Worst experience ever! Service was horrible, took forever to get our food and when it came out it was cold so it had obviously been sitting for a while. Got seated right away on a Sunday early afternoon. Waitress was great and came back several times. Unfortunately the one game I was wanting to watch was not on any of the televisions. Just a dozen tvs with the Fox game and another dozen with the CBS game.Both were huge blowouts. So they must not pay for NFL ticket as none of the other noon games were on. Ran out of several items on menu including bacon, so that eliminated several items from menu. Food took longer than it needed to for a burger, chicken strips, and a wrap. When food finally came out, was told no fries with burger as they had to drop a new batch of fries because they ran out??? So ended up eating most of burger with no side. Not a big deal. Burger however was very bland. Was supposed to be garlic Parmesan and couldn't taste any garlic at all. The chicken strips were inedible as they were covered in a ton of pepper. The wrap was as expected and tasted good. Noticed most tables waiting awhile to get food and when left we noticed most tables had left food and some had left over half their meal. This used to be a great place to go but they have eliminated a large percentage of menu and buffalo wings have gotten so expensive that you no longer order them as a appetizer or a side because they cost as much as your regular meal for six. me and my friend ordered 10 boneless wings Ranch cheese curds fries and a bottled Pepsi and fountain Dr Pepper. We got our food but not our drinks I called them they said to call my dasher so I did and it said not available so I called the restaurant back and told the situation she said "I usually get the drinks last and I went out to give the drinks and he already drives away so the best I can tell you in to come get them." The servers are not equipped to handle more than one table at a time ... no one busing tables, in fact the manager kept moving the dirty tables to other dirty tables , never taking anything back to the kitchen. Server never once checked in us and we typically order 2-3 drinks per meal.... Couldn't get more than the very first one ! read more

After a long day of driving, we stopped by because it was the only restaurant open. Things I will say: it was clean and our waitress seemed like a pleasant enough person. However, the food was largely inedible. We ordered nachos with brisket. There was VERY little brisket. What small chunks of brisket there were appeared to have been the gristly bits someone else had tried to chew and then spit back out. To add insult to injury on the big screen and most of the smaller screens they were playing the evening news. Murder and shit nachos for dinner. Save yourself some time and money and if you are ever passing through this area and Buffalo Wild Wings is open -- keep going. read more

Went in pretty late but was greeted with the best service from Anthony. We order some drinks he got our drinks we order our appetizer asked for something and he suggested something better but it was still pretty much the same thing. He also suggested a deal on the wings went out our appetizer order in and gave us time to think on food. He brought food in a great manner and it was very fresh. He went above and beyond had dipping sides ready to go, check up on my husband and I often which was wonderful. By far the best food and service we have had in a long time in Salina. Stopped in here on November 12, 2018. Took 10 minutes to get a server to our table. Which I had to ask for. Our first waitress did not write our order down. Asked us two more times what it was and entered into the computer Our food comes out totally wrong. Then she takes back. Manager comes out and gets order again from us. 15 minutes later it comes out correct but missing sauces. New waitress about 8 minutes later brings out correct sauces. Not a fan. I ordered extra crispy wings but they were just barely done. Large, but chewy and the skin kind of pulls off with each bite. Mango Habanero were Very hot. The atmosphere here is not good either. When I came in I thought they were already closing because it was so bright and they were cleaning. If they close at 12:00, why do I have to have my last beer by 11:30? I'm not sure if it is a law in Kansas or they just want to get home early. The service was really poor, the waitress gave us the wrong check. Watched an employee leave the bathroom without washing their hands (gross). The wings were dried out. It's got two stars for a reason. Got our appetizer at the end of our meal. They brought my wife's salad first (her entree), then I got my wings probably 20 minutes later. It was that awkward moment where one person has food and another doesn't. And then our appetizer, the thing you get at the beginning of your meal, came after we were almost done eating. The service here is poor. I never complain but we had multiple issues. Would not recommend to anyone. Drinks took forever at 10pm on a Wednesday. At least 10 min, no lime with vodka soda. 3 of the servers sat and watched my beer get hot at the bar after it was there. Sent nachos back. Never saw a manager. I placed a pick up order for a 5 chicken strip meal with coleslaw as my side, as well as a side of Mac and cheese and mandarin oranges for my grandson after a busy day. I got him home with a side of coleslaw that was literally in a portion cup. My order of mandarin oranges consisted of two portion cups. That's about 6 mandarin oranges. I'm talking about the teenie portion cups...the same size that the BBQ sauce comes in. When I called, I was told I could come back and get more coleslaw. I was miles away and not in a position to leave. In a world where restaurants are depending sometimes solely on takeout orders, I would think that they would try harder to double check the accuracy of each order. Furthermore... I have had a couple of questionable experiences at this location, but yesterday afternoon, we sat in the bar area and had Blake as our server. He was extremely attentive and was constantly making his rounds to ensure all diners were satisfied. At the end of our meal, I informed him I had a few coupons to use. I don't know what in the world is going on with the management at this particular location. It is utterly non-existent. Placed an online order. Upon arrival, I was told there would be a "10 min wait." Well the truth of the matter was that it was almost a one hour wait. It would have been longer too had I not asked after waiting this long. Not surprisingly, there were other carry out orders that were a complete cluster as well. One customer just up and walked out while I was waiting. Can't blame him. Another one told me he had been waiting for 45+min himself. This is completely unacceptable. It's a wonder they are even able to stay open at this location. If corporate actually knew what was going on they probably wouldn't be too thrilled with how this location is portraying their company. Hands down the worst BWW location I've ever been to. Chose this place for dinner while on the road and staying at a hotel close by. The menu looked decent and we figured it would be quick and easy. The guys went to get our food and were told 20 minutes, which became at least 45. "But you can wait at the bar" great gimmick to increase alcohol sales. I asked for a chicken Caesar wrap. Yes. We have chicken Caesar salads. Yes. We have wraps. But gosh, we can't combine the two. Fine he says...give me the salad. 1/3 of the giant container was the lettuce, 1/3 of which was dark brown and gross. Enough dressing to make the entire thing soggy as hell. The grilled chicken was tender and had nice flavor. Two pieces of overly greasy garlic bread filled half the container. Pepsi? Oops. We will charge you but not give it to you. Everyone's bread was greasy, my husband's burger looked terribly unappetizing. For the two other salads, we had 3-4 containers of indescribable dressing. First was the smell of sewer. Secondly there was no host present to get to family seating for over 15min. Third we went to the open seating area in hopes for a compromise, and found 30% of the tables full 10% open two seater tables, and the remaining 60% of the tables were empty and covered in dirty plates. Fourth we took our party of six to a different restaurant. This restaurant has been significantly declining over the last year, and in desperate need of new management or management held accountable for the performance of the restaurant.
