We went for an early birthday for me today with my 2 sons, Daughter in law and granddaughter and had the BEST experience we have ever had. Mr Kyle was amazing! Bartender, waiter and everything else we needed!! He made sure to interact with even the granddaughter! Big change from our last experience which was a little chaotic. It was nice to come in, be seated, seen and heard without having to wait forever. We were enjoying the company too much we didn't even take pictures of our food but my oldest son and I got the Grilled chicken ceasar salads - we love!! And my other son, Daughter in law chose off the lunch value meals. BWWs menu has changed the last couple years and definitely made it more reasonable with great rewards if you sign up. Had a group luncheon yesterday here. 10 people in total. Mind you, there were only 2 other patrons at the bar. For the life of me, I cannot understand how this place is open for business I never got my drink, after inquiring like 4 times. Mid meal finally got a water. Wrong entree brought out had to be returned. Waitress even admitted she "thought she put it in wrong"... if you thought it was wrong, wouldn't you fix it? One of my coworkers had some bottomless app thing, never got his second order. We were there for about 2 hours mind you. She managed to refill everyone's water one time, so KUDOS! If I was the owner, and your wait staff and bartender are willing to let customers wiling to order alcohol (your real profit) go without, id look for new employees. I actually think this kind of service and experience is sadly just the norm now for restaurants. People show up to get paid, they don't actually have any drive to do their job well. Tipping culture: they just expect a 25-30% tip for waddling over with your dishes. Pretty unreal! read more

Every visit to this location has been more disappointing than the last. After my last two dine-in experiences with poor service, I stopped eating inside altogether. I then tried ordering takeout, but the first time my food was cold. After giving it several months, I decided to try again--only to be let down once more. I ordered a 20-piece meal with a large fry and a kids' meal with boneless chicken and fries. Instead, I received two small fries and no large or kids' fry. The fries were dry, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and the chicken was equally dry and tasted like it had been pre-fried and left sitting before sauce was added. For a location that isn't very old, this level of quality and consistency is disappointing. I'll be going back to the Princess Anne location instead. read more

Service wasn't bad here but I just think we got lucky with a nice waiter. Food was same as any other Bdubs restaurant food. We had a set of silverware we had to send back and get a new set because of random brown squishy stuff on the forks. It seemed the silverware was not even washed because of all of the smears. We got new silverware that was clean and I was willing to forget it all. Once we got a drink refill with actual lipstick still on the cup we had to get up and leave. Food quality was good, I got 15 traditional wings. You can choose 1 flavor per 5 wings, which seemed reasonable. They have probably 20 different sauce or rub flavors to choose from. The prices were on the high end though--I think my meal was $22, and that's without any side items or drinks. Our waiter was helpful and attentive--he helped describe some of the sauce flavors to help us narrow down our choices, but the speed of getting our food out from the kitchen was SLOW. We waited for probably close to 30 minutes for just two orders of hot wings (between our whole table)--and it wasn't even that busy. It was a Thursday evening around 6pm. The place was probably half full (if that). Seemed like a long time to wait--thankfully we weren't in any kind of rush. The waiter apologized for the food delay several times and again at the end, but it almost seemed like everyone else in the place was waiting for their food a while too. A couple next to us waited a very long time before I noticed their food arrive as well. Seems like they probably need some more efficient kitchen staff. A party of 4 comes in a few minutes later - they get told the same thing and ask if they can sit at the bar. They head to the bar where they order drinks and sit for about two min and ask if the bartender if they can move to a table - within 2 minutes they are seated and someone is waiting on them. We asked server what was taking so long and he smart ass responded that they had over 50 orders to complete including their to go orders. After the hour and a crying kid we finally got our food, well guess what? We were missing a CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD, server said it would be right out. Well 25 minutes passed and he never came back. Do not come here. You will simply waste your time. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon, not a busy time whatsoever, and was left waiting over 45 minutes before we decided to just leave and take our service somewhere else. They put us on a waitlist after waiting for around 10 minutes. They said it would be around a 15-20 minute wait and still have yet to receive a text on our drive to a new restaurant. I have no comment on the quality of the food, because we weren't afforded the opportunity and chances are you won't be able to eat either unless you're willing to wait for around an hour while watching the TikTok's the restaurant displays at the entrance which might help kill the time. In comparison to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, it's in a solid shape with decent ambience for a chain restaurant and didn't appear to be too messy, but that doesn't excuse the fact this place simply can't function as a restaurant. Stopped by for lunch around 2, so it wasn't busy at all...which is why I'm confused there was a 10+ minute wait to be seated. I stood there, looked around, even leaned on the podium while multiple employees were doing other things. Even funnier is that I wasn't acknowledged until my boyfriend came over and took at seat in the waiting area. Aside from that, the wings were their usual, not spectacular but they get the job done. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a very horrible experience with this location. I got four items and one of them wasn't delivered. Along with my meal, missing fries. My caramel cheesecake, missing caramel. Our 9 year old was disappointed at being able to get a burger, but was OK settling for Mac and cheese. Your customers insure you remain thriving and delivery drivers close the distance between you and customer. I as a delivery driver am very adamant about contacting the customer to let them know that their meal will arrive late, something I can do to help. Think of it as an ecosystem where we all help each out, but when you disregard your delivery drivers and treat them as second rate you start to degrade this delicate ecosystem. I much prefer The Dirty Buffalo (yes, sorry BWW, but they are the premier HR area wings place) but there was an event to fundraise for an organization from work. They had $3 Tall PBR's, so why not. Not a bad portion of beer for the money. I can't really evaluate the restaurant since it was still under COVID measures, but the food came out hot and very fresh. The curds were delicious and HIGHLY recommended. The fried pickles were normal and the wings were good. Overall a good experience, just the run of the mill BWW. read more

Last night Husband and I went on a mini date night to watch the UFC fight (I know, super romantic). I have never been so annoyed by service at a Buffalo Wild Wings as I was at this location on independence near town center. We picked it because it was close to home and we hoped -not as crowded as some of the hole in the wall places that usually show the fight. Initially, we walked into a full waiting area and the hostess told us it would be a wait. Yet, looking around there were at least 7 open tables within view of the front door. We waited until someone else finally told the hostess it was ok to seat these tables. The hostess waved us over without menus to a high top in the corner. The only saving grace was our waitress who looked tired and "over it" but tried to help us as best she could with the limited resources she had. The one bartender in the well was desperately trying to service the entire packed restaurant on a fight night. I felt so bad for her. The food was ok - nothing really interesting on the menu. Out of curiosity and because I'm a die hard yelper, I pull up their reviews. No surprise that the last 10 reviews of record are 2 stars or less, so clearly this wasn't an "off night". Went in there last night for Sunday Night Football. Wasn't terribly busy, but the bar was in shambles. Garbage all over the floor, several seats hadn't been bussed. I was there for an hour and a half, and still nothing was bussed. Long stretches where no one was even behind the bar. Food was incredibly subpar. As we walked in we were greeted by the friendly hostesses & host but I couldn't help but notice how funky it is in here lol it smells like the carpet needs to be cleaned badly. Our waitress was super friendly and our food didn't take long to come out. I wasn't super hungry so I just ordered an app. I got the chicken quesadillas and to my surprise, they were some of the best quesadillas I've had.
