This was my first time visiting a sports bar, and it was also my kids' first experience. We came here for dinner because it was the only restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the huge number of TVs covering the walls. It happened to be football game day, so the restaurant was packed with fans. The atmosphere was definitely energetic. The food selection wasn't really my style, but I found a Chicken Caesar Salad on the menu. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries, and my husband ordered onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and boneless chicken. Our server took our order quickly, but the wait for the food was surprisingly long. What disappointed me most was that my husband's meal arrived first, while my kids and I waited another 25 minutes for our food. By the time our meals arrived, he had already finished eating. In my opinion, if meals can't all come out together, the children's food should always be served first. Unfortunately, my Caesar salad was also disappointing. The lettuce didn't taste fresh and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Maybe salads just aren't ordered very often here. My kids didn't really enjoy their meals either. Since it was game day, every goal was followed by loud cheering from the entire restaurant. I understand that's part of the sports bar experience, but neither my kids nor I expected it to be quite that loud. At one point, we seriously considered leaving because the noise became overwhelming. I ended up leaving with a headache. If you're looking for a lively place to watch sports with friends, this may be a good choice. But if you're hoping for a relaxed family dinner, especially with young children, this probably isn't the best fit. read more

My friends were in town to see their old Orlando gang and I met up with them at their hotel across from Sea World. The kids were hungry, so we decided to walk over to the Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW). My friend said the food is pretty good at BWW, but the inside is usually cold. (After walking in, I asked the hostess if we could eat out on the patio since it was a day in the high 70's. If you sit inside, bring a sweater or jacket!) There was plenty of confusion when we arrived. Some of the outside tables had not been properly cleaned off. We were provided regular menus but could not get a children's menu at first. We were told none were available at the hostess stand and to use the QR code at the table. The QR code only showed the beverage menu and other non-menu items. Found out later you had to download the app to get this information. Then, came Diamond, our server (and the only reason I moved my rating up to 3 stars!) She had a children's menu with her and provided it to us. Diamond was personable, friendly and took very good care of our table of 8, with the majority being kids. Not always an easy task, especially with teenagers that were more on their phones then listening to instructions. (But I digress!) The food came out fairly quickly (although my friend initially said it usually is slow). We ordered the bottomless chicken wings special for several of us as well as hamburger platters and then mac-n-cheese for the kids. I had a taste of the hamburger (double patty) and it was very good, juicy and stacked with lettuce, tomato and cheese. The chicken wings were very good also. I ordered the Buffalo Bleu and Parmesan Garlic sauces on my first 12 wings. I then got 6 more of the Parmesan as part of the special since they were so good. The wings also came with sides of ranch and bleu cheese for dipping. The meals came with french fries, but they were nothing to write home about. They were mostly overcooked and thin. I had a draft Landshark with my meal and it was perfect with the wings. BWW has a host of draft beers as well as bottles beers available. Be careful looking at the menu on the app. We also experienced confusion as to what specials were available to go as to dine-in. As one teenager put it, next time let's just "Go for the To Go". Except for our server, Diamond, I would not recommend spending your money here. It mostly caters to tourists so consider that in your choice selection. read more

Showed up at 7:15 Thursday night. Stood around for a few minutes before we were told we could seat ourselves anywhere. So we told the host we were going outside to sit on porch. We were there 10 min without a single person coming out to help us. Stepped into the restaurant to find anyone, several waitresses looked up to see me, then quickly fled the area. Looked like they had one person running the entire 20 table bar area which must include the outside. Outside did have a few people, so I know they were serving. We heard about the current deal "6 for $19.99". It includes 2 entrees, 2 sides and 2 fountain drinks. Such a great deal!! Couldn't get here fast enough. We were seated pretty quickly and the server came right away. Didn't even have enough to to decide on our order. We asked for a moment to decide on our choices or if we were actually going the deal. She gave us quite a few moments. We chose the All American cheese burger, classic chicken sandwich (with a side of buffalo sauce), tater tots, wedges, Dr Pepper and a Pepsi. The wedges were seasoned to perfection. The chicken salad was regular. Honey said his burger was the best he's had in a while. There are plenty of televisions playing the game and every seat is a good one to view the screens. The music was loud and the bathrooms were messy. Overall it was a 5/10. I've been to a few different BWW's all over the country, this one is fine....it's on a boulevard lined with chain restaurants, typical of the Orlando resort area. It's big, it's loud, good beer list. As with most BWW, the wings are average, not well coated and a little overdone. I was staying at the hotel behind it so I was there on 2 nights, sat at the bar both times. The service was quick one night, and one night the food took a long time and people were waiting and getting annoyed. One night they were showing a pre-recorded basketball game instead of putting an actual live sport on.....I mean on every night of the week there is some sort of live sports, even if it is soccer, racing, golf, etc. Hmm. read more

