My friend and I shared the BOGO Tuesday Bone In Wings(download the App), I ordered 6 original Buffalo and she ordered Garlic Parmesan, we shared the basket of potato wedges with cheese-I REALLY WISH Bdubs would bring back the Buffalo chips-those were The Best! Topeka, Kansas Why do I continue coming to Buffalo Wild Wings when they continuously disappoint me across the country? This restaurant is no better. We came at 5:30 on a Tuesday night. There were three tables occupied. Nobody at the front and we waited five minutes before someone walked by and asked if someone was helping us. They take us to our table and our waitress has a name tag that says certified trainer. If she is the best that they have then I understand why this place is so miserable. We ordered a happy hour beer and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked long enough, and the cheese was like a cheese stick wrapped in breading that was quickly fried. The girl that brought them to the table, set them down and started to walk away. We asked if we could have some plates and napkins. She turned around and looked at us and then left. No surprise that we did not get any napkins or bowls for our appetizer. Then my five dollar tall Bud Light arrived. Obviously you can tell it was sitting at the bar for a while as it had no head. We ordered 12 wings six of the maple chipotle and six honey barbecue. We asked for carrots and celery with blue cheese and ranch dressing. I ate four of the wings. Two of them were dark tough meat. It was the oddest color chicken meat I have ever seen. I did really enjoy the maple chipotle sauce. They should make that a staple on their menu. I don't understand why across the country BWW can't get decent celery and carrots. My celery had black spots on it, which most certainly was not appealing. The chicken was served hot, which was a benefit. Our waitress never came by. Except at the end to check on us. She never came directly to the table, but sat off to the corner of our booth and asked us how things were. I wasn't quite sure if she was talking to us or the table behind us. As you can see from the picture, she never even removed our dirty plates from the table. If you come by my table and you see dirty dishes, please remove them. Just seems weird to me. When I picked up my phone and began taking photos and texting, I think she was aware of what I was doing, and became friendly when she brought the check. This is not a place I would come to again. First it's way too expensive. I can buy a whole bird for about $8. Went on Veterans day for the freebie. That was nice. Thank you. Wife got a wrap. That alone was about $15. No soda just water . She said the server only makes $2.13 an hour. She does make tips . I asked the boss if she went to a gas station. Got 14.75 in gas. What if they gave her $5 in change from the $20. They said I wouldn't like it. Then, she said.... It's not the same. Back to the server only makes $2.13 An hour. So by now the supervisor should realize this is a big pet peeve of mine. I went out to eat with my father and my brother, going out to eat is a nice time out for us to spend together. The server was very kind but as we were leaving she flirted with my father and left her number on the receipt. That is completely unacceptable, As someone who works in the food industry it has never been okay to flirt with someone's parent or any CUSTOMER on the job. Just ate there. Had a mixup on the special so they made it right. Fries were chewy and I complained so they took $5 off but that eliminated the $4 military discount. Since my initial review last summer.... Over the past couple of months, I have been coming here on a weekly basis for wing night on Tuesdays. I have discovered the greatness of the boneless wings that compensates for the regular wings that I don't really like. The one thing that really sticks out in my mind is the quality of the service I get from this restaurant. Over the past month, when my hockey team is playing, I have requested if they could put the game on one of the little tv's that surround the room. They accepted my request and went the extra step and put the game on one of the Big Screen TV's. Thanks to them, I was able to watch the Canada vs Germany Olympic hockey game, as well as a couple of my hometown NHL teams. Last week, without even asking, the bartender came over to my table and showed me a list of all the games that were being televised that night and asked if I wanted to watch any game in person. Constantly having to re-ask for things that were forgotten. The food itself met the expectations of what I think of for B-Dubs. Nothing special but nothing bad. Just average. 