Absolutely terrible! Placed our order TWO HOURS ahead of time to pick up at 3 before the game. Got there and they said it would take 30 more minutes, meaning we would miss kick off. They said the time we agreed upon for pick up is just "an estimate". What?? Why even give pick up times then? We literally said we needed them at 3 and the person took our order said "see you at 3". Why would the person not tell us at that time that they wouldn't be ready?? We could have easily made our order for 230 instead. Now we are empty handed going to a super bowl party. This place is absolutely awful. They are full of people who can't seem to function properly. Was in here with my husband and daughter and some of her friends and our server only input 1/2 of our order and blamed it all on the kitchen. Then it was double charged on my check luckily removed. Wings taste like what you would expect. The whole bogo is a nice incentive to comeback. Had the lemon pepper and Asian zingers all good flavors but had to go back to the classic original OG of wings buffalo. Service was a bit spotty tonight but they staff make it up to you and work it out with out any trouble. I have never been so disappointed and heart broken, 4 out of the 6 booths were completely filthy(the remaining 2 were occupied), while the hostess and manager told us to seat ourselves while they continued their conversation, we met our amazing older Waitress who was outstanding with her service and smile while having to waitress, buss the tables, take everything back dirty inside the kitchen, stock all her own clean silverware and cups, just to provide for her customers. It was heart breaking where I got up to offer help due to the lack of support from anyone especially the younger staff just walking by. The appetizer sampler was undercooked and disappointing. I love Buffalo Wild Wings in theory, but why is every location I've gone to always freezing? Maybe it's the high ceilings or the frequently opening doors, but especially at this location, I'm always having to keep my coat on. The chicken is tasty and of course, a little pricey, so we go on Tuesday when they have bogo deals. My faves are the lemon pepper and the honey barbecue, but anything that's a dry rub also has the potential to be hard and can cut your mouth. I miss how they used to have a couple of new flavors to try every month. They need to bring back that B Dub Lab idea back because I remember having some cherry sauce and it was so good. Decided to have dinner here with my husband and friends and this was honestly the best experience we've ever had at a Bdubs. It was pretty busy when we arrived and we were told that only 2 servers were available. It made me prepare for a long wait for food and such, however everything flowed really smoothly. We were seated within minutes and our waitress Caroline came by quickly to get our drinks and orders started. She was really awesome and was careful and attentive when she took and placed our orders. We went here since my sister has rewards and could get free wings for her birthday. We ordered two samplers for the table. They will not do substitutions, so you'll have to like all of the things that come with the sampler. The Thai curry and mango habanero are both pretty spicy. So if you like spice, definitely try it. If you're hungry, order the cheeseburger. It's pretty heavy. If you want tots, that's extra $1 or $2 so I stuck with fries. I like the checkout of it all. They send you a link via text message and you pay using your phone. No need to give your card to anyone. The tip was also already included so no worries on that. One bite and sent those back too, also straight up cold. While waiting some more nachos 2.0 came out. These were warm. Ish. Not hot or close to it. So we settled so not to be complainers. Nuggets 2.0 were the exact same as the first we decided to pay for the drinks only and leave. I honestly don't know how this is even possible. Our bartender, Terrance is always terrific and he was clearly dealing with this all day and not happy about it but kept a smile on his face and was doing his best to work through it. I've never been able to give this place a decent review and I guess that's never going to change. We're at another bar now ordering some motz sticks. After one of those long days on the road, my family of six made a pit stop here for some wings, sports, and relaxation. We were happy to find out that Tuesday is buy one get one 50% off wing day! We were seated promptly and I began my fixation on the large TVs surrounding us. The waitstaff was somewhat prompt with the personality of a head of lettuce that spent too much time on the counter. Not a lot of smiles coming our way. We ordered and asked for a lot of different sauces (after all, they are known for their sauces!) but you would have thought we asked her to her first born. The food came, one plate at a time with minutes separating them. The wings were okay. We had a hard time getting those sauces, even after asking again. Further, they didn't have all the sauces on the menu and acted offended we asked for something they discontinued. Finally, even with the 50% off, it was over $100 for us to eat some chicken wings...mega expensive for what you get. Sadly, they lost a star for the poor service and another for the lack of value. Be careful using the Door Dash app! Ordered via Door Dash and for some reason the order wasn't showing up on their computers. Ended up going to the restaurant in-person as the delivery person wasn't able to convince them there was an order despite what the app indicated. The front desk was very helpful at resolving the issue. However, it seems like the Door Dash app isn't reliable for now. Seems like the manager is aware. Hopefully they fix it soon. We used to leave due to bad service. Now - it is a combination of bad food and bad service. I have an official communication from a manager at this location stating that they do not bring orders out at the same time for the same table. We have observed and experienced 15 minutes between one person getting their order and their dining partner taking a good 15 minutes longer. Aaaand- that is their policy. Asked for our food to come out at the same time after learning this and our server told us that never happens and she couldn't guarantee it. In 40 years I have never heard of such a thing. Ever. Now- the food has been - bad bad bad - the last three times we have visited. Today our food was served cold- and put together with less care than a blacked out drunk. The manger is walking around looking completely clueless not acknowledging any customers. He obviously doesn't see the multiple empty tables with more than half the food left on them. Avoid west Olympia BWW. Even if you pre-order many hours ahead of time, your order will STILL be at least 15-20 minutes late when you arrive to pick it up. We were provided 22 wings in one order of 25 and 20 in the other order of 25. Pretty sh*ty to do when the wings here are PRICED AT $1.29 PER WING SEGMENT. This place has gone down hill in quality since opening years ago, the customer service is a hot garbage fire and the price for 4 wings could buy you a 5lb rotisserie chicken from Costco.
