Seriously the best. No matter how many issues we have, they will keep coming back to help us out. We do a quarterly check up with them and they have come back for wasp and mice emergencies! They are so prompt and helpful. Also their spray is safe enough to have around my kiddo and dog after it dries. Having them come regularly has seriously cut down on spiders and wasps around our home and yard. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Had these guys come out last year when we had a termite scare. They were helpful and informative (even though they don't technically do termite inspections due to insurance reasons. As an aside, that's probably why Terminex has the market cornered and tries to sell you $3500 plans when you don't actually have termites!). The exterminator went into great detail about a "spring power spray" they do for spider control. I marked it in my calendar and called them this spring...but no one answered! I've emailed twice, called four times and left a message, all over a two week period, and not a single person had gotten back to me. I'm not sure if they're still in business...or how they're doing business if they don't call their customers back? I finally had to go with another company I found on Yelp!, and they were fantastic. These guys were great...if you can get ahold of them. read more

Fair price, knowledgeable, willing to do as much as I wanted regarding insecticides, etc. while telling me the pros/cons. Highly recommend.

We have been using the bug Dr for almost a year now. They are very friendly and helpful! Their spray has been a huge help for the spiders in our old house. They are also good at coming out between quarterly sprays to get things taken care of if needed and you call! Sean is always professional and personable! read more

This is a long overdue message of appreciation for Bug Doctor Dale. We lived in a townhouse with a serious, difficult to manage and contain bug infestation. Dale took care of it and gave us invaluable advice on how to make sure that we didn't take the problem with us when we moved. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He's honest and his prices are very reasonable. Good with animals, too. I have referred him to several people and all said that they had a good experience. He generally shows up quite early and he only accepts cash and checks. read more

I'm essentially echoing all of the other 5 star reviews that Dale has received. He is prompt, professional, courteous, honest.

Dale is awesome! He's professional, nice, considerate and consistent. I've been thoroughly impressed with him. He does quick work and is great about calling to schedule visits. We have him on a quarterly basis since our house has so many trees around it, its affordable and gives me great peace of mind. He's the best! read more

I highly recommend the Bug Doctor. This was my first experience needing help with a bug problem, and Dale was able to get me scheduled right away. He was very thorough and friendly. He did a great job. I hope I never need to call for this kind of service again! However, if I do, I'm definitely calling the Bug Doctor. read more

Again, i agree with previous evaluators... 5 Stars is an absolute. Dale was extremely professional and wonderful to work with..... Great experience!!! Will use again in the future. Thanks, Dale for your professionalism and work. read more

Large wasp colony in flagstone wall successfully eliminated. Thank you!

Awesome service. Always check the whole house, inside and out. They always work around my schedule and their prices are very reasonable. Did I mention how nice, courteous and professional the Bug Doctor has been. I've been a customer for between 3-4 years. read more

I had an infestation and Dale got me scheduled right away. After two treatments my problem was taken care of; I haven't seen any critters for almost a month. Dale is great, knowledgeable and punctual. If I ever have another problem, I know who to call. read more

Dale wasn't available, but recommended another exterminator, which I thought was very cool.

Dale was amazing! We were having a black widow problem at the house, I called Dale at 11pm on a Friday night thinking I was going to get an ansering machine, and he answered! He showed up exactly on time which is huge to me. He also gave us a 30 day guarantee. He was so friendly and nice, I would absolutley recomened him to anyone! Dale get two thumbs up in my book! read more

I couldn't have asked for better service. Dale was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of pest control. read more

Dale is so helpful. He gave great advice- over the phone. How generous is that? There's a reason he has so many positive reviews.

A colony of wasps established a nest inside an outside wall of our house, using a small gap in our dryer vent for access. They stung my wife when we tried to take care of the problem ourselves. We called two other bee control companies, one of which wanted to demolish 20 sq ft of drywall to get to the bees nest. The other company treated but failed to solve the problem, and tried to sell us an expensive unneeded annual pest control plan. Dale at The Bug Doctor killed the bees and destroyed the nest, in one visit, at a reasonable price. read more

Thought I had a bug problem. I looked up reviews of several other pest control companies and the Bug Doctor had about the best responses. Dale came by and checked things out and said it was just old dirt settling. He said he didn't think there was anything to worry about. Didn't try to sell anything else and was on his way. Best / honest service I've gotten in years from any service provider out there! read more

I just called Dale to help me remove a hornet's nest and he told me that, based on what I told him about it, I could do it myself for $5 worth of bug spray. He said I should not waste money on a service call if the nest was open and exposed like this one was and explained the kind of nest that needed a professional to remove. I told him I would call him back if it didn't work and I will. You should too. read more