11/05/2019 Oh boy, I went back to try to change my view of Buffalo Wild Wings since I did have a representative reach out and apologize. After going back I'm still fairly disappointed.. this was on a Tuesday which is their bogo traditional wings so they're understandably busy. However, that wasn't the main issue. This is what was good about my visit: The food did come out fairly quickly, we got sat down right away, the waitress came and took our drink and food order ASAP. So from the get go pretty good service. The bad: After we got our food, we were eating and chit chatting for about 45 minutes and our waitress hadn't even stopped back by to check in or anything (which, like I said they're understandably busy) but I would've appreciated at-least one stop by the whole hour we had been there after getting our food. Our appetizer was hot (we got the chili queso dip) pretty good! Then our wings and fries came out less than 15 minutes later. Unfortunately they were barely lukewarm, along with the fries, the chicken had tasted as if it was reheated, kinda rubbery... the sauce this tome though was on point. Disgusting absolutely horrible first off had to call said put on hold they had me for 28 mins which i screenshotted and attached picture so when I ordered online still had me on hold even after then when I get there at 8 30 ordered at around 6 30ish the cashier tells me they don't have an order for me ok I show her my online order and receipt while she takes a phone call order quickly while I was on wait for 30 mins plus then she tells me if I sent someone to pick up my order like I am stupid? why would I be there if I had someone pick it up?? am I trying to steal or get extra food because I can't afford more?? Then finally she says someone stole my food and they are remaking it and tries to talk to the next customer. I have to step in and tell her to get me manager. Manager proceeds to tell me my 120$ order was stolen so they are rushing it and tries to just apologize? So how could my order get stolen? the food isn't just sitting out there you had to give it to them without checking and she doesn't offer to do anything for me and won't give me a name. Tells me she is short staffed which I get but to not do anything for me is crazy not even a discount she promised was returned to me and when she leaves a snarky trainer named Allison comes out and when I ask her about the food and what happened she said I don't know I wasn't the original girl out here who made the dumb remarks first. In what used to be a never fail for my fiance and I has now become a place of pained disgust and anger. We used to enjoy going to BWW, the staff was good and knew what we wanted. The bartender was nice, the people there atentive and the place cleaner than most hospitals. It's nice knowing your place, your "Cheers" is providing you a quality product. I mean maybe we've watched too many Bar Rescue episodes, but the level of cleanliness and attitude of the staff reflects strongly on the health of the products you're going to recieve. But lately, the experience has gotten worse. The staff is getting lazy. One thing I notice is they do not move out of your way when you walk through the dining room. If you and a waiter are on the same isle, MOVE. They will check you into the closest table. Maybe they've watched too much hockey on their big screens. I don't know. Coming out after our last experience, I feel like a vampire that's been staked in the heart. It started with a very, very dirty bar area. This was on New Year's Eve, and I think a game just ended so there's that. In the nine minutes we waited to be noticed, I counted. There was then empty tables, nine of them dirty. Of those two had only waters on the table, no food, no checks, no silverware. Half empty water. Fair warning, this is a bad sign in any place to eat. Two tables? Bad sign already. So our waitress, one that had passed us three times helping the table next to us,, finally decided we exsisted. We ordered two beers, Miller Lites on special, and a Tablegating sampler. Around five minutes later she brought our beer and disapeared for 20 plus minutes. Keep in mind the ONLY food we planned on eating was considered an appitizer. In this time I got to watch. I watched the manager stand behind the bar and chat with people that he would probabally consider friends. Not really doing anything. I watched the tables sit, dirty, in the lobby. I watched the bartender take off doing who knows what for 10 plus minutes. None of this really concerns me. As long as I am treated right. The final straw came when our food arived (brought by the bartender.) It looked like it came out of the trash can. This is not an overstatement here folks. The Spin dip looked like something a baby would vomit. The cheese sticks? Had marinara sauce smeared on them. It looked like someone had their gloves covered in the sauce and wiped their hands across them! The cheese sauce for the pretzels had a skin on them. I peeled it off in a whole piece. I wished I had a caliper with me to measure the thickness of it. The waitress came by and asked if we wanted another round of beer (failing to ask about the food) and we insisted on seeing the manager. The waitress screamed "OH GREAT! This is ALREADY LITTERALLY the WORST day of my ENTIRE LIFE!" I'm proud I could make it worse honey. Out came the reserves with this one. I kid you not, four people came to the table. The same party boy, douche bag I saw behind the counter wanted to "fix things." Told me I had two options, he would replace the food or pay for the two beers. I tried explaining all my problems, he kept cutting me off. The message waas clear. Take more food or get the hell out. Worse, the whole time he kept patting me on the shoulder. I'm not your friend? Hint. Don't touch me. In conclusion, if you want garbage pail food at an inflated price with terrible service, questionable health code standards, terrible service and larthargic management. I've got JUST the place. If you're not interested in good that looks llike someone threw it up on your plate, go somewhere else. read more

