Since my last visit, the management has stepped up considerably. Tonight, I got home with my carry out order, and realized I was missing my fries. I called, thinking I would get nowhere based on my last experience, but to my surprise, Chris, the manager, immediately offered to remake my entire order. Chris was kind, apologetic, and professional. I appreciate the compensation to make this mistake right. read more

Why? Why BWWs can't you ever get an order right? I promise my husband that THIS TIME will be different, but no. Every dang time I have a to-go order you have to forget something, leave something out, mess something up. I mean come on! It is literally written on paper for you to look at. Check and double check. It doesn't matter that my burger was delicious if you forgot everyone's veggies and sides. I mean, thanks for remembering my 6 sides of ranch but what do I do with them with no veggies or sides? Try harder! No. He will not drive back up there, again, so you can give some lame excuse and empty apology. I have to be the one to listen to the I told you so rant. So thanks for that. I can't believe I tipped you so well too...knowing your history of messing things up. Better training or something is needed. I know I can't be the only one. Just try to suck less because I really like your bacon cheeseburger, okay? Thanks. read more

Worst experience ever! Service was horrible, took forever to get our food and when it came out it was cold so it had obviously been sitting for a while. The tables were all full of dishes and when they had to seat one of the tables they would just put everything on another table! Will never visit again! read more

Five stars mainly for our awesome Server, Amber- and the great specials! We came in about 45 minutes to closing, and she was so nice and gave us great service even though we were the last guests of the night! read more

Worst BWW I've ever been too. The appetizer came out cold and they were out of everything. I will definitely never be back to this BWW.

Stopped in after a cold baseball game. The staff was top notch! Service was excellent and the food was perfect.

Got seated right away on a Sunday early afternoon. Waitress was great and came back several times. Unfortunately the one game I was wanting to watch was not on any of the televisions. Just a dozen tvs with the Fox game and another dozen with the CBS game. Both were huge blowouts. So they must not pay for NFL ticket as none of the other noon games were on. Ran out of several items on menu including bacon, so that eliminated several items from menu. Food took longer than it needed to for a burger, chicken strips, and a wrap. When food finally came out, was told no fries with burger as they had to drop a new batch of fries because they ran out??? So ended up eating most of burger with no side. Not a big deal. Burger however was very bland. Was supposed to be garlic Parmesan and couldn't taste any garlic at all. The chicken strips were inedible as they were covered in a ton of pepper. The wrap was as expected and tasted good. Noticed most tables waiting awhile to get food and when left we noticed most tables had left food and some had left over half their meal. This used to be a great place to go but they have eliminated a large percentage of menu and buffalo wings have gotten so expensive that you no longer order them as a appetizer or a side because they cost as much as your regular meal for six. Better places in town with better tasting food and value for your money. read more

Went once hated it poor service food was almost cold very overpriced food I will not be going back there again once is enough

Food took forever, queso was cold and watery, beer was warm, and staff was incapable of keeping up with a pretty standard Saturday night. This location is incredibly disappointing (the girl that was bussing tables did seem to be working really hard). read more

The order took to long I canceled it and was never refunded. And now they won't let me post thus unless I have 85 characters.

Interesting place.... Short staffed all get out... our server Robin is working her ass off despite the fact she is doing the work of 3 people. First service of food had to be returned because we got the wrong order? So far the beer is cold...got the order right the second time around... no sense in posting a bunch of pics of wings when everyone know what they look like...dropped them to 3 stars only because they screwed up on the order.... Thank you Robin for the great service, I'm sure they don't pay you enough.... Have a happy meal! read more

me and my friend ordered 10 boneless wings Ranch cheese curds fries and a bottled Pepsi and fountain Dr Pepper. We got our food but not our drinks I called them they said to call my dasher so I did and it said not available so I called the restaurant back and told the situation she said "I usually get the drinks last and I went out to give the drinks and he already drives away so the best I can tell you in to come get them." In a very careless tone. Also mind you me and my friend are 12 and 13. In my opinion being that care less is very disrespectful and we didn't deserve that. read more

The servers are not equipped to handle more than one table at a time ... no one busing tables, in fact the manager kept moving the dirty tables to other dirty tables , never taking anything back to the kitchen. Server never once checked in us and we typically order 2-3 drinks per meal.... Couldn't get more than the very first one ! read more

After a long day of driving, we stopped by because it was the only restaurant open. Things I will say: it was clean and our waitress seemed like a pleasant enough person. However, the food was largely inedible. We ordered nachos with brisket. There was VERY little brisket. What small chunks of brisket there were appeared to have been the gristly bits someone else had tried to chew and then spit back out. To add insult to injury on the big screen and most of the smaller screens they were playing the evening news. Murder and shit nachos for dinner. Save yourself some time and money and if you are ever passing through this area and Buffalo Wild Wings is open -- keep going. read more

This place sent out all flats for my wings. They suck. Don't stop here. No break either from manager.

