Instead of 20 wing I got this bull

This place really pissed me off a 45 min drive from my house to there and place an order in the drive thru for a New Year's party spent over $100 and come home to reheat the wings to have 20 wings missing from my order instead it was a box of French fries I give them a call and I was willing to drive back for the missing wings and the lady tells me to bring the whole order with the receipt and they have to count the wings I asked would they remake my whole order because everything will be cold she said she couldn't do that what horrible customer service buffalo bell would never do that will never be going back

So I'm being bias and cheering for small business. I should give it 3 stars, but I like small businesses to succeed. What was good about this place was how the wings were fried to a perfect texture and flavorful sauces for a good price. Where they could improve in a crowded market of wing restaurants is what I mostly saw. When you first walk in it appears to be an old converted Churches Fried Chicken or something similar. The service was pleasant enough, but the lady taking my order had a hard time with hearing the drive through on her head set. If you're not able to hear orders from a customer across the counter from you that's a problem. I understand it's small business and they're trying to figure out what they need to do so I hope they work it out soon. I'm able to hear the order is a 70 wing order. I am concerned they won't be able to knock out my 20 wing order that I ordered before the drive through order. They made good on my order and completed it pretty quickly. Due to my 20 wing order, I was able to try two different flavors. I got the lemon pepper and their hottest. They don't offer any dry wings, so I got my sauce on the side. The sauces are very good, but not a lot of choice. The hottest sauce was hot, but not that hot. The lemon pepper was solid. More sauces and rubs would be an easy way to expand their menu with not too much cost. The blue cheese dressing was good. Wings were smaller than I would prefer, but for the price not bad. My order was packed in two Sam's Club styrofoam containers. This wasn't ideal because the hot wings melted portions of my box. A sheet of wax paper could have prevented this, but small, new business. My containers were damaged when I received them, but were functional enough. I hope this place is successful.

Easy to just pass by when driving, but definitely a must stop! Small but spacious shop, great customer service, fast service even though also has a drive thru. Good pricing and best wings I have ever had! They're crispy on the outside but soft and juicy inside, would highly recommend the lemon pepper wings. Potatoes are seasoned and are divine as well, you won't be disappointed!

Tried this place tonight. Good service and about as quick as you can expect to get wings on a walk in and order basis. The actual wings were pretty quality and the sauce was great. I would have liked to have gotten a little bigger container of ranch to go with them, but everyone seems to skimp on ranch these days. I think it's a great little business and is gonna flourish. I know I will be returning pretty soon. It looks alot faster if you call your order in ahead of time. Ofcourse that goes with any restaurant. I'm definitely glad I decided to stop and try this place though.

I'm sad to give this place a bad review, but during a global pandemic that is spreading particularly fast in AZ, cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me. After passing Buffalo Wings dozens of times since it opened in place of a former Church's Chicken, we decided it was finally time to order some takeout. We called ahead for a 20-piece traditional (about $18), half lemon-pepper and half medium. They told us about 10 minutes, and they were ready when we arrived about 15 minutes later. I would give 3 stars for the food, but I must mention what really grossed me out about this place. I waited in the car while my boyfriend went in to pick up the food (mask on, of course). I watched from the car and saw the young woman at the cash register with her mask down below her chin. When she saw him walk in the door, she pulled it up--but only over her mouth. She left her nose exposed while taking his payment, opening the bag to add the extra ranch we requested, and handing it to him. Who knows if her mask was up or down while she was packing the food before we arrived. And after she touched her mask to put it up over her mouth, she didn't wash her hands. Wearing a mask but not keeping your nose covered is completely ineffective, and she is further risking the spread of germs by repeatedly touching her mask to pull it up and down. For what it's worth, the other man and woman I saw working were both wearing their masks correctly, but to see this young woman not following basic cleanliness procedures is a big turnoff. Let's talk about the food. The lemon-pepper wings were the standout. Delicious seasoning, juicy, and perfectly crispy. The medium wings left a lot to be desired. The sauce was tasty with a little kick to it, but they were chewy with no crispiness. I had to peel off multiple pieces of unrendered skin that I couldn't chew through. And the ranch.... so bad. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch or if this is the norm here. This ranch (for which they charged $.50 for an extra small cup) was sour and literally the consistency of water. Seriously, it's so watered down it wouldn't even stick to my fries or wings. If you go here, do yourself a favor and grab some ranch from the Eegee's in the same plaza. I highly recommend the nearby ATL Wings because their ranch is top-notch, their wings are flavorful and crispy, and they're also locally owned.

Horchata was nasty. Wings were alright like a 3 and mozzarella sticks were good but no marinara sauce. They don't sell marinara sauce

It was a smash cheeseburger on texas toast, fries and one big chicken tendy. I got the special to try their burger for the first time and save some money. I'm not usually a fan of having my burger smashed but this one was hitting the spot. It had a slice of American cheese and their cowpig sauce. Very tasty I must say. I found myself dipping it in more sauce. The fries were perfectly crispy, they kinda remind me of McDee's fries and were just as good. The tendy was huge and crunchy and served with a side of ranch and cowpig sauce. I also enjoyed the "jams" they were playing. It was some old school 80's and 90's hip hop and R&B bangers. The bar itself is very small but you can sit out in the back if you need more space. Although I didn't drink this time, it appeared that they had some really good beers on tap as well. Next time I'll will have to grab a few.
