Bdubs has turned it around...my wife and I had written off this chain for years, experiencing terrible quality and service no matter where we were (different states). I had heard Bubds was turning it around so we decided to go and honestly, the quality is back! We were very impressed with the food and service. Now prices, that's a different topic, as it's expensive. However, my wings were juicy, hot, and sauced well enough that I didn't feel cheated. I do think their sauces have lost heat because the Hot didn't even make my nose run. However, if you haven't been back in years like us, give them a shot again. Just take double the money you used to because 15 boneless will run you $20. Ambiance is a sports bar so it's not for everyone. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Boneless Hot, Spicy Garlic, Garlic Parm. - Sports Bars Near Me - Waco, Texas

Once again, here for business travel and man, they did not disappoint. The service from my servers was great, they catered to my every need and I really enjoyed that. My food came out super fresh and fast!!! They gave my lids to my ranch cups, to go boxes and bags, they went above and beyond! I couldn't appreciate it more! The interior is a typical BWW, all sports and tvs with music, nothing crazy to brag about imo. read more

I hate to leave a bad review, but this place has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I haven't been back in a while and after our most recent visit, I won't be returning. We decided to give it one last try and stopped by around 9 PM. I get that it was toward the end of the night, but the overall experience was just disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and it wasn't even that busy. Still, the service was terrible. Our waitress didn't greet us, barely acknowledged us, and made it clear she didn't want to be there. It honestly felt like we were a bother just for showing up. On top of that, the food took about 45 minutes to come out. It's hard not to notice how poorly the place seems to be managed. I won't be going back, and I really don't recommend wasting your time here. read more

First of all, this location crumbles severely due to failure of management. We were there for at least 30 minutes before even getting our name taken down or an estimated wait time. The waitress informed us that there were only 2 cooks (this is a Sunday night...). She seemed so overwhelmed and also revealed to us that several people failed to show up to work. We felt bad for her. I mean, 1/3 of the tables were occupied. The servers, to their credit, had the best attitude they could've had, considering the circumstances, but this restaurant really wasn't in operating condition and seemingly never is based on other reviews we've read. We came specifically for the bottomless apps and they were out of mozzarella sticks, which they failed to tell us until we were actually seated so we ended up leaving without eating. It was such a waste of time and a sign should've been put up indicating they were out so we wouldn't have been there for almost an hour doing nothing. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. There was standing water on the floor, covered in food. It was nasty. It was throw up-like but mostly watery. If it wasn't an emergency, I would've just held it in until I got home. read more

We hit this place maybe 2-3 times a month. Always the same not saying it's the best or the worst. You know what you're getting when you come here. Seems like the sauces change from time to time in taste. Beer is alway god and cold. Only issues on Tuesday and Thursday. If you don't ask for the buy one get one free they won't give it to you. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Sports Bars Near Me - Waco, Texas

This place is terrible and they know it yet they don't try to improve at all. Did an online pickup order to be picked up at 4:30 PM, and didn't get our food until after 5 PM!!! They just say "we're behind". If you ask anybody about this place most people will say how awful the service is. I just cant justify going back again. Overpriced, service is terrible, food is just ok. read more

SERVICE IS AWESOME! FOOD IS AMAZING! They also have great cauliflower wings and other vegan options!! Love the staff!

The service is always a negative Here They literally ignore you or pretend they don't see you . More than hour to just get fries! I understand they sometimes are understaffed but not today. 4 servers in one section and still they lagg. PLEASEEE WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION.. read more

I wouldn't recommend getting food here if they're busy and good luck trying to find a time when they're not. Food is good, not worth waiting 30+ minutes for though. I had ordered takeout, an hour later, i'm still waiting. Pickup time was over 30 mins ago for a single meal, not the best experience. read more

So I was at BWW (Buffalo Wild Wings) and I ate this one called "Mango Habanero". They taste so sweet at first but then they ATTACK you with a SMITE of spice galore and PAIN! They literally started hurting my taste buds with an extremely burning and unpleasant pain. And I threw up... I have a pretty high spice tolerance but DAMN those mango habanero wings FUCKED ME UP! Oh god I feel the wings in my intestines... I'm gonna have the biggest, sloppiest, wettest, and muddiest shart ever (sry for the tmi ) Overall, their service is pretty good, the whole vibe there is kinda..country-ish? Don't know how to describe it tbh. They also let u choose what sauce u want on your wings so slay. But uhh in conclusion,... I ain't ever eating that shit again. read more