Let me first preface this review by mentioning that I'm not a fan of any location of this restaurant for a few reasons. Whatever audio playing over the speakers is always at "club volume." The menu is a predictable swath of fried bar food, prepared as you would expect it to be, where the service varies from insulting to acceptable. The maximum possible score of any Buffalo Wild Wings is a 3/5. I've been compelled to come here on more than one occasion usually because no one can muster a better answer to the question: "where should we eat today?" You might as well have fair warning about what to expect when you eat here. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were cooked so long that they were hollow on the inside, the caesar salad was wilted with stale croutons and 60% lettuce stems. My entree, which had taken the better part of an hour to arrive, came with garlic bread, was actually the heel of a hamburger bun cut in half and butter toasted on one side. The management does not care about what leaves the kitchen, only that the check is paid. There are dozens of restaurants that sell this exact kind of chicken from the same suppliers at a better price. Places where you don't have to suffer, screaming at the person in the next seat over the volume of an auburn game at 12:30 on a Wednesday. This is a bar that serves food. Keep that in mind when you get ready to drop a bill on some busted boneless wings with garlic parmesan that you could get at a pizza place for less money. read more

It saddened me to see when we walked into the bar (we always sit in the bar area) there were dirty dishes on every unoccupied table. The table we chose was cleared off, but sticky and had not been wiped off. Never seen the area like this before. My husband made the comment 'maybe this is the beginning of the end' I said 'no, this is just a glitch!'. What was most disheartening was there were 3 girls sitting over by the order station 'wrapping silverware' more so on their phones and gossiping while there were two servers busting their butts. I'm not sure why I keep coming back...I keep thinking that this will be the time that they DON'T screw up my order, but alas, here we are again... I placed a pickup order last night @ 6:05pm (order #1040018). My order was supposed to be ready at 6:20, I think I finally got out of there at 6:35. I ordered through the BWW app and I was logged into the app when I placed my order (with the same account my Blazin' points are on) but I didn't get my points, nor did I receive my receipt to scan the points onto my account. My main issue is the quality of food was really horrible. The chicken was very dry & flavorless. It was barley coated with the Honey BBQ sauce I order on it (but I anticipated this because this happens every time). Not to worry, because I ordered (and paid for) extra sauce on the side (Mango Habanero) to dip the chicken in. Problem is that I didn't get my sauce. Not only that, I didn't get any of the sauces I should have. - Hardly any BBQ sauce on wings - No mango sauce on the side - No marinara with my mozzarella sticks - No southwest ranch with my cheese curds So I had flavorless rubbery chicken, flavorless rubbery cheese sticks and flavorless rubber cheese cubes that I paid over $30 for and earned no points for in return. My family of 4 didn't even eat half of the order. The good news is that this location won't be getting anymore of my family's money anytime soon. Ok, I'll admit I'm not the target market for BWW. But Sonny Boy wanted to celebrate and it was his choice. We've eaten at BWW in Chicago and California....with bad results. Topeka did not disappoint. Service was not attentive. Didn't receive drink refills. C'mon people! This is hot, spicy, salty food. Refills should be a no-brainer. The food was a bit on the yucky side. I had an appetizer combo for my dinner...thinking I'd like the variety. The pita style chips for the dip were pasty and the cheese dip tasted like it came straight out of a can. One of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The chicken quality was extremely awful. Below even fast food boneless wings. The boneless wings were extremely fatty which absolutely ruins the whole meal. Being their headline item you figured they would make sure it was a good quality item. Service wasn't great either, they seemed to have plenty of servers sitting around waiting for customers and I still felt like service was slow.
