I came right at 4 a little after the lunch special but made it for happy hour my husband and I ordered of course the AMAZING fried pickles, best fried pickles EVER. And the mozzarella sticks which were also very good. We split 20 wings and got recommended the mango habanero, which i know sounds intimidating but the sweet and tangyness from the mango and slight kick of heat was amazing! I would order that again. This store is so under managed , I'm a frequent flyer and always order on door dash ! They are always late when I get there to pick up my food ! The to go area is always unattended and you end up waiting 20 minutes after the app says the food was ready , very frustrating . Really wish I had read the reviews before we made a pit stop here. After the first 10 minutes, we decided to leave without being seated and went to eat nextdoor. To start, as we were walking up, an employee was on her phone and we heard her tell whoever she was on the phone with that she needed to go because she 'had people '. As we walked in behind her, i expected her to check us in (hearing her statement on the phone) and there was no one at the hostess desk. She walked up to a server to chat and then walked past us to the kitchen. THREE other servers walked past with no acknowledgement. There was already another party that had checked in before me and I asked if they knew who the host/hostess was. They said no one has been there for a while and commented on how they wish they had read the reviews beforehand. After waiting for at least 10 minutes a girl I had not seen walked up and checked us in. However, I already had a sour taste in my mouth since so many of the servers seemed to have an 'I don't care' attitude and we decided to leave after seeing they have a one and a half star rating. The first impression you'll get from walking into this restaurant is the overwhelming smell of funk. I thought of sweaty socks. My husband thought mildew. But I'm allergic to mold and mildew and had no reactions so probably not that. We went nose blind to it when we started eating our wings but smelled it again when we finished. You know, it never fails. I give this place a try every 3-6 months and go back to try again. Well, once again they have shown to be the worst place to get wings in Spring. I even talked to the manager, Josh, and it was again...excuses. We ALWAYS order wings with desert heat with sauce on the side. Ordered 50 wings, desert heat, sauces on the side and evidently, made the mistake of putting in the notes "Toss Desert heat" and ordering sauces on the side. For some reason, this note caused the kitchen to only toss 25 wings instead of all 50. Rule #1...don't make assumptions. If there's not 100%, ask the customer. PERIOD. If there's potential confusion, maybe they should update their ordering platform? If you need help with that, let me know, I know a guy. Why would an online ordering system "notes" be limited to 18 characters? Would they prefer a tweet to get a point across to the kitchen? After driving 15 mins back home, on hold for 5 mins, finally get Josh on the phone, I get offered to come back up there....No, I don't want to waste another 30-45 mins of my day with the ineptitude that exudes from the establishment from ordering to managing. To top it off, the sauces were incorrect and we actually ordered ranch and there was none in the bag.... Service was terrible. We just got married and were celebrating being back in Tomball, and was criticized by the manager and several patrons that were apparently "offended" by our PDA. How terrible is that to show others that you love the person you're with and they are "offended" because they are so miserable with their own life and cannot find someone to love themselves. We had the same waitress as last time, not sure her name but she is hispanic and on the shorter, bigger side. She was rude both times we have been. I've only been to this location twice, but I have to say this is hands down the BEST BWW location by far. The food is better, the service is better, and for the win, they still carry the Buzztime game consoles. Tonight our server was Gabby, and she was awesome! Attentive while not hovering, and the food was exactly what we ordered and hot and fresh. This is the only BWW I've been to where it feels like the staff actually cares about what they do. That means a lot to me as I love BWW, but I rarely feel like they even want me there spending my money. Brand new location in the Spring area! Super clean, super bright, and overall a great location. Dakota, the manager on tonight, promptly came to check on us and tell us about the new location. She was awesome! Great attitude and you can tell that spirit comes across with the other staff and servers. Our server Brittany was awesome as well, attentive and had a great attitude! So why the 4 stars...couple of small errors by the kitchen and a few little things, but all were resolved. Wings came out to a perfect doneness but the seasoning was very light although ordered "extra wet" (in this case dry seasoning- Desert Heat). Sent back to the kitchen and all they did was sprinkle a little extra on the tops...no bueno. Dakota to the rescue!! The second time they came out and were totally coated and awesome! This was their first day of officially being open so I know those little things will work out. I've been coming to BW3 for about a year now, and I LOVE it. I only like wings from Wing Stop so I come here for their burgers. They're really tasty. The buns are heavenly and the meat is juicy. The fries are alright but the seasoning is on point. But, there are a couple of things that are aren't great. One, the building smells like something rotten. You'd think a wing and burger place would smell like wings and burgers but it smells like cardboard and rotten chicken. It's also super cold in there.
