I've been here approximately 5 times. It's always mediocre, never really good and always kind of ehhh. I said I wouldn't come back but my kids like the wings. Today was the first day I've been here since Covid and the lock downs. It's really horrible. There are un-bussed tables but a twenty minute wait at lunch (1:30pm), you wait for drinks but it's because we're short staffed, your beer takes a long time, we're changing the keg. It's just excuses after excuses. We're changing shifts, we're out of that, can I get you something else....I'm sorry, have you been helped yet, we've transferred tickets and I'm your new server? My family and I went to BW's for some wings and drinks. We love BW's and they always have done such a great job, but this location was very disappointing Our waitress did not know the menu and was very unprofessional and didn't even know what a vodka tonic was. Our drinks tasted like they did not have alcohol in them and they tasted salty. I went to the bar and asked the bartender to remake them and the bartender refused to help us. I spoke with the manager and he also refused to make it right. That evening all four of us felt sick. I don't know if someone put 'something in our drinks but.... I took my time to write this as I do not want other people to go through this. If I was the general manager I would definitely fix this problem. We won't be back! read more

The girl with the curly hair at the online pick up counter is extremely RUDE. I walked in before the man standing behind me and she immediately helps him. I then informed her that I was here before him. She then says that he had an online order. So I stated so did I. She then says he ordered before you. How would you know this as you didn't even acknowledge my presence. So she then gives him his order, then ask me my name. Then she turns around and gives my ores your the other girl to give to me. Well crap. I had high hopes for this NEW BWW in the neighborhood. There was an older one down the street so this is definitely a better location but I guess they just moved everything and everyone over to the new one because everything - STILL sucks. I went right when it opened and wings were cold, drinks is were gross, bad service just to make a few. The first time we came here we were ignored for 15-20 before having to get up and address the Manager which she quickly stepped up and helped us out. Second time we came here we sat at the bar and either the bartender didn't send our order in or the kitchen missed our order... pretty much sat there and saw two other couples that sat down way later than us get our food. We ordered food togo through DoorDash and not only did it take over two hours to get to us but the food was completely cold and there was two pieces of celery when we had ordered two orders of it. There were absolutely no napkins, wipes, or silverware. We know this was a restaurant issue because the dasher waited at the restaurant for 50 min. When You order food Togo, it should have the same quality as food in the restaurant. We will not be returning or ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

What a gaggle this place is! We sit down and have to hear the waitress vent about how much the new location sucks and that she only has 2 tables. Tried to have lunch but the hostess was nowhere to be seen and had to ask for one. She said to just sit in the bar as they were busy. Bartender was never at the bar for the 10 minutes I waited. Our first time at the new Buffalo Wild Wings, we WON'T be back!! The service was so slow, I had to track our waitress down multiple times just to get her to take our order. The food was subpar, one order of wings barely had any sauce and the other order was dripping in it and not edible. The ranch was really just sour cream. The volume was so loud we had to yell across the table, several people must have complained about it because the volume was finally lowered. The best part of it all was our waitress was twisting her fingers through her hair as she took our order. She then was spotted picking her nose by the bar...no lie!! read more

This is the most horrible place to go. The service was worse than bad. It took two and a half hours to get our food. Had to go get our waitress to place our food order. Had to go get our own napkins. The manager disregarded our complaints. The waitress was horrible. Kept bringing the wrong drinks to the table. She brought our food and warned us that it was hot...it was cold. The manager said that they were busy and it would take longer for us to get warm food than it would to just eat what we had. My kids love buffalo wings, but we will not be going here ever again. I was very excited to try this place out! Specially it was my cheat meal day and I choose Buffalo Wild Wings because I wanted to try their burger. First of all they took forever to bring us the menu and take our drink order, once we finally order my burger was missing the grilled onions I asked for and the pickles I also had asked for avocado. Once I asked the waiter he called manager but it only took him longer to bring my burger back how i asked. When I got the check I was charge double for avocado.. waiter never came back I had to leave so I had no choice but to pay for the extra charge that should of been taking off for their horrible service anyway. This is reviewing this location to many others I have visited. It took 45 minutes to be seated even though there were empty tables. It looked like all the managers had gone home and the place was being ran by teenagers and ex-cons. We waited another 45 minutes to get our food and all 6 of us admitted it was some of the worst wings we ever had. Visited this Buffalo Wild Wings at approximately 9:00 PM on 6-6-20. We were sat on the patio quickly, but after 10 minutes no one had taken our order so we left. Bummer and kind of a waste of time. They forgot all of our drinks, as well as gave us the wrong fries which we upgraded with cheese and cost extra, and gave us none of our ranches that we ordered. So we went here for a 12 year olds birthday dinner, party of 7. We walk up there's a sign no sodas. Then we were told they have sweet tea and water that's it. Ok not ideal but ok. So most ordered sweet tea, then for a refill, guess what? they are now out of sweet tea. I brought a cake, the very nice waitress asked does he like chocolate or caramel sauce, she brought icecream for the birthday boy which was great, when the ice cream got there she said they were out of ice cream toppings after asking which one he wanted. 3 if us ordered the exact same wrap. 1 was perfect, 1 had WAY too much sauce, one was dry. It was a happy occasion so I didn't say a word, but paying for drinks when there was zero choice is wrong, honestly I didn't think about it until later, it was all about the birthday. The wait staff was nice, but management needs help. Before we left they had un-sweet tea apparently it just needed to be brewed, still no sweet tea. I never know if there's a supply issue, maybe that's why they were out of sodas? But everyone else has sodas. Just a strange evening, I'm a little mad I paid for drinks that we're not what we wanted. Friday afternoon at 1:00pm. Hostess Brianna is a treasure. She's the only good thing about this location besides the beer, but you can't really screw that up. She brought us napkins and asked how we were. 20 minutes to get our food. Then it was so disgusting looking, like it sat under a heat lamp for too long. This place sucks. Server was terrible.
