understandably), but then it was left at that.
THEN, some time later, I received a call from his sweet wife, Melody.
She said she was taking over the customer service end of things...that Luke was very busy with other projects (expanding their business down into Orange County). Melody and I had then had a heart-to-heart talk about how disappointed I was over minor things that had turned into major things in my head. Melody was kind and patient in listening to me. She said, "We want to make this right. I'm sorry I didn't follow up right after the project was completed. I should have come by."
I really appreciated her candidness and heart's desire to fix all of the little "issues" left over from the project. Her honesty completely turned my heart around!! It is such a rarity these days to find someone willing to be completely open and honest and simply communicate where there at. It "humanizes" the business and causes good-will with customers! AWESOME!
The following week Melody showed up with 5 new Salvia plants to replace the ones that had died. She also had 2 workers show up to work on the irrigation and fix some issues with the fence panel that had been rebuilt.
Unfortunately, there were still some issues after the guys had left...and I felt horrible that I had to call Melody again to report that the things that needed fixing still weren't satisfactory.
She was more frustrated than I was and told me that she'd send the guys back out the following week.
One week later, Melody sent over Manuel. Manuel was very kind and conscientious, and HALLELUJAH he fixed EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed!!! They say, "Third times a charm..." right? :-)
Melody immediately checked with me later that day to find out if everything was now satisfactory with me. I REALLY appreciated her following up so that I could give her the GOOD news!
With all that being said, through all the annoyances to get this project finally settled, I really appreciate everything Melody has done for me these past few week. Her efforts and honesty speak VOLUMES about her character and she truly is an invaluable ASSET to Wild Bloom Landscaping!
Melody and Luke are very kind people and I REALLY appreciated the effort that Melody put forth to make things right with me! With her handling customer service, I would be extremely happy to, once again, recommend Wild Bloom for all your landscaping and hardscaping needs.
Thanks again, Melody (and Luke)!!! Blessings! read more
