I am a fan of celery, and had it not been for that I would not give this place a 2nd try but, I might....anyhow... The wings were so overcooked and rock hard, there was very little edible meat. Watery blue cheese, no thank you but again, I really did enjoy the celery and the fair amount of napkins. I will also add that my food was ready, on time, as promised and I appreciated that as well. read more

Food: not bad I liked the sauces for the wings but my stomach did hurt after for 2 days Service: friendly but not super fast Ambiance: sports bar but pretty dead for a Thursday and the giants on read more

Was seated by pleasant young lady immediately at table. Waited 15 minutes for a server. There was a server seated at the bar with another customer directly in front of us and did not wait on us. She got up and checked on the table directly behind us and went back to sitting at the bar. Another server walked by my table to check on another table and also did not come back. Im pretty sure you're paid to wait on tables and not sit at the bar to socialize! We left due to lack of service. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

My girlfriend and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings for Valentine's Day dinner. The night started off okay when they forgot to call us for our reservation. We waited for about an hour. Once we were finally seated, the food itself was great, my girlfriend got a burger, I had boneless wings, and we had a good time. Then everything went sour. Later that night, I got violently ill with every symptom of food poisoning. I was miserable for over a day, which ruined what little time I had with my girlfriend (we only see each other once a month). I thought maybe it was a virus I got somewhere else but something that bad would not come and gone but food poisoning would. However, when we called BWW about it, they blew it off like it was nothing, concerned about my wellbeing but no accountability saying it couldn't have been them. I wasn't planning to write this review, but their response made me want to warn others. The food might be good, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it. read more

BEST PLACE EVER!!! food is so good and the employees are so kind and gave me a great experience! I had a cheese burger with just cheese wings and Mac in cheese it was warm and delicious!! Our waitress was sooo kind and she made sure we were all set the whole time! I would 100% recommend read more

I'm not normally a fan of regular chicken wings but was excited to try this new establishment, especially since I saw they had the boneless variety and all kinds of sauces. Be warned, boneless wings are so much more filling than regular wings because they are deep fried and breaded. After ordering a sampler of appetizers and small side of mac and cheese, I felt full with just 3 or 4 wings. We go to try the honey mustard wings, mild bbq and parmesan garlic sauce which was my favorite. Food is good, decent value for money although I wish they had prices listed on their drinks menu or more promotions during game nights. I was disappointed with my cocktail, I ordered an "electric lemonade", very watered down, could barely taste any alcohol. This place is one of the most chaotic sports bar I've been to, the walls are literally covered in tv screens, there were 3 basketball games playing along with a recap of Olympic hockey. Expect it to be packed and noisy, it's hard not to look at the screens and very distracting. You have to really love wings to come here, or really love sports. Unfortunately, service was slow, our waitress always looked busy with other tables, running around, didn't come back to check on us so we needed to keep our eyes up throughout the meal to flag someone down for drink refills. Highlight: if you join their buffalo circle rewards club through email, you get a 5$ off coupon. read more

I'm not a big "franchise" kind of offender, but I usually check out BWW wherever I'm at. Even when on vacation I will check it out. The best one I've ever been to is obviously the one in Buffalo. This one isn't too shabby. This is the smallest BWW I've ever been to though. It hurts them, but I get it. It is Plattsburgh. The bar is quite nice for a franchise joint. Expect all the typical frills of franchise sports bars when in that area. Nice staff and convenient to order and eat at the bar which is where I usually dine when I step into this establishment. You come here you get wings. Period. I've never had a bad sauce here, but obviously we all have different tastes and preferences. What works for me might not work for you. The nachos are huge so buyer beware. They are a meal all its own. Give it a shot. The only real downside to this place is that it closes too early. I think they would do well if they stayed open later especially with all the hotels nearby. read more

Went there a few times, Really not into the sports bar theming.(always very loud in there, not good) Wish they went in other direction with the theme of the place. Every time we been the food was very slow to come out and usually had to wait a good while to get the check afterwards. Would I recommend probably not. read more

Great must stop location if you like chicken wings and beer this is the place for you best stop for you chicken lovers!!

Server was nice enough, but it should not take 20 minutes to get the check and leave. It was not busy, and we were clearly waiting to leave. The most inappropriate part was the fact that the server continued to serve other people while in possession of our credit cards. We actually had to retrieve our cards. That's a no go in the service book. read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday and they have some yummy burgers. My son has the kids cheese burger with fries . We had lemon pepper wings & Parmesan wings they were amazing. The cheese curd bacon style burger was incredible with a IPA goose island beer.. kelly was our server she was very sweet.. I just wasn't fond of the Mac & Cheese tasted a bit too milky. read more

Located in the middle of the wal-mart parking lot BWW is a sore sight. As you are seated you will be welcomed by the staff and the painfully loud music. If you are lucky enough to get one of the tables in the middle of the floor you will be bumped into by customers and the wait staff. The food is "school cafeteria "quality but not cafeteria price. I suggest buying dinner at a gas station if you are looking for this type of food. The staff is nice and the table games are fun. Would be great if you don't mind noise and did not have to eat the food. read more

I have only been here about 4 times and each time there's really nothing good to say. If it's not the food, it's the service (or lack thereof). read more

My wife and I frequent this place. We've eaten there 10-15 times. The food is very iffy. If you fry food it has to be served fresh. They often pre-fry the wings here and set them aside until an order is placed then re-fry them to get them back up to temp and when they do that they suck! They are usually overcooked and dry. It's quite obvious when they do that. They also do it with fries. They also serve cold fries that have been sitting around even when you ask for fresh right out of the fryer. If you can't fry something correctly then you have no business being in the restaraunt business. The service usually sucks as well. Management is to blame. The manager sets the standards and the wait and kitchen staff have to meet it. This establishment has no standards. Clean house and start over. It's wings.... really not hard to get right! read more

