He said that he had over 20 years of working with insurance companies. My home had damage from the Natural Disaster that happened on January 9, 2023. Bob came to my home and has done nothing but add to the problems that I have. He removed the skirting and insulation from the undercarriage of my manufactured home that i had completely remodeled. He was supposed to provide me with documentation for the work he performed - moisture readings from underneath and photos showing that the insulation was wet and needed to be removed. He was paid $10,000 and he has not provided any backup documentation. I am unable to get reimbursed. He told me to remove all of my furniture and take down my artwork and photos because walls needed to be removed and repairs needed to be made. I was trusted Bob and the person that recommended him, so I had everything taken out and stored. I have nothing in my home. He has since begun working with my insurance company in the sense that he is now saying that there was no damage, it can all be fixed with a little paint. My insurance won't pay for any of my moving expenses, storage, etc. and I can't afford to get my things back. He is a theft and a con artist. I can go on and on about all of the problems he has created.

All the work they did I've had to have redone by professionals who really know what they're doing. I had to pay for all new baseboards and get new kitchen cabinet toe kicks in the custom wood for the brand new cabinets as they were ruined by the guy sent from HEROES2HIRE. I had requested someone to put in baseboards from Randy who I'm under the impression is the owner. Maybe he's the founder and a board member. He said I have just the guy and he's really good. Ugh! I have at this point sent over many photos of the worst workmanship I've ever seen in construction. I sent a letter explaining how lame it is that a guy sets up his saw at my front door and leaves the front door opened the whole time. I have had many contractors here during this remodel. None have done that, letting the saw dust blow through a newly remodeled home. But that's not the worse of it. When the job was done I was very unhappy and both the worker Tracey and Randy stuck by that all you have to do is "sand and paint these and they'll be perfect". I've had two contractors and my construction consultant review these base boards and toe kicks on kitchen cabinets installed by Tracey. The comments range from "just shoddy" to "I'm speechless ... it's so bad" "you don't sand caulking" "you're supposed to join the corners w wood glue not 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch caulking" "the blade wasn't even sharp" from these professionals. This company may be good at yard work but they apparently should not do any finish carpentry. Randy said when I questioned him before the job that their company does all kinds of construction and home repair and that he's licensed and bonded. Make sure if you hire him to get that proof upfront as he was not willing to disclose it after the "shoddy" workmanship was concluded. The photos say a thousand words.