Always my go to for good wings and cold beverages. Love the boneless wings! Always cool the way I like them, a little crunchy, but not over cooked. Fries are also always great! I love the staff! They are always attentive and never let me down. The place is always clean and you can always find the game you are looking for on the many TV's that have. Can get a little loud, but nothing excessive. read more

Honestly, I've had one mediocre experience here and one GREAT experience. First time I came, we came in late, ordered a ton of wings and they were understaffed which I sympathize with. Waitress was clearly overworked and trying her best. Second time we called ahead to prepare the staff, ordered 100 wings, we walked in and they asked what sauces we want, we told them, and less than 10 minutes later they were ALL ready, hot and fresh! Waitress was very nice and helpful. Wings were very good both times! read more

I hate to be like this, but this was quite literally one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. I would also like to preface the sole reason I'm writing this is NOT to bash or to blame, but more so to educate the owners and warn future guests. To start, the restaurant was absolutely FILTHY, trash all over the floor and workers walking right past it. It took forever for our waitress to get our order and almost felt like we were a bother. I ordered the crispy salad, and it came out hot??? It was definitely under the warmer for way too long because what kind of LETTUCE IS WARM???? I also asked for NO bleu cheese dressing and my salad was covered in it. Chicken was dry, nasty, and just overall unappetizing. Someone else ordered wings and fries and same situation, dry and just not fresh. Fries were stale. I would also like to add that our waitress failed to prebuss our table so we were sitting in our trash from our appetizer and also didn't want to refill our drinks. Also the restroom smelled like a zoo, and covered in trash. read more

We ordered four things: two black bean burgers, one single-patty regular burger, and a side of fries.. The fries were okay, but they got every single burger wrong. They put all sorts of extra toppings on the burgers (eg, pickles, tomatoes, avocado, mayonnaise), none of which you can just scrape off. Unfortunately, we ordered it for delivery, so had to just throw it all out. What a waste. read more

The food was as expected however the service and time spent waiting for our food was subpar. To be fair, the servers and the establishment itself can't be held accountable. However the management can be. As a manager the servers and the patrons experience should be monitored and the manager on shift during this experience was not doing his job. I will gladly pass up the "opportunity" to come back and opt to serve my company at home instead. (*note.... I don't like company ) The ambiance was what was expected yet the experience detracted from it so therefore it was disappointing. read more

I would give Zero stars if I could. We came at 11:30 am on Saturday. Not many people in the restaurant so we thought we'd have quick service. It took the hostess 5 mins to come from the back to seat us so we were just standing at the front waiting and when she finally came up a cloud of weed smell came along with her. It took her multiple times coming up and asking how many of us to finally get us a table. We sat down and our waitress was nice but the service was so slow we had to ask for our stuff to be boxed. The hostess gave attitude to the waitress when she asked her to get us to go silverware. Then when we went to leave and noticed one of our meals wasn't in our bag and we had to go back. I would definitely not recommend this location. read more

Horrible service with horrible manager . They also have very "choosy" customer service if you know what I mean. I've only been to this specific location twice. first time they overcharged my order by 40$ because they knew I was a out of Towner based off my phone number second time I door dashed I guess they see my number in the system. They gave me my wings dry with the sauce on the side. The smallest boneless wings they could find they were so hard I couldn't even taste the meat and completely disregarded my wedges when I called Chris (manager) says I told the driver to tell you. I'm disgusted by the service there . WARNING Take YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE where the customer service is better. read more

Been going here for years. Bartenders are great. Food is good. Servers are alright. This Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't have a host staff working the entrance so you usually have to wait a while before sitting down. Recently, any time I've ordered cheese curds I've gotten 15-20 cheese curds. Every other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to gives around 40. The ambiance is very nice just needs to work on quantity of food and wait time. read more

Absolutely awful! This place gets worse each time we go. Our most recent order was a joke. Missed condiments, our bone-in wings came wingless, the wings were so small, had no sauce, and our appetizer was burnt, and the cheese it came with was congealed. Worst experience ever! read more

Went to BBWF on Saturday, never received my order. They took so long so i finally canceled my order and went somewhere else. Initially I tried to speak with the manager who never came over. On my way out I spoke with him and he said he had 4 staff and needed 10 employees. However, they continued to bring people in which added to everyones frustration. The manager did comp my $15 for the drinks but the entire experience was unsettling. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

