Awful awful awful awful awful. Ordered online, order was all wrong. Got bone-in wings instead of boneless on one and all 3 orders are shriveled up with no meat and no sauce. This is disgusting. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Nasty!!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Winchester, Virginia

I want to begin with the service first, because service has been their biggest downfall in the past. Jess was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient as my dining partner couldn't make up her mind to just end up ordering the same thing she always gets. She was such a delight to have as a server. I was starving, and even more after waiting for her decision to be made, so I ordered the BOGO 10pc Mango Habanero. The wings were some of the best I've had at this location The restaurant is almost always a bit too noisy, but it is to be expected at BWW. read more

What in the world happened here? Used to be a great place! Waitress was arguably the worst waitress I have ever had! She was useless! Food was cold and took 45 minutes! It's bdubs! Should, and usually, takes 15 minutes! read more

I've always been happy with Buffalo Wild Wings in Winchester, VA Lots of parking, never waited in line more than 10 minutes. Always clean, staff is attentive to customers Beverages are always ice cold Food selections are good and are always enjoyable They do have a separate bar area that I've never been in, but it looks quite comfortable I've got no reason to Criticize about anything but only to recommend read more

Its always so cold inside that your food gets cold before you can eat it, they have the air blowing down at the table, music is so loud, and the food quality has really declined. Service is usually ok. I think I am done going here. Especially during Football season. read more

This Trash Restaurant Scams paid for my order never got it phones are all down can't reach no one i mean what a terrible place

Its a bdubs, its oddly fast in its service. The waitress was nice, she brought me extra bleu cheese. I would totally come back here but the water was left empty for 15 minutes. These chicken wings can cure depression if you come often enough. read more

Excellent service! And a delicious food. Everything fresh and hot. Thank you guys!!!mmmmmmmmmmmm

I feel compelled to update, the street tacos actually were at the bottom of the bag, I ate them the next day. Drinking affects my ability to care enough to check through the bag apparently. lol, Food was good! read more

Had lunch here with the family yesterday and it was good! It wasn't as packed because it was a rainy day but our server was amazing! We ordered the house sampler, cheese curd burger and a side of Caribbean jerk boneless wings. Everything was quite tasty. The only downfall was that the food wasn't as hot(temperature) as I would expect, since it came directly from the kitchen. Otherwise I love me some BWW! read more

This has been one of my favorite comfort food go tos since it opened, the quality has been declining for a few years now but on 2/19/25 my wife and I came for lunch and we both got pretty bad food poisoning from the boneless wings. It's the only thing I had to eat that day and the only thing my wife and I ate in common. read more

Just ordered takeout, this place has a serious quality control problem. Ordered 6 wings buffalo hot which were well sauced and cooked, Ordered 6 wings thai curry which had barely any sauce and were dry and over cooked. Could not use any of the blue cheese/ranch dipping sauce because the containers were not sealed and they spilled before I could get home and enjoy them. Lastly I ordered potato wedges with hatch queso on the side and got home to discover the kitchen put the queso directly on the wedges so they were just a soggy congealed mess. read more

The food was excellent but our server, Michael, was the best!! He was on top of everything and even had some great suggestions. If you can sit in his section you should do so. read more

The 1 star is totally due to lack of attention to special requests on a delivery order that caused a delay in my food getting into my house out of the cold. I ordered Pretzels and requested NO CHEESE but extra mustard. I had to wait for the Door Dash driver's app to accurately process my ID which should NOT have been needed when I DIDN'T ORDER ANY ALCOHOL! But I received the BEER cheese anyway. And of course no extra mustard. Basically our food was lukewarm at best. Pay more attention. read more