The wing selection is typically traditional or boneless. There were 2 new sauces, orange chicken and medium which was very spicy. Both excellent.. Alexia, our petite server was on top of everything every minute. She cut my carrots up when I suggested that the small fat carrots are difficult for older people to eat. A very loud venue, to be sure. With several big screens showing difficult sports, there was fun for all. All in all, a good experience even for a couple of seniors out past bedtime. read more

First off the bartender working at this BWW was awesome. However the restaurant itself was dark and unappealing in the bar area. It's a little scary not knowing if the place you are eating and drinking is really clean or not. The beer selection was subpar domestic drafts; with so many microbrews out there BWW could benefit adding some of them. For food I had the nachos which tasted great, but I think they made me sick when I woke up feeling like crap and continued having issues for the next 3 days. The BWW is surrounded by hotels, so it should really do better on quality to increase the business. We've been to another Buffalo Wild Wings in New Jersey which was good hit this one wasn't. Place was pretty empty except for one other table of customers. We were seated immediately and ordered fried mozzarella sticks, 1 juice and 20 pieces of boneless wings to share. Food was nothing special, service was fine. The food was good and the vibes were good but the service was not. The waiter was very friendly, but he and the kitchen messed up quite a few times. He got our drink orders wrong, our appetizer wrong, and didn't put in the correct side substitution. The kitchen put the wrong sauce on my wings even though the sauce sticker said the correct flavor. This used to be one of our favorite places to watch football since it was so close to home but after what happened 2 weeks ago, it's hard to want to go back. The amount of gaslighting the manager (Jasmine) did to us regarding not having our game on at the bar was ridiculous. We have been going there most of this season (Hi Sofia!) to see the Commanders play and if then we're not on one of the tvs near the bar top, they were changed. This particular week we were flat out told no the tvs were not changed ever and that the game we wanted was on at the bar (it was not). I've been in her shoes before with guests and it can be so frustrating but her approach was just awful. We paid out and left while she was trying to fix the problem. We may give them a shot again next season but it may be a good idea to label the tvs or have an employee always at the hostess stand to direct people to where their game one. And..we were only 2 of SIX people in the entire bar area. Hope you guys do better next year. read more

The food and our server were good. The server was friendly and fast, however there was a very rude and loud Hispanic party sitting next to our booth. They were yelling and screaming across two different tables and letting their kids run wild all over the place. Nobody from management did anything to curtail the noise and it was very annoying for the other patrons in the restaurant. The wings are excellent with a zillion different sauces. Their drinks are pretty cheap. And there are a million tvs with every game on all the time. I worked in fast food many moons ago so you know the smell, the smell you have when it's too much leaning and not enough cleaning going on lol Nevertheless, Im with a large, hungry, party and we thought it would be okay to sit on the covered patio area. There was no smell there. Food wise, I ordered the ultimate nachos add chicken and guacamole. I never experienced dry nachos before so I was a little taken aback by this. I asked for additional sour cream and salsa and was charged an extra $0.60 for maybe 1oz of salsa. Overall, I wasn't to thrilled with this visit so if you're in the area, choose wisely. read more