Went in pretty late but was greeted with the best service from Anthony. We order some drinks he got our drinks we order our appetizer asked for something and he suggested something better but it was still pretty much the same thing. He also suggested a deal on the wings went out our appetizer order in and gave us time to think on food. He brought food in a great manner and it was very fresh. He went above and beyond had dipping sides ready to go, check up on my husband and I often which was wonderful. By far the best food and service we have had in a long time in Salina. Big shout out to Anthony and his coworkers for wonderful service and great food!!!! read more

Waited an almost 2 hrs for only 2 sets of wings and got one refill. Second time this has happened. Please train your servers better.

The host was attentive and seated us promptly. The wings were tasty. We waited a long time for our wings, but expected that as it was free wings night. The server was inattentive the entire time we were there. Our next order there will be take out. read more

Stopped in here on November 12, 2018. Took 10 minutes to get a server to our table. Which I had to ask for. Our first waitress did not write our order down. Asked us two more times what it was and entered into the computer Our food comes out totally wrong. Then she takes back. Manager comes out and gets order again from us. 15 minutes later it comes out correct but missing sauces. New waitress about 8 minutes later brings out correct sauces. I ask for a refill and get it 5 minutes later. Check out took 10 minutes One of the dumbest experiences I have had in a long time. Was not in there to drink and watch tv. Just wanted something quick. Well quick to them and me are different. 1.5 hour to eat boneless wings and not get refills on drinks is crazy. STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you are in a hurry read more

my girlfriend called earlier in day for a table for 13, got it confirmed it would be good to go. we arrive and get declined because there aren't enough servers. After we sat down and waited for 15 minutes, we had to hunt down a waitress just for our drinks. Once we ordered or food we waiting for 45 minutes and had to go talk to the waiting staff to figure out where our food was. Our food finally came out but everyone's food was cold. We talking to the manager but "the best he could do" was remove $25 leaving us paying for shitty food over $80. NEVER EVER go here because we weren't the only customers with complains just for that night. read more

Not a fan. I ordered extra crispy wings but they were just barely done. Large, but chewy and the skin kind of pulls off with each bite. Mango Habanero were Very hot. The atmosphere here is not good either. When I came in I thought they were already closing because it was so bright and they were cleaning. If they close at 12:00, why do I have to have my last beer by 11:30? I'm not sure if it is a law in Kansas or they just want to get home early. I was glad they were open at all because almost every other restaurant in town stopped serving food at 9:00 but I don't get it. read more

Really poor service and overall experience. Came here on a Wednesday night. Not too busy at all. Ordered simple things for family of four: salad, burgers and wings. Took 45 minutes to get food and then they messed up the salad order (put BBQ sauce on it). Took salad back and brought back same salad with different chicken but BBQ sauce was still on greens. Just ate it bc I didn't have patience to deal with them. Inattentive wait staff didn't help matters. Probably won't be coming back here. read more

Went there tonight with the family and the place was really dirty. With 4 people standing around not one of them could have swept the floor. The service was really poor, the waitress gave us the wrong check. Watched an employee leave the bathroom without washing their hands (gross). The wings were dried out. All of the chips were stuck together. These are a few pictures that were taken but the floor was covered in crap. read more

I leave no stars if I could,, cause it was terrible. Went in with a group of 3. One got his meal at 730 the second one got one 30 minutes later and I never got my food we packed up and left. I had two beers while I waited and watched other people eat and I still had to pay for my beer read more

It's got two stars for a reason. Got our appetizer at the end of our meal. They brought my wife's salad first (her entree), then I got my wings probably 20 minutes later. It was that awkward moment where one person has food and another doesn't. And then our appetizer, the thing you get at the beginning of your meal, came after we were almost done eating. We live here so we'll be back, sadly haha. read more

