0 stars! Came just before 5pm, lots of open tables and was seated quickly. Waited 20mins and still nobody came for drink order. My husband went up to ask the hostess if the servers knew we had been seated, she apologized for the wait and said she would let him know we were still waiting. Another table got up and walked out. The table behind us had at least gotten water but was there before us without anyone coming for their food order. After 10more mins we walked out. Plenty of servers walking around like zombies and chatting while holding up the walls. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! We are done going to Oshkosh restaurant Worst service made my 93 yr old dad walk across restaurant instead of seating us by door Ran out Bloody Mary mix Torn gross seat Mozzarella sauce looked like it had been used and in refrigerator uncovered for days Wings hardly had any sauce Fried to a crisp Gave her gift card said we had no money on it then did it again had $25 on it We left this restaurant months ago no one to wait on us We r done with this location It's a college town should be very busy was dead read more

I don't know what everybody is on about in their reviews. It's not gourmet by any means but it's a chain restaurant so adjust your standards accordingly. Even when it's busy they're able to accommodate large party sizes. We've always gone with a large group and the food doesn't take forever and comes out correct. read more

Food was fine. Waited forever to get our food. Had to ask several times for beverage refills. Restaurant was dirty. Tables were dirty everywhere. Servers standing around doing nothing. We will not be going back again. read more

Ordered the boneless wings. Ten wings half with buffalo sauce, half with Parmesan garlic. Both were great and enough to share. Service was very good. read more

We have never eaten at Buffalo wild wings before. And we were given a $25 gift certificate so we thought we would get some wings to go. Got the naked wings. Worst wings ever. As it was early in the day wondering if these weren't left over from the night before and just reheated for us. Dry almost no taste. Very small wings think they may have taken wings right as soon as chickens were born Skin not crispy, was rubbery and tough. A big waste of a gift certificate. Will never go there again. read more

Service was horrible and waited for for over an hour for someone to take our order:( Very disappointed

We hadn't been to this restaurant in quite awhile. It's your typical sports bar. The food was concession stand staples with a southwestern twist. We both had the appetizer sampler just to get a feel for the place. The nachos and cheese string cheese were good. The boneless wings needed less breading and were too well done so ended up being crunchy. The bartender was attentive. It was Thursday and was empty when we got there but filled up quickly. read more

Brutal spot came at 9 food took forever and the fries showed up in one giant clump, the wrap we had was 98 percent tortilla 2 percent filling read more

The staff is friendly and work their tails off!!! We came in, and three huge parties were leaving, and they had the tables all clean within 5-10 minutes! Awesome! The food is just as you'd expect from a wing chain--good ol American fare. The ambiance is sports-bar-y with lots of tvs. Great place for kids. The bar is pretty lively too. read more

Very disappointing experience. Decided to stop for supper at 4:30 ish before driving home after a week long vacay. Chose a booth to sit at. Bad choice, air so chilly had to geo get a jacket vs asking for a table. Requested a Coke. First one watered down could barely taste the flavor. Sent back. Second one as bad. Requested Dr Pepper. Watered down as well. Requested water. Ordered 2 fries, 1 boneless wings, 1 reg wings. Fries and boneless arrived. Told reg wings cooking. After 10 minutes, wings still not cooked. Prob a few minutes yet. Cancelled wings. Seriously the worst cooking service in past week. I feel sorry for the wait staff that have have to deal with these issues. read more

So bad, everything was cold, incredibly small portions. Just bad. Disapointing experience. read more

Everytime I come it's always a 30 min wait eventhough I set up a pickup time. Also the hosts leave alot to be desired with their customer service. I wish their were more options in town but here I am once again sadly. read more

We stopped at this location at ~3:00pm with a group of ~30. When we walked in, the hostess was obviously annoyed that we brought a large group. They had many open tables so they were able to easily accommodate us in the same area. We were given 1 waiter to handle our entire group. He did an awesome job given there was only 1 of him. However, during our entire visit, there were MANY employees standing around talking or sitting at empty tables. They could have easily helped him serve our group. The manager stood at the entrance to the kitchen talking to a group of employees while our waiter filled drinks for all of us. No assistance offered. It took more than 90 minutes for our food to start being served. And, it took 15 minutes to get all of the food out of the kitchen because we only had the 1 server running back and forth to the kitchen. I would have liked to see the staff be more helpful with each other. If they were annoyed by the size of our group, we would have been out of their space more quickly if they'd worked together. read more

Really good staff is nice highly recommended. It was really clean and the best Buffalo Wild Wings in Wisconsin.

3/5 for cleanliness however we had to seat ourselves. Waiter was nice however we had to send back the wings because they were too cold as if they were sitting out. The cheesecake was extremely dense and almost taste freezer burnt. The chicken wrap was decent however like most restaurants they over-did it with lettuce. Great management. read more

Took us a long time to get seated, everyone seemed rushed, our waitress seemed rushed, but there were only 7 tables with people at them. My wife's salad was disappointing, dressing was watery. But my wings were delicious, some of the best I've had at Buffalo wild wings. Also the music wasn't the best. Heavy metal. I didn't even know heavy metal was a thing in 2018 The two stars are for the wings. Delicious. read more

the music is so loud you have to scream to hear each other!!! the manager doesn't care!!!!

Worst brisket sandwich and coldest fries ever! Server was nice but food was awful! Do not waste your money!

