Just like with our back yard project, we met with Carmen several times to work out the details of our front yard. Carmen being busy as he is would often schedule our meetings on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. I mean I've never dealt with or met a contractor that would give up their weekend to meet with a client to discuss a project. Carmen was always in communication with me either by phone or text, even if he was delayed in getting back to me, I always heard from him. If Carmen was delayed in getting back to me, he would apologize for the delay. Based on my experience with Carmen he as always been about customer service. He was patient when working with us on our project. He offered suggestions when I strayed away from what we wanted to achieve. His knowledge and experience kept the stress to a minimum.
