Had lunch here with the family yesterday and it was good! It wasn't as packed because it was a rainy day but our server was amazing! We ordered the house sampler, cheese curd burger and a side of Caribbean jerk boneless wings. Everything was quite tasty. Just ordered takeout, this place has a serious quality control problem. Ordered 6 wings buffalo hot which were well sauced and cooked, Ordered 6 wings thai curry which had barely any sauce and were dry and over cooked. Could not use any of the blue cheese/ranch dipping sauce because the containers were not sealed and they spilled before I could get home and enjoy them. usually the service is fine but tonight it was awful. i had ordered the traditional wings and the waitress asked me twice if i wanted the traditional wings which i responded yes both times. I was then brought boneless wings and when i told the waitress she told me that that is what i ordered and preceded to argue with me about it. The rest of the night went bad as well. I was never brought napkins, drink refills, and the waitress messed up me and my friends check and charged them twice. Never had a worse server experience in my life. Very disappointed. Update: Our server, Kenzie, added a $5 tip onto my card, she tried to tip herself with my money even though I left a $0 tip due to the bad service. My Girl and I come here often to watch Football and Hockey. I always feel welcomed here. Trey the bartender is Excellent. Always knows what I want. The Food is Pretty good most of the time. I have had some overcooked Wings sometimes but was taking care of .The Management does check on you to see how you're doing. Definitely recommend for a good place to eat,drink and Warch Sports. Also, a couple weeks ago, I was doordashing and accepted an order from this business. All the order was were 6 wings. I sat in that store waiting for 6 wings for 45 minutes. If you are familiar with them, I have this to say about this particular location: Better service than just about any location I've visited. Better TV views from any seat than most places. Based on the fact that I always leave this place smelling like smoke (I'm not a smoker!), I still love BW3's. On my 2nd day in Winchester, I went to BW3's with my older brother to watch Ohio State's season opener. We sat at the bar from 11:30 a.m. until 8:30 at night. I feel like I'm visiting family whenever I stop by BW3's. Amidst the smiles and hugs are a fun group of people who get their job done, but balance it with making you feel like family. Coffey, McBuff (aka, Eric), Mark, Steve, John, Erin, etc...they're all great. *The beer prices. After living in DC for almost 11 years, the cost of beer & food in Winchester still amazes me. I don't necessarily drink more, but it sure feels good to know that I'm not breaking the bank when I do decide to go out for beer. *The food. I think the food at BW3's is great as far as bar food goes. Love the 6 wings with Spicy Garlic sauce, the chicken quesadillas and the regular ol' cheeseburger. *Sports! Sports! Sports! I'm in heaven. I watched every OSU win (and that ONE, unfortunate loss) at BW3's. I love having access to so many games and if you're nice, you can almost always get a tv switched to whatever game you want to watch. *The people. BW3's has an eclectic mix of people. I will talk to any and everyone so in the course of one evening, I end up chatting with anywhere from 5 - 15 people. I've made some good friends here as a result. CONS: *Smoke! I'm not a smoker and the only thing that ever really bugs me about BW3's is all of the smoke. It's a bar so I expect it, but I still hate having to air my coat out after every visit. I guess that's the price you pay. *Crowds. BW3's can get a little crowded since it's one of the only real sports bars in Winchester. We waited for over an hour for our food. We ordered our food with our drinks so our waitress had more than enough time to get our order. She never checked on us and basically ignored us the entire time. She actually walked by us about twenty times and didn't even smile. At this point, the people who were seated behind us were finished with their food and left. Our chips and queso tray was completely empty. I understand that restaurants are required to have patrons wear a mask to their table but not allowing people to pull their shirts over their face to simply walk to their table is ridiculous. The hostess (Leah) was very rude and simple about it, while not properly wearing her own mask (it was under her nose). Then, a party of 4 came in behind us and not a single member of their party were wearing masks. Most servers do not wear their masks correctly which is incredibly frustrating. While, where I work you must always wear your mask over your nose and mouth 24/7.