Dry , hard to eat , very little sauce on the traditional wings. Traditional wings quality keep going down for past year

usually the service is fine but tonight it was awful. i had ordered the traditional wings and the waitress asked me twice if i wanted the traditional wings which i responded yes both times. I was then brought boneless wings and when i told the waitress she told me that that is what i ordered and preceded to argue with me about it. The rest of the night went bad as well. I was never brought napkins, drink refills, and the waitress messed up me and my friends check and charged them twice. Never had a worse server experience in my life. Very disappointed. Update: Our server, Kenzie, added a $5 tip onto my card, she tried to tip herself with my money even though I left a $0 tip due to the bad service. Avoid eating here if you don't want your money stolen by Kenzie. read more

The food was good but it took a long time to come out and a lot of the staff were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom so I'm never going back again. read more

Placed a huge order for the Super Bowl. Arrived at the store to pickup at the appointed time, and was told it would be 45 minutes. Took a refund which will take 5-7 business days. Unacceptable. If you can't deliver the product and service in a feasible time, you shouldn't offer it. read more

Went there fight night wiTh some new people. In the past we went to one in Leesburg and was very disappointed with the mealy, mushy wings. Here in this location however is a different story , all kinds of wings and bar food. All done pretty well. For a sports bar I would only give a top rating of 2 stars and no more. Not bad for this venue and there are a lot worse in the area. read more

They used to have the best wings in town. But they went with the cheaper product now and their wings are no bigger or better than any pizza joint around. The price they charge for what they now give you is nothing short of a ripoff. I used to eat there at least twice a month. But after what I was given today I will never be back. read more

Great food. Service was a little slow and waitress got my wife's order wrong but it was a Saturday night and things were crazy.

Ordered take out and arrived at home with 18 dried up sticks of bricks...the " sauces" were dry horrible rubs.all moisture had escaped the chicken wings...just bad.... read more

Do yourself a huge favor.....DO NOT GO!!! I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings across the country, this one is the absolute WORST! My order was wrong, and extremely slow. My experience here has ruined all other Buffalo Wild Wings. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO!!! read more

My 1st time to BWW and I very much enjoyed myself. It was my kind of music playing, the food was very good and our server, Rachel, was awesome, friendly and happy!!! It was very nice to see a server smile as much as she did! read more

This encounter was slightly better than last time, and I believe the only reason it's better is because our waiter was amazing!!! We came here yesterday which was on a Sunday and it was playoff Sunday which was awful. The seating area was not very packed, but the bar area was standing room only. The food was subpar, but I come here because my daughter likes it and we were in the neighborhood. I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap and even though I asked for extra chicken I did not get it, the buffalo sauce on the wings in the wrap was lacking too there was little no sauce. My daughter ordered 10-piece boneless chicken wings with fries and mild sauce (she asked to have the chicken tossed in the chicken). It seemed that someone just squirted the sauce on the wings because just the tops had sauce on them. The waiter to be honest is the ONLY reason the review is 2 stars because other than that I would have given this interaction a 1. read more

If you never been to a BW3's then just go and see for yourself. If you are familiar with them, I have this to say about this particular location: Better service than just about any location I've visited. Better TV views from any seat than most places. For whatever unknown reason NOBODY in Winchester makes decent wings, NOBODY. Its just sad. So, I keep coming back; a slave to the sauce. Oh well, at least the service is great. I give four stars for service. This location is solid. The food is not highbrow or friendly to vegetarians or anyone looking for a healthy meal. But its a fun place. read more

Wings joint. Sports bar atmosphere, with a nice variety of wings , appetizers, salads and burgers. The place is lively and fun - great spot to grab a drink and some wings. Huge , very huge selection of excellent sauces to chose from. Go for the 2o wings and pick 4 varieties!! Tuesday's - half price wings. Only downside - Nachos :( they use quest or chews wiz instead of melting cheddar or jack on them - also fresh jalapeño peppers vs pickled- not to my taste - reminds me of 7 -11 nachos - need improvement here. But otherwise. Always a good experience- service great!!!! Oops - happy hour pretty good - be sure to ask about it !! read more