The service here is poor. I never complain but we had multiple issues. Would not recommend to anyone. Drinks took forever at 10pm on a Wednesday. At least 10 min, no lime with vodka soda. 3 of the servers sat and watched my beer get hot at the bar after it was there. Sent nachos back. Never saw a manager. Was told that that's the right amount of cheese they put on nachos. I really wish I took a picture I could post. It was bad enough for me to spend time writing this. However, what else would I do while waiting on a beer. read more

11/8/20 8pm-8:45. Solo. Mask to enter and move around. Was Close to my hotel. Reviews were iffy. Walked in. Wasn't greeted. Waitress saw me standing. Guy in white Tee was standing at hostess station. I'm assuming to stay clear of bathroom path. I approached him like he was staff. Some staff in hoodies. Mask and walking was best way to know who was working. Got seated. Water and a beer. I'm not sure if I was asked for a refill. Refused 2nd beer. Ordered CCQ for app. Southern chicken sandwich crispy. Ordered a side salad not fries. Sandwich was as expected. Would've liked more sauce. Order came with fries. Not my salad. I didn't tell waitress till I was paying. Wasn't concerned with it. Waitress was distracted by table of 7 that ordered when I did. No complaints against waitress. I would pry go back. But the place felt off. I get the same vibe in my local one in grand Island ne. The " vibe" is high turnover rate. And just stress in the air. Or lack of training. Other reviews mention Chris? Not sure if they were there last night. I could be 100% wrong on all of this. Be cautious still. read more

Worst service ever. Been there a few times and it never gets any better. I email the corporate office they sent a auto response that I would be contacted, no one ever did. I placed a pick up order for a 5 chicken strip meal with coleslaw as my side, as well as a side of Mac and cheese and mandarin oranges for my grandson after a busy day. I got him home with a side of coleslaw that was literally in a portion cup. My order of mandarin oranges consisted of two portion cups. That's about 6 mandarin oranges. I'm talking about the teenie portion cups...the same size that the BBQ sauce comes in. When I called, I was told I could come back and get more coleslaw. I was miles away and not in a position to leave. In a world where restaurants are depending sometimes solely on takeout orders, I would think that they would try harder to double check the accuracy of each order. Furthermore... The attitude of the employee who answered the phone was very dismissive. There are many options in this world, and attitude and service are increasingly more important. read more

I have had a couple of questionable experiences at this location, but yesterday afternoon, we sat in the bar area and had Blake as our server. We did run into an issue in applying the coupons but he made sure discounts were applied and we were happy.. Blake is awesome! read more

I don't know what in the world is going on with the management at this particular location. It is utterly non-existent. Placed an online order. Upon arrival, I was told there would be a "10 min wait." Well the truth of the matter was that it was almost a one hour wait. It would have been longer too had I not asked after waiting this long. Not surprisingly, there were other carry out orders that were a complete cluster as well. One customer just up and walked out while I was waiting. Can't blame him. Another one told me he had been waiting for 45+min himself. This is completely unacceptable. It's a wonder they are even able to stay open at this location. If corporate actually knew what was going on they probably wouldn't be too thrilled with how this location is portraying their company. Hands down the worst BWW location I've ever been to. Please heed this warning and most of the previous reviewers' advice and STAY AWAY! read more

Chose this place for dinner while on the road and staying at a hotel close by. The menu looked decent and we figured it would be quick and easy. The guys went to get our food and were told 20 minutes, which became at least 45. "But you can wait at the bar" great gimmick to increase alcohol sales. I asked for a chicken Caesar wrap. Yes. We have chicken Caesar salads. Yes. We have wraps. But gosh, we can't combine the two. Fine he says...give me the salad. 1/3 of the giant container was the lettuce, 1/3 of which was dark brown and gross. Enough dressing to make the entire thing soggy as hell. The grilled chicken was tender and had nice flavor. Two pieces of overly greasy garlic bread filled half the container. Pepsi? Oops. We will charge you but not give it to you. Everyone's bread was greasy, my husband's burger looked terribly unappetizing. For the two other salads, we had 3-4 containers of indescribable dressing. Not that we will ever be back through here again, but we wouldn't eat here if we did. Do not recommend. read more

First was the smell of sewer. Secondly there was no host present to get to family seating for over 15min. Third we went to the open seating area in hopes for a compromise, and found 30% of the tables full 10% open two seater tables, and the remaining 60% of the tables were empty and covered in dirty plates. Fourth we took our party of six to a different restaurant. This restaurant has been significantly declining over the last year, and in desperate need of new management or management held accountable for the performance of the restaurant.