It's sad to say, but this was the second best meal that I had in the Stevens Point area. It a very typical BDubs, as in it has a full bar and TVs all around. The service was good and there were a lot of people to help. There is a gluten free menu, but you options are some what limited. Don't expect to get a cheese burger, as their burgers contain gluten. The naked tenders where pretty good. Just remember to ask that separate cooking utensils and that it is cook in an area separate than where the burgers are cooked on the grill. If your looking for a place to kill time and grab a drink during lunch, then this is a pretty good option. read more

Yet another Buffalo Wild Wings faithful to the franchise's look and feel. Probably the only good place in the area to grab a few drinks, stuff your face with wings and watch your favorite sports on big screen (in no particular order). All they are missing is fried cheese curds to go with my spotted cow on tap... Go Wisconsin or go home. Glad to be the first to review this location. Just odd that since it's opening in 2010 no one did... Now move along and let me eat my wings! read more

Not a good night for them at all, I waited over 25 minutes for someone to show up. Then they wouldn't honor the happy hour menu, since it was after 7pm when they finally showed up at the table. They had to get approval from a manager to get the happy hour prices. Service was ok, but she was at the table constantly trying to push menu items. It got really annoying after the first hour read more

Just had the worst take out experience. We showed up right on time for our pick up and they were pretty busy. I expected to wait for a little, but ended up having to wait for a half hour. The lady that was manning the take out station never apologized and never explained why we had to wait that long. While standing there many people that came in much later than us had quick service. I wasn't expecting them to give me anything but would have appreciated an apology. read more

Karisa, our server, was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly, funny and got everything we needed right away. I had the pulled pork sandwich and would highly recommend it though I'd get the cheese curds rather than the french fries next time as the fries were tasteless and not very good but the curds were. I thought the onion rings were pretty good and the two types of boneless wings we ordered were fantastic! The atmosphere is typical BW3, the restrooms were very clean as was the main restaurant. read more

Came for lunch today. Seemed that they were SEVERELY understaffed with only two servers in the full dining room for the lunch crowd. Took a long time to get seated, take order, get food, get check, etc. The servers were friendly and apologetic and the food was fine but took more than an hour and 15 minutes for lunch. Not the employees fault, this is a management issue. Will chose another lunch spot in the future. read more

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times before. Majority of them were very disappointing. And tonight my family and I went out for a birthday, it was the worst. I've been a server for a little under a year. And the waitress we had was terrible. She was chit chatted with coworkers while our food sat in the kitchen and got cold. Won't be returning for a long time! read more

Ultimate nachos tasted like sloppy joe on chips. It was fine but not your typical nachos. Service was good. They don't offer tablets for the kids anymore or a bottle of sauce for your birthday, new management decisions, kids were disappointed. I haven't eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in a couple years but when you're traveling with family, you stop where everyone else wants. We decided to sit at the bar since we were going to get some of their drink specials, plus the game that my brother in law wanted to watch was on the screen right by the bar. They had a $5 special on Bloody Mary's so I ordered one and the bartender was friendly enough but that Bloody Mary, was not good. I don't think it was her fault, I think it's the mix that they use, it's just not spicy enough for me. The garnish was lame, I mean, have you seen some of the garnishes at other places, they go all out, so one flimsy pickle, a green olive and a celery stalk felt cheap - but again, this was a $5 Bloody Mary, so maybe I shouldn't complain. We got the cheese curd appetizer and it was pretty good, I liked the dipping sauce that came with it. I also ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, which wasn't good. The wrap had very little buffalo sauce on it and we were charged for a side of ranch - lame. The fries that came with the wrap were limp and didn't have a good flavor. It will probably be a few more years before I hit up another Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Nice enough place, some people just love this place, I'm not sure what the hype is all about, some chicken wings in sauce. But I did enjoy the boneless wings sampler we had. The prices are OK if a person doesn't order alcoholic drinks but it has such a sports bar feel to it that a person feels inclined to order just a drink or two. Our waitress was very friendly here. read more

Today ordered 60 wings and then had another 60 which is Tuesday special, buy one get one free. Ordered some blazin wings, tasted like your regular hot sauce. Everything else was okay, bbq was very lite, had no flavors what so ever, the only thing taste good was the mango habanero, otherwise service was good. But probs not going to order from them anymore... read more

I'm not going to waste time on rating the food, because anyone who has ever eaten at a BWs knows what they are getting in to. I'm just going to put in a short review because the service we had there yesterday for lunch was crazy...in a good way. We had the sweetest waitress, and any one that happened to pass our table and notice a low soda glass or anything, asked if they could grab us one. The service was attentive without being overbearing. It's been a really long time since we've eaten somewhere that had service this good. I just really wanted to mention it because it was opening hunting weekend, so it was fairly busy with hunters taking a break from the cold - and I saw some reviews recently for not great service. read more

Came in on a tuesday night and it was a little busy which i would cut them a little slack for. Ordered some wings and sandwich and it took about 35 mins to finally get our food after asking o the status. Manager apologized and gave us 50% off our bill, which is the only thing saving this review. Theefore you will find a manger who is willing to listen to problems and atemp to justify, however if your looking to ger in and out, this is not your place. read more

What a joke! Today's service was absolutely horrendously slow!! We called ahead with the size of group (Hockey team) and they had a tables ready for us. 30 minutes to get drinks and 45+ to get our food?! Come on Point BWW, get it together. Our team always patrons this chain and never experienced such terrible service as today. My kids still didn't have their wings 55 min after ordering and half the team was already done and back on the bus. No apologies from the less than enthusiastic group of 18 years old that waited on us. So sorry to have inconvenienced you millennials. We will NEVER stop back here again. We should've eaten at Culver's. read more
