So, several things that I was upset about before have been fixed. Saucy buffalo wings rather than a rub, check. Seating area has realistic sized tables that not right on top of each other, check. Still charging for ranch or blue cheese with wings, so boo hiss on that. I will say they should call this place Wings and More because the other food they serve is actually pretty good too, and the prices are pretty reasonable (well reasonable by today's standards). Stopped in as I had a hankering for some wings. We opted for the 2 for $25 deal. I had wings and my better half went for the burger. Both were excellent and filling. My last 10 ordered have been completely wrong, I'm autistic and have ordered the exact same thing from you guys since I was 21 and have never had any issues til coming to the Spokane valley. Usually, although furious I'm able to get down there to get it fixed (10 times 7 times so far) however I totaled my car on the 22nd and my last three orders have still been completely incorrect and I've been completely unable to get down there to get it resolved. If you have a gift card which they push on you hard, and you want to check your balance? You only get one attempt in 24 hours, and if you don't the number in right or mess up on the captcha, well you have to wait until tomorrow. I've been to Buffalo wild wings before but on the other side of the state.I do have to say that I appreciated that the volume of the music playing did not bust my ears at this location. I could actually hear the people talking to me across the way and the waitress.. That was a pleasant surprise. We ordered: Traditional wings Boneless wings Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries buffalo ranch chicken ssandwich with fries side of mac and cheese Side of fries to go with the boneless wings Boneless seem to be more dry and battery, It was agreed that the traditional was it more meaty and better. My Nashville hot chicken sandwich was super messy but I had a decent taste The Buffalo ranch chicken my son was the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. The mac and cheese my husband reported tasted like they used queso cheese sauce. Was definitely not worth $5 They brought the food to us as it was hot off the grill so we all didn't get our food at the same time. I get the idea of one in our food to be hot and fresh but three of us ate our meal almost completely gone before my husband was able to get his food. Men's restroom had puddles of liquid on the floor, faucet didn't work well and no paper towels. The manager was also unhappy about our experience and comped the bill but this shouldn't have happened. Absolutely horrible service. This was by far one of my worst experiences at a BWW. The sides are 6.50 to 7.00 and with the portion size they tried to give us, it was about .78 cents a mushroom piece and there were only 9 pieces. The assistant manager (shift leader) had the audacity to tell us that our tiny portion size looked like 6oz of a serving of garlic mushrooms. And that he fired another batch just out of the goodness of his heart and would give it to us free of charge. He literally said it sarcastically. Moving on.... The mushrooms also were squishy in the middle and seemed like they needed cooked longer from the frozen state they were originally in. freshly frozen for the win? This place has shrunk it's portion sizes over 5 years to 1/3 the amount with higher prices. The happy hour has also moved an hour later to 10pm when it use to be 9pm The service is slow and often brings out barely warm food. 60 cents for a tiny cup of watered down ranch is also extremely pompous. Thank GOD the off-brand ketchup is free so the dry wing doesn't get stuck in my throat. ALSO the Monthly SPECIAL limited edition sauce, Korean BBQ, 10 days into the month and they were OUT OF IT! This place shouldn't be still in business, but alas Spokane valley is a chain food city. AVOID this Buffalo Wild Wings! They are not all this bad, but the prices are. 1 of 5 stars barely deserved!
