We stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes with several other parties without being acknowledged by anyone. Of course we walked out both times and won't be returning again. First, the fries were cold. The wings did not taste great. I had waitress Shanai, and she was very inattentive. I sat there and watched her go to her other tables 2-3 times before she would even come to us once. My kids enjoy going here. Ordering is easy cause we just get a family sized order of boneless and traditional honey BBQ wings. We've tried a second or third flavor each time we've gone but I just like their honey BBQ flavored wings. Everything else is rather disappointing. My last 2 visits to this location have been the worst service ever. To start with on both visit I ask for a high chair for my son and I was never brought one. I had to find were they had them and get it myself. They took forever just to take our drink order and the same to get them. We waited at lease 45 minutes to get our food that was Luke warm at best. My usual 45 minute to meal time took almost 2 hrs from finally being seated to paying my bill. I will never visit that location again. If eating IN the restaurant, it's okay. But we've had problems with EVERY take-out order we've placed. Tonight the take-out area was very busy and they had only one girl working the counter. She was trying her hardest, but kept having to go back to the kitchen to correct orders that were sent out to her. Went in at 3 p.m. on a Friday. There were a handful of people at the bar 3 tables in the bar area and then myself and another table on the restaurant floor, yet it took us 8 minutes to be sat. Once we got sat it took 30 minutes to recieve my mojito and when I did finally get it, it wasn't made right at all. The mint was not muddled, there was no lime juice in it and there was no sprite it was basically a tall rum and soda with a mint leave and lime wedge garnish. After waiting so long for drinks we decided to just order everything at once (apps and dinner) we ordered the everything pretzel knots and fried pickles as well as a kids mac and cheese with oranges, 15 wings with lemon pepper fries and the bacon avacado burger, I can't recall the name, with cheese curds instead of fries. We never received the pickles and the pretzel knots were just plain pretzels. After waiting a long time for our food we decided to just get it to go and asked for the manager and some boxes. After am hour we still had not received the kids meal or the lemon pepper fries or the pickles. My fiance's tea was empty most of the time and when it was finally refilled the waitress didn't offer to bring extra ice. Overall terrible experience. Trisha was the waitress and I believe joshua was the name of the manager I spoke with, I could be mistaken on his name though. Their prices are far higher than desirable, however the location and setting is very chill. I thought it was somewhat unprofessional and kinda gross at the time. And then when I got home, I realized our fries were hard and stuck together.. also, not hot or warm. Definitely not fresh. I usually wouldn't care about stuff like this, but I mean.... I paid for this sh*t. It wasn't good. It wasn't worth the money or time spent to drive over and get it. Nothing is a bigger turn off then walking into an establishment and the smell is not of food but of soured cleaning rags. Stay away from the section just to the right of the door if that guy with the long hair and British accent, he constantly delivers poor service and exceptionally long ticket times. Don't stop by here on your lunch break, last time it took ~30 minutes for a medium wings and a sandwich. We had to leave before we could eat. This was the worst service I have ever had anywhere. We got there right at 11am. They were very slow. More employees than customers. We sat at the bar. We ordered wings that took 38 mins to come out. With all of this we were supposed to have a celery/carrot boat, ranch and sweet bbq on the side. They left out all of that. Didn't do any of the wings extra crispy. And also the side of mandarins was put in the size cup that the ranch goes in, which is incorrect. (Know this because I've worked at BWW and have eaten at BWW plenty.)
