I found my normal venues had a feeling to them that were no longer familiar or of interest to me so I've been on the search for a new place to frequent. I have always been a fan of Partners but it's been a while since I visted regularly. My last couple of trips have been great! Faith and Izzy were the bartenders this night and they were phenomenal! Both were attentive to me and everyone else in the bar. They were also witty and fun to interact with, allowing me to loosen up and have some fun while receiving delicious beverages. We arrived at 8pm and initially only planned on having a couple of drinks - but before we knew it the time was 1:30am! If the rest of the staff are anything like these two then I believe anyone visiting would have a great time- and I'd implore those who haven't been here to check it out! I will be back, I will be bringing more of my friends out, and I expect we'll continue to have these enjoyable nights on the town!

Happy Hour is awesome there. I believe it's $3 martinis from 4-6. I could have that totally wrong but I know for sure it's $3 martinis. It's kinda nice because if you're there doing these hours, you're pretty much alone and having a good time with the bartenders and a friend or two. I've never had a bad experience with the bartenders and I believe it was the owner one time who gave my friends and I a couple of free shots! Pretty great. Night time is great too. Karaoke and just an all around great atmosphere. The upstairs is fun too with all the blacklights and dancing they have. The only problem people might have with the downstairs is that it's pretty tight. It's not the biggest bar in town but it certainly has a nice cozy feeling to it. If you're looking for some obscurely good martinis, be sure to check this bar out. I'm all about weird drinks and good people.

We only did drinks when we visited so I can't comment on the food, but we all enjoyed everything we had. I started with the Wisconsin classic of a brandy old-fashioned, and they did it right. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the line of mocktails on the menu. Choices are so important! . I ordered an NA Paloma and it was outstanding. I didn't even miss the tequila. My friends had margaritas and then nonalcoholic berry drinks and enjoyed them as well. The decor inside is very fun and festive with a a bunch of different shaped tables for any size party. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. This is a great place for a night out with friends.

The owners, Adam and Mary Beth, and each of the bartenders I met, Brooke and Maddie, were incredibly open and friendly. After a couple of visits, I felt like I have known them for years. Yes, I know this seems like a lot to say about "just a little neighborhood bar," but it's true. Besides all that, the drinks menu is very reasonably priced and there is a selection of draft beers available as well. I highly recommend this place as a true gem here in Wisconsin Rapids.

Not a lot, just enough to make it super refreshing and interesting. 2nd best part: as I walked in, a guy was walking out talking on his cell phone, and he paused before we passed to welcome me to the bar. Nice! 3rd best part was the commentary on my beer from the guy next to me who was drinking a bottle of MGD: Me to bartender: I'll have a Coors Light. Guy half to me, half to himself: Can't go wrong with Coors in a bottle. Me to guy: Yup. Bartender bring me a can. Guy turning away: Oh well.

The owner of the bar got us all shots because we were matching, and I went over to thank him for the free drinks. He responded to my thanks my saying he was "an ass guy" and continued to push the idea to me that he liked my ass. He then looked at my friends and I and pointed at me and said "I would bang you first". I didn't respond and felt utterly disrespected and disgusted. The bouncer was worried about if the owner had made our drinks or not and if he had put anything in them. I appreciate the bouncer for being so alert and assertive in that situation, but the owner of this bar is gross and weird.

When the pizza arrived instead of apologizing I was told "Next time you should call ahead". This shows zero accountability and is a veiled accusation that it's somehow my fault. The owner may respond that they did apologize and that they didn't blame me but I have zero reason to lie. The bottom line is that it was NOT that busy and it's shouldn't take that long to cook a pizza and if for some reason it does the customer should be made aware and be apologized to. If I wasn't treated this way and a simple apology was made I would have never left a review. Other reviews will show that the owners are rude and pretentious to new customers and people that aren't regulars.