This was a decent experience. An AWESOME place to watch a game with friends...the screens are HUGE! Our server was good and very friendly but missed on some of the specific details. Our food was good but it took FOREVER to get. People seated after us got their food before we did (we were a party of 3...so size wasn't an issue). The server joked about a free beer but it didn't come off the bill. There was an issue with how they handled the final bill so we had to speak to a manager and again the process of getting our bill took forever. It wasn't bad as we could watch the World Series but when we realized how long we had been there is was almost 2 hours and that wasn't because we were there primarily for a game...we were fortunately distracted by the game so it didn't seem so long. We asked to speak with him twice and both times he was insanely rude. We ordered beer and the wrong beer was brought to the table and was never fixed; we sat for 40 mins and never got waters that we ordered after waiting for service for over 20 mins. I've been coming to this buffalo for a very long time and it's because of the friendly staff and service! They always put in extra effort when it comes to the wings because they got a BOGO deal every Thursdays! All ranging from 6 , 10, 15, and 20. Of course it's double because of the deal so it's way more boneless wings for a better price ! I personally always order Mango habanero and Asian Zing Flavors just because it comes out spicy, sweet, and delicious! Price range is anywhere from $8-25 depending on the amount of wings you order. As far as the environment, great place to come hang with friends and family! Almost like a sports bar with TVs all over of games, events, and just overall entertainment ! This is a go to with friends because you can always leave with satisfaction and happy since you get more for your money. I will be back again for some more good vibes, food, and service ! read more

Getting ready for the big football game and we agreed on wings, fries and beer. We placed our order over the phone and drive to the restaurant. The order was filled quickly, separated and bagged up efficiently. When we arrived the young man in the front counter greeted us and got our food in no time. The order was properly filled and they even gave us some extra sauces. I found out this restaurant gets all the UFC PPV's. If I lived here you can bet I would be there for each UFC PPV. We stopped by on our way from Disney World for dinner! The restaurant was clean, and we were seated right away. The restaurant was definitely crowded for 8 pm on a thursday, but our server was fantastic, so helpful, and timely. She made sure to check on us multiple times throughout the night to see if we needed anything. Our wings were delicious! I orderered buffalo dry rub and lemon pepper, and my wife ordered lemon pepper dry rub wings that were extra crispy. We also got a side of cheese curds and fries. Whether it was meant disrespectful or not, she made multiple comments that made it seem like she had an attitude or was upset. One of the people we were with, asked about a drink and her comment was "I do make the drinks here." I just feel as though she was extremely unprofessional. This was a huge disappointment. After a group of friends and I successfully escaped an escape room, we were urging to celebrate our victory. We probably arrived two hours before closing time, on a Saturday. Saying that this facility was not only empty, but a mess, is an understatement. The place was dirty and the furniture looked like it had been through a tornado. The carpet had an off-putting damp-like smell, but we still decided to eat here since we all have enjoyed other BWW restaurants. We ere hungry and went for it. Maybe the place was understaffed, but we were the only ones there with another group of four people. Our drinks order was not taken until 35 minutes after we were seated. We had to look for the server like three times before we even got cups of water. One of my friends received her food 40 minutes before everyone else, along with her drink. The rest of us, nothing. 40 minutes after taking our drink order, server comes to let us know that they were out of Tito's vodka and they had been waiting for a shipment (couldn't they tell us this when we placed the orders?). Needless to say, wings arrived after an hour and a half of having arrived and some of my friends complained that their wings were either cold or drenched in sauce in a very unappealing way. Man, this particular location has absolutely gone downhill. Like wayyyyyyy down :( I've always loved eating at BWW but I will no longer be giving this location my business. The quality of service and getting the orders correct is absolutely poor and unacceptable. I gave this restaurant 3 chances and this is the last time they are getting my business. One star is giving too much credit. The first time we ordered to go, we paid for potato wedges, and returned home to find out that the wedges were never given to us. The second time they forgot to include our sauces, carrots, and celery. Mind you, we paid extra money for those and we were never provided with any of it. The third time is from this evening. My fiancé specifically asked for blue cheese and cake a la mode. He repeated himself kindly regarding the ice cream. He returns home with ranch, instead of blue cheese, no ice cream, and with cold and stale potato wedges :( they were not busy and they appeared to have a decent amount of staff members. It only takes a couple of seconds to look over what is being given to the customer to ensure the correct items were boxed up. I called the store to notify them of the mishap, and the lady that answered noted that they are out of ice cream. Why was this not communicated when ordered? I would love to see this place thrive. Somehow my first visit escaped a review, probably no cell on me. I only remember a burger bring delicious. This time I was on point. My friend and I shared the chicken street tacos and the sampler platter. Wow! We couldn't even finish it all! The sampler had a small pile of chili loaded nachos, mozzarella sticks (how do they make theirs taste so much better?), boneless garlic parmesan wings, onion rings and ranch and zesty (the orange one) yummy sauces. The street tacos were a little spicy as warned. Every single thing was superb! We also each had a monitor, my friend's first (She could beat ANYBODY at I have never).