Based on the fact that I always leave this place smelling like smoke (I'm not a smoker!), I still love BW3's. On my 2nd day in Winchester, I went to BW3's with my older brother to watch Ohio State's season opener. We sat at the bar from 11:30 a.m. until 8:30 at night. Starting with that season opener & ending with the UM win, I was there every Saturday for months. I'm now now as "that OSU girl". ;-) PROS: *The staff. They are all absolutely wonderful. I feel like I'm visiting family whenever I stop by BW3's. Amidst the smiles and hugs are a fun group of people who get their job done, but balance it with making you feel like family. Coffey, McBuff (aka, Eric), Mark, Steve, John, Erin, etc...they're all great. *The beer prices. After living in DC for almost 11 years, the cost of beer & food in Winchester still amazes me. I don't necessarily drink more, but it sure feels good to know that I'm not breaking the bank when I do decide to go out for beer. *The food. I think the food at BW3's is great as far as bar food goes. Love the 6 wings with Spicy Garlic sauce, the chicken quesadillas and the regular ol' cheeseburger. *Sports! Sports! Sports! I'm in heaven. I watched every OSU win (and that ONE, unfortunate loss) at BW3's. I love having access to so many games and if you're nice, you can almost always get a tv switched to whatever game you want to watch. *The people. BW3's has an eclectic mix of people. I will talk to any and everyone so in the course of one evening, I end up chatting with anywhere from 5 - 15 people. I've made some good friends here as a result. CONS: *Smoke! I'm not a smoker and the only thing that ever really bugs me about BW3's is all of the smoke. It's a bar so I expect it, but I still hate having to air my coat out after every visit. I guess that's the price you pay. *Crowds. BW3's can get a little crowded since it's one of the only real sports bars in Winchester. If there's a game I really want to watch, I'll get there 1 1/2 - 2 hours early just to ensure I get a table for my friends and I. read more

Our party arrived and sat by 8:00pm. The place was not busy. We ordered drinks and food by 8:30. We did not get any food other than a couple appetizers until 9:30! No drink refills within that time and our waiter never came after bringing drinks and appetizers. Wings were ice cold for each person at our table when they arrived. Worse Bdubs experience I've had. The one in my home town never takes more than 10-15 minutes for food! read more

Used to be one of my favorite spots to eat in town. Not anymore. The quality has exponentially decreased over the years. Today, I showed up to pick up my online order, and then forgot half of my order. Not only that, I waited 30 minutes for the rest of my order, only for me to realize when I got home, they only gave me half the wings I needed to complete my order. Also, a couple weeks ago, I was doordashing and accepted an order from this business. All the order was were 6 wings. I sat in that store waiting for 6 wings for 45 minutes. Another dasher had been waiting there an hour and a half for his order. To the owner of this store, I don't know who you have running your kitchen, but for the love of god, get your high school employees under control and get their shit together. This is the last time I'll be ordering from here. read more

I understand that restaurants are required to have patrons wear a mask to their table but not allowing people to pull their shirts over their face to simply walk to their table is ridiculous. The hostess (Leah) was very rude and simple about it, while not properly wearing her own mask (it was under her nose). Then, a party of 4 came in behind us and not a single member of their party were wearing masks. Most servers do not wear their masks correctly which is incredibly frustrating. While, where I work you must always wear your mask over your nose and mouth 24/7. I love the food at BWW but am extremely disappointed in the service as it has gotten worse over the past few years. read more

We waited for over an hour for our food. We ordered our food with our drinks so our waitress had more than enough time to get our order. She never checked on us and basically ignored us the entire time. She actually walked by us about twenty times and didn't even smile. After she finally spoke to us she just said that the kitchen was behind. That obviously wasn't true. If she just told us the truth I wouldn't be as annoyed. At this point, the people who were seated behind us were finished with their food and left. Our chips and queso tray was completely empty. (We asked for chili on the queso and carrots but never got it) When we got our food it was cold and disappointing. The manager was too busy on his phone to even acknowledge anything. We were still charged for everything even though the food sucked. The waitress barely apologized to us. When we left the people who were seated after us were already gone. I'm very disappointed and will never come again. I wouldn't recommend this place to others. read more
