My husband went up to ask the hostess if the servers knew we had been seated, she apologized for the wait and said she would let him know we were still waiting. Another table got up and walked out. The table behind us had at least gotten water but was there before us without anyone coming for their food order. After 10more mins we walked out. I don't know what everybody is on about in their reviews. It's not gourmet by any means but it's a chain restaurant so adjust your standards accordingly. Even when it's busy they're able to accommodate large party sizes. We've always gone with a large group and the food doesn't take forever and comes out correct. read more

We hadn't been to this restaurant in quite awhile. It's your typical sports bar. The food was concession stand staples with a southwestern twist. We both had the appetizer sampler just to get a feel for the place. The nachos and cheese string cheese were good. The boneless wings needed less breading and were too well done so ended up being crunchy. The bartender was attentive. The staff is friendly and work their tails off!!! We came in, and three huge parties were leaving, and they had the tables all clean within 5-10 minutes! Awesome! We stopped at this location at ~3:00pm with a group of ~30. When we walked in, the hostess was obviously annoyed that we brought a large group. They had many open tables so they were able to easily accommodate us in the same area. We were given 1 waiter to handle our entire group. He did an awesome job given there was only 1 of him. However, during our entire visit, there were MANY employees standing around talking or sitting at empty tables. They could have easily helped him serve our group. The manager stood at the entrance to the kitchen talking to a group of employees while our waiter filled drinks for all of us. No assistance offered. It took more than 90 minutes for our food to start being served. And, it took 15 minutes to get all of the food out of the kitchen because we only had the 1 server running back and forth to the kitchen. I would have liked to see the staff be more helpful with each other. If they were annoyed by the size of our group, we would have been out of their space more quickly if they'd worked together. read more

It's sad to say, but this was the second best meal that I had in the Stevens Point area. It a very typical BDubs, as in it has a full bar and TVs all around. The service was good and there were a lot of people to help. There is a gluten free menu, but you options are some what limited. Don't expect to get a cheese burger, as their burgers contain gluten. The naked tenders where pretty good. Just remember to ask that separate cooking utensils and that it is cook in an area separate than where the burgers are cooked on the grill. If your looking for a place to kill time and grab a drink during lunch, then this is a pretty good option. read more

Probably the only good place in the area to grab a few drinks, stuff your face with wings and watch your favorite sports on big screen (in no particular order). Not a good night for them at all, I waited over 25 minutes for someone to show up. Then they wouldn't honor the happy hour menu, since it was after 7pm when they finally showed up at the table. Took a long time to get seated, take order, get food, get check, etc. The servers were friendly and apologetic and the food was fine but took more than an hour and 15 minutes for lunch. Just had the worst take out experience. We showed up right on time for our pick up and they were pretty busy. I expected to wait for a little, but ended up having to wait for a half hour. Ultimate nachos tasted like sloppy joe on chips. It was fine but not your typical nachos. Service was good. They don't offer tablets for the kids anymore or a bottle of sauce for your birthday, new management decisions, kids were disappointed. I haven't eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in a couple years but when you're traveling with family, you stop where everyone else wants. We decided to sit at the bar since we were going to get some of their drink specials, plus the game that my brother in law wanted to watch was on the screen right by the bar. They had a $5 special on Bloody Mary's so I ordered one and the bartender was friendly enough but that Bloody Mary, was not good. I don't think it was her fault, I think it's the mix that they use, it's just not spicy enough for me. The garnish was lame, I mean, have you seen some of the garnishes at other places, they go all out, so one flimsy pickle, a green olive and a celery stalk felt cheap - but again, this was a $5 Bloody Mary, so maybe I shouldn't complain. We got the cheese curd appetizer and it was pretty good, I liked the dipping sauce that came with it. I also ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, which wasn't good. The wrap had very little buffalo sauce on it and we were charged for a side of ranch - lame. The fries that came with the wrap were limp and didn't have a good flavor.