If you have been here you know how terrible the service is. There is never a hostess waiting and people just line up waiting to be greeted. With an empty restaurant and the wait time still being 20 plus minutes. When you do get sat don't expect a waiter for about another 15 minutes and even then you will have to flag someone down. Food is ok if you're ready to bear through the terrible the terrible service. Only saving grace is if you can get a spot at the bar. read more

First off...they had a burger special where you got 6 free wings with your burger...they HAD NO BURGERS...then our waiter did not come to refill our drinks. We needed napkins as we got NONE so my husband got us napkins and refilled his drink himself. We will not be returning. What a sorry excuse for a restaurant. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service, understaffed, horrible horrible food. Our food portions were tiny and orders were wrong. On top of all of it, we waited 45 minutes to get in and 1:30 to get our food. And $50 later, I was so tired of it I mean no redeemable factor here. Don't come here please save yourself read more

My son and I ate here this evening passing through and we had a very good experience. It was busy yet we were well attended by both bartenders in the bar area, the food was good and we were well served. The bartenders, Faustino and Jesus, never skipped a beat between making drinks, cleaning tables and serving customers. They both had a great attitude and a smile on their face. We enjoyed our evening and were unsure of the other bad reviews due to our good experience here. We are pleased we didn't let the previous reviews sway us. read more

Have tried several times the last few months to visit here for lunch. A bartender and one waitress or waiter 4 separate times . Long wait times to be set from being understaffed and when staffed haven't had good service. Food has always been great and we go back often hoping for a change. The last two times I have tried to visit, ended up leaving from waiting too long to be sat. read more

This place is ridiculously slow . We have been here over an hour and still no food . Guess I was lucky after 30 mins to get my chips and salsa and every now and then a tea refill . I'm not sure who the manager is but he needs to get a handle on his employees , hell I can run circles around them . We could have eaten at chuys and probably had our food and on way home by now . I'm only giving a 2 because food is half way good when you get it . read more

We went later on a Saturday night- around 8:15 pm. Stood at counter for 10 min. No one came to check us in, tell us it would be 30 min wait or tell us to F off. Went to eat tonight with family and had the worst experience. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the waitress brought me a strawberry lemonade. I sent it back and 30 minutes later I received a margarita that had no taste. The fried pickles were doughy and raw. Spent way too much for horrible service and horrible food. I will never go back. It was sad to spend time with family and hoping to spend hard earned money on horrible service and horrible food. The wings were very dry. read more

This place is terrible. Ordered cheeseburger and potato wedges thru Door Dash and when food arrived Wedges were not edible. I could not pull them from containers because it looked like someone thru cheese on them and nuked it for 10 minutes. I called the store and manager told me that was Door Dashes fault. Well last I checked Door Dash doesn't cook anything. He was rude as hell. I will never order anything from them again and I will make it my goal to tell other people not to order from them. Pretty terrible read more

Food was horrible. Got traditional and boneless. Looked like our food was from an order someone had yesterday and they just reheated it for us. My wild flavor wings looked just like my dry rub lemon pepper. Dry. Horrible just horrible. Will not return. I'll take my business to wing stop from now on. Service was great. And restaurant was clean. The cook on the other hand may need to be looked into. Or maybe the manager. Food speaks for its self cause the place was near empty for a Sunday read more

I asked for a time estimate prior to placing my to go order, in person. I was told about 30 minutes. 70 minutes later, after checking a few times, I was told I was next in queue. I received my order shortly after that. several excuses were provided. I cannot comprehend how it takes over an hour to put together an order of wings. while waiting I overheard a staff member discouraging people from waiting for a table or placing a Togo order because they had too many phone orders come in. this company needs to reassess their processes read more

The service was horrible, I had to wait at the front to be seated for 10 minutes. While the host was sitting on her phone at the bar. I ask several servers if someone could help me and was ignored. After I was seated it took another 10 minutes for some one to come get my order. There was 4 servers and only 10-12 tables. Worst. Buffalo. Wild. Wings. EVER. If you are traveling through Waco....go eat somewhere else. It's a waste of time and not worth the frustration you will go through waiting for your server to take your order, and let's not forget how long it took to get our food The manager apparently doesn't care and stays holed up in his office so he doesn't have to deal with his servers who don't care about their job.