Dale gets 5 stars from me on helpfulness, responsiveness and friendliness alone. I called him late Thursday afternoon after having a major panic attack about some bites appearing on my leg in the last week. I'd also gotten a nasty spider bite on the other leg a month ago that still hasn't healed. I described to him my problem and he told me to go home and look for some certain signs of specific things. Yep, thanks to the internet I had convinced myself I had bed bugs. I called him as soon as I got home, I don't know that I found what he was looking for but I did find a tiny centipede in my master bath sink and I had had it! I didn't care what was in my house, I wanted him to burn my place down if he had to because I was freaking out about the bugs. Perhaps a slight overreaction to maybe four total spider sightings in two months, but... He told me he would come by Friday at 2pm to spray with Deltamethrin (luckily people, baby and dog safe). He actually showed up at 1pm which was awesome (sorry I wasn't home yet!). Though neither of us found any evidence of anything too creepy, I wanted him to spray anyway and he did for $175 while my pups and I hung out on our deck. Much cheaper than anything I had researched. He sprayed the bed frames, mattresses, floors, furniture and who knows what else and also gave me tips on how to effectively clean all my bedding and linens. All I know is that a week has passed since my last bites - and I couldn't say that a week ago! They've healed and I'm going to pretend it was all a bad dream. He has a lot of experience with all types of bugs in this area and he put my mind at ease for a very low price. P.S. Don't EVER google bed bugs unless you're prepared to light yourself on fire immediately. read more

Dale came and saved the day! Bed bugs came to visit us and Dale sent them packing!! We had to get sprayed twice because our neighbor was harboring the nasty things, but Dale was so accommodating. He fit us in his busy schedule, used pet safe spray (my dogs loved him) and our bill was pleasantly and surprisingly affordable. The second application of the spray was even done at no charge. Dale is a pro at getting rid of your pesky pests and though I hope to not have to ever again, I would call him again in a second to get help! read more

They did what I needed them to do. I'm just praying that I don't get wasps again. They fit me in, and yeah traffic is pretty terrible. Lol. I'm glad that I was able to talk to a person and make an appointment so quickly though. They are very polite and helpful. I would recommend them for emergency services. I had the wasps in my Swamp Cooler. $150 read more

We have a terrible Blow Fly infestation. Orkin wanted to charge me 250$ minimum! This gentleman was honest about needing to remove the critter in the wall where they were breeding. He said that fly strips and a swatter are the best way to go. He said he didn't want to charge me when they will run their course regardless. I appreciate the honesty!! I will call him back if we ever have any more problems. read more

HUGE LIFE SAVER! I just closed on my house last week and yesterday comcast came out to install service at the house. Well I guess the drilling into the walls to install the cable outlets aggravated a foot-long next of angry hornets that had made their nest inside the wall in my kitchen, and they burrowed through the wall and came streaming into the house. The comcast guy got stung as I grabbed my dog and all three of us sprinted for the back door. We stood there for a few minutes, in the backyard, watching hundreds of hornets stream into my house, feeling utterly helpless. I called TONS of exterminators, Terminix, Orkin, Pest Removal, you name I called them. They all gave me the following answers: We can fit you in next Monday, use a flyswatter, try to tape the whole shut, and no, we don't work after 4pm. I had NO IDEA what to do, everything, my keys, my wallet, were all inside the house with the swarm of hornets. The comcast guy's brother is a cop and he called the animal control warden of arvada and he got the number for the bug doctor. I gave Dale a call and he said he'd be out in an hour, no problem. Exactly one hour later he showed up, put his bee keeper suit on and shop vac'd over a hundred hornets out of the inside of my house and 'a few hundred' more from the nest inside my wall. He was thorough, he probably spent an hour and a half at my house, he was meticulous, professional and after the hornets were taken care of, he came back from his truck with multiple types of sprays and sprayed other wasp nests and prime wasp nest locations for free. He then showed me what to do to the landscaping to prevent those suckers from ever coming back. He also gave us a 90 guarantee. He might be slightly more expensive than some but I would pay for him to come out any day of the week. Seriously, Dale saved me from a horrendous situation last night and I have nothing but great things to say about him. read more

Dale is amazing. He just spent 45 minutes scouting my house for the location of a hornet infestation and adamantly refused payment afterwards. I'm almost hoping for a worse infestation so I can find it and call him back to take care if it and then pay him properly. What a nice guy. read more

Dale (the Bug Doctor) was really nice, and pet friendly. He gave my cat some love, and said he hasn't had any problems with house being affect from his spray. He was flexible with my work schedule, offered quarterly service with no pressure. He offered to come out again in the next week for no charge, if needed, and encouraged that I call if I had any questions after he came out. I would definitely recommend him! read more

Affordable, Reliable and extremely nice! Highly recommend.

Dale was really kind and helpful. I called him about some larvae in our rotting wood on the exterior of our house. He told me to go ahead and send him some pictures. He took a look at the pictures and let me know that it was probably nothing that some Home Defense couldn't take care of. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. We will definitely use him in the future for any pests we might come across. read more
