My food was ordered through grubhub, it was delivered on time, hot and fresh! I was hesitant to order it for delivery but was delish!

We ordered all you can eat shrimp, ribs, and boneless chicken wings. They brought out our ribs and they were cold send them back and after an hour we finally left. The manager did bring us out a salad. I will never go back to the Applebee's in Salina Kansas. read more

I have came to this Applebee's 2 times in the past 2 weeks. Our first waitress was "JB". She was nothing short of amazing! Told my table about all of the specials going on and giving her honest input, which I truly am grateful for. I never had to ask for anything, because she was on it. The last 2 times I've been here, I've been served by Kenny. Both of those times our table has been neglected. Refills weren't given unless I had to hunt down another employee. He was condescending the few times that he did come to our table. I have never had this problem at this restaurant as it is a place my friends and I frequent. I and my husband went to eat at the Salina Kansas Applebees 4/9/2024, And will not be going back, we were seated, We got our coffee that was so burnt we could not drink it (even with 5 creamers it hardly changed the color), Another Worker asked if we need help when our waitress would not answer me and brought us an ice tea and water which was so much better, we ordered the fish and chips, before we even got our dinner another person puked in fount of our table I told 3 different workers and asked for it to be cleaned up, but NOPE they just walked around it and brought us our food, I asked the waitress again with no help from her or even the table who did it, when I could not eat any longer they came and ran a mop over it,so I had to try to eat with the smell we just could not do it we asked for the check and left. Here is a BIG HINT if someone pukes in front of a table PLEASE either clean it up or at least move the people sitting at that table, This was a Horrible experience. read more

There was a hair wrapped around my Honey Bqq chicken wing I did not notice the this long piece of hair around my wing until I pulled it out of my ranch. And the server told me that the cook wanted to let me know that he was bald. As if I took a piece of my own hair and wrapped it around the wing. But our server had long hair?! Hey I normally don't do this and I stopped going to Applebee's for about 6 years in person but would still order to go , there was snow storm and my server was incredible "Asia" and her support team was also great as well. Asia changed my perception of the service experience at Applebees , my food and drinks came out great , and I think Asia should be recognized for her outstanding effort. Went in and waited 7 minutes before I left. I never had a waitress come and greet or talk to my wife and I. I have 3 kids that work in the restaurant industry and I used to work at Applebee's myself. It's sad to see it slowly go downhill. read more

Had dinner for 4 tonight at the Salina KS Applebees tonight. The service was very good and pleasant. Our food was super hot and excellent. It was a little slow getting our strawberry lemonade but they were super busy at the bar and due to how many people were in the restaurant, this was not unexpected. It was delicious as well. I do wish that they would have kept the plexiglass up in between the booths. It gives people a little bit of privacy as well as having a bit of a germ shield. We will definitely be back again soon! read more

Pulled off I70 at 10pm in Salina to look for dinner. Big town. No problem, right? Why searching for dinner in Kansas is more exciting than in California: 1) A severe thunderstorm came through and dropped a tornado less than 1 mile from us: we sought shelter in a gas station. 2) This was followed by a massive squall line with high winds and horizontal rain: we stayed put at the gas station. By the time the meteorological features of interest were done, it was almost 11pm. Crapplebee's was across the street and open, which, at this point, were our two remaining criteria. The food and ambience of this chain are ultra-mediocre, and I've never liked it. But at least the building was still standing. read more

Service was exemplary and the food was great. After some bad experiences in our local Applebee's in Kansas City this one has changed our mind. Our table was visited by the manager and the assistant manager and had great attention from all the waitstaff. We were there at lunch and had a great lunch great service and were out of there quickly. read more

This is Salina's idea of fine dining. Expect a humungous line and wait at peak times such as 1) after church and 2) the 5pm dining rush. For those used to dining at 8pm or later, you'll be fine. As long as you realize this is good food for this bustling metropolis, you won't be particularly disappointed. read more

The burger I ordered came at my endearing specific proclivity for exactly what I want. I am a very picky eater, got it 100% very specific of what I requested, and have ability to covey plus keep things on the high road of communication. I tip well for great service. Just way too many fries. My 91 year old aunt wasn't quite so enamored but I don't give a rat ass since it was my treat on our way to relocate her funky butt to Baker Montana. The service and products were wonderful. The problems came later down the road when a day later in northern Nebraska or somewhere South Dakota both half burgers we had packed to go melded into we can't tell which is her's and what is mine. Last night a group of me and my friends went here for a quick dinner before a concert. There was a total of nine of us in the group. We was seated immediately, it took some time before a waitress came over to take even our drink order. We explained that we was in kind if a hurry and asked would it be a problem. They said no. The place was not busy so we thought it would be okay. After almost 1 hour the only thing we had gotten was a order of soup and our drinks. 3 people had ordered draw beers and they was flat. At this moment we asked the waitress if she could check on her food. She said she would but then went to two other tables and the bar. We never seen her go check on our food. At this point we was late so one of the ladies in our group asked for the manager. The Manger FINALLY did get us our food but now we had to get it to go as we was running very late. THE manager did give us a 10% discount on the entire order but I do not think it made up for the very poor service that we recived. I for one will not go back to this Applebees. read more

There were plenty of problems, from our waitress taking too long to see us (we sat for about 10 minutes) and to bring out the salad (took about 20 minutes) right before bringing out the steaks which we had asked for the salad to be brought out before. The steaks that were brought out were over cooked. The sides were still cold. For it not being busy at all, it was very poor service. read more

I've been to many Applebees, but my local Salina Applebees is the very best! Food is always great and so are the drinks! Karaoke on Monday nights is super fun, along with the great drink specials they have! Awesome staff as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a low price, quality meal! read more

Ok so I generally like Applebee's and this one in our area is usually ok, so I was pretty disappointed at my To Go experience here. I got cold disgusting food. Fries from our fish and chips were so cold they were put in the microwave when we got home. Gross. My mom and I got pasta and it was so terrible my mom didn't eat hers and I ate mine only because I was starving after a 14 hour shift at work. My chicken was hard and dry. I pushed it aside and ate my almost dry pasta because it was gross. Sooooo awful. I think I got someone else's food that didn't get picked up or something. Like we got DEAD window food. If I had not been so tired I would have returned all the food. Just bared with it since I didn't feel like driving all the way across town to deal with it. Definitely won't be back. $55 down the drain. Highly disappointed! read more

The people here were very nice, and our waiter was extra attentive. Probably because I complained about the rubbery macaroni and cheese I ordered for my daughter. The second batch was no better. I just don't understand how a place like this can make a huge bucket of boxed Mac & cheese then microwave it when ordered. Very disappointing. I'm glad I'm just passing thru.
