Located in a multiple business strip center. Plenty of parking but the parking lots are away from the actual businesses so you park and cross over lane to use to get to lots to enter business.. Greeted promptly and seated and staff asked what we wanted high top, table or booth so it was nice having a choice. Our waitress Alek was great, greeted us right away, took our drink order but we also told him we knew what we wanted and placed our food order at same time. We ordered 2 orders of 10 bone in wings and onion rings. And beers. Corona and Pacifico both on draft. Our sauces today were Parmesan garlic, Jain jalapeño, Asian zing and Caribbean jerk. All really good but the Asian zing today was the best had the sweetness but also had a heck of a kick and was fire today!!! Terrible place, take your business elsewhere as they don't want it. They don't clean tables. Multiple tables available and clean, but they are not available according to the host. If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. I remember when BWWs used to be a decent place and it has definitely gone down hill. Last time I ordered, they were a disappointment too. This time, I ordered through door dash. BWWs didn't give the dasher the drink with my order (also the dasher didn't check the order to make sure they had everything-- that's on DD too not just BWWs -- personally, I feel like a good dasher would check the list (especially if it's visible) and/or ask if there's a drink with the order etc.) anyway, BWWs forgot my drink even though it's the first item listed in the label. No one quality checked it. When I told the dasher I had ordered a drink. She told me to call BWWs that they hadn't given her a drink with the order & apologized. I called the BWWs location. The girl that answered told me I could go pick it up or maybe get a refund. Why would I pick up if I did an online delivery order? So I requested a refund. The girl then tells me she's going to get a manager. The manager comes on the phone. I told her that they forgot to include my drink. She tells me they can do a store credit - but I'm in the process of moving so that's not an option since I leave tomorrow. The manager tells me since I paid via DoorDash (third party) I'll have to go through them for the refund. 25 mins on hold and I finally get through DoorDash. I was having a tough day and ordering online was my "pick me up". Instead, I wasted more time and money. Food was cold and not all that. Honestly, it's the lack of accountability or care that they messed up on both BWWs & DoorDash. I don't recommend EITHER. Save your money! Ahi comida en la casa or go somewhere else. I've been here a few times for different reasons; when I say different reasons I mean to try different wing flavors. For starters, the fried pickles and cheese sticks are GREAT. These pickles may be my favorite in the area. Of course it's a wing spot so i've tried the several wing flavors on different occasions. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper, honey bbq and medium. For drinks, plenty of water and a few Long Island Ice Tea's. You can order top shelf or bottom shelf, I've tried both. I prefer the cheaper one because i can't taste a difference. I've been told the top shelf is much better but again, I can't taste it. There are plenty of tv screens around the place. I always ask to watch the most interesting sports game on at the time.