I personally do not think there is anything SO SPECIAL about any chain of Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes it is good if you are a sports fan and want to come watch the games and drink some beer, and eat some bar food. But are the wings the greatest I've ever had? definitely not. At least there is somewhere in Plattsburgh besides monopole you can get wings now (because i would never eat chicken wings at apple bees or ground round) This location also gives the table iPads for your kids to play with .... because apparently kids cannot sit at a table for a meal these days with out some electronic distraction. read more

Food is good, service and experience is terrific. Worth watching all your sports events there with friends read more

If we are in Plattsburgh, we go to BWW. My youngest son is a bit of a picky eater and they have always gone out of their way to make a grilled cheese for us even though it isn't on the menu. Wings are always good, we carry the s&v shaker in our house at all times and hoe the smoky adobo is available for retail soon. We have always had good service, cold beers, and good wings. read more

I sat on the patio to enjoy the nice weather found the service to be lacking 8 min to be noticed and another 7 for my beer to come and 14 after the food order is ok the server was friendly and trying to do a good job the food needs more attention to detail it was ok overall 3 or of 5 is right read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Not completely covered it would seem - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plattsburgh, New York

Was just in the Bdubs in Yukon, Ok. The food and the beer were GREAT. All the CRAP in the restaurant is beyond belief. All the plexiglas and barricades makes it nearly impossible to negotiate your way around the tables. I was in the bar. So, explain to me how that when I sit in the back of the bar I can smell the cigarette smoke from the front of the bar. If all your barricades work, why can I smell the smoke? Take the CRAP down and make a restaurant out of it again. ARBY'S HAS NOT DONE YOU ANY FAVORS. Too bad you sold out!!! read more

Had a great time here this past Tuesday. Our waitress, Precious, went above and beyond in making sure my wife and I had a wonderful time. Wings were on point, sauced perfectly. My wife's meltdown Burger looked amazing, if only I was not so full from wings I would have tried it. Just have to take her word for it that it was delicious XD 10/10 Will be returning again read more

Good food. But they need to take down promotional material that is no longer available. Like the beer that is on the giant banner when you walk in... read more

Service could be really better. Most of the time, I had to ask another waiter to call mine. Wings are amazing. Get the classic ones, not the fried/boneless The tablets to play games are good for the kids. As a Montrealer, I gotta leave a comment about this bar being WAY Y too much Black and Yellow... not enough Blue/White/Red haha :) Overall Ok. I`ll go next time I visit plattsburgh, let`s hope the service will be better. read more

I usually enjoy BWW, and we stopped here to watch the NCAA tournament. What I didn't enjoy was the Caribbean Jerk sauce on the wings, which was overwhelmingly flavored with thyme. Also, my wife got the pulled pork sandwich and it was grossly over salted. The waitress got our dessert wrong and brought out the wrong cake. read more

I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! Even though the wings are decent the selection of sauces are plentiful. It's a great place to go with a bunch of friends and share a basket of wings. There are plenty of TVs around the place but its not some place to go to watch a game. Besides that there is free wifi.. so that's a plus. The prices are good, $19.99 for a large basket of wings. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is great! read more

To be honest-never been to one! Great wings and a great place to watch any sport game! Had a good time and the waitress was very nice!!

We had wings and a wrap. We love chicken wings but these just tasted like they had hot sauce on them....nothing special. This place has a good rep so we figured we would check it out. The wrap was ok. The prices were too high for what you get. We won't go back. read more

Not good. Out of their entire selection of wings I cannot find a single thing that tastes particularly good. And for the price I will just be eating somewhere else next time. read more

The wings here were better than the BWW I usually go to. They had just the right amount of sauce on them and the came out pretty fast! We also ordered fried pickles for an appetizer and they were good. Our waiter, Chris, was extremely friendly and helpful! It was definitely one of the better experiences that I've had at a BWW! read more

Great service, our waitress Nichole was on point. Love their draft choices and their jerk seasoned wings were surprisingly flavorful. Would recommend for a quick meal. read more

The food here is great. My friends like to go on Thursdays for low priced wings. However we have recently experienced poor customer service; our waitress would constantly roll her eyes at us, it took some of us 10 minutes to receive our order and others closer to 45 minutes, this server needed to be asked several times for one glass of water and would not respond verbaly. This would be understandable on a busy night but there was only six pares at this restaurant. read more

Love bww eat here once a week great food great prices and really nice bar tenders spicy garlic wings are the best

Man is this place WIIIILD! wow! Wacky place! The waitresses are hotter than my athletes foot, and I mean that. Yum yum in my tum tum. So many screens for the game and over priced wings as well! The food is not by any means healthy, so if you're above 30 and have to seriously worry about your cholesterol levels or possibly heart disease/type II Diabetes DONT COME. Pick some place with a multitude of healthy options. Go to the gym or jog around your neighborhood. Please consider your heath, your future, and the ones around you who want to see you alive and well for many years to come. It is not worth it. It's not worth slipping into a eating habit that has cost you more than cheeseburgers and tater tots are worth. Please think of your kids. How you want to walk them down the isle, and be there for when their grandkids are born. You cannot partake in a father/daughter dance if you're in a wheel chair because of obesity and diabetes. Please remember this. Eat more green vegetables and quinoa. Did I mention those waitresses are banging?? This place has all the wing flavors, you can even order to go online! Wow! You'll never be without shiny wet meat for the big game again! read more

If you're headed here to catch a game or fight, and want some beer and bar food to go along with it, this is a good spot. They have lots of beer and wing choices. I went here expecting it to be more of a restaurant and it's not- it's a bar with bar food. read more
