This might be the worst bdubs I've ever been to. It's Thursday night in October. The NLCS is on. Thursday Night Football starts in 20 mins. NBA Preason games are on. NHL is playing. After waiting 5 minutes to be seated, I finally just sat down in an open area facing the largest tv they have. Turns out it was closed and the manager scolded an employee for letting me and another table sit in a closed area. And then the tvs...they were all on talk shows. I had to ask for the NLCS and they put it on one tiny tv. Hoping they get a bit more serious about the other games here soon...Ope, and now the NLCS was just turned to entertainment tonight. We enjoyed excellent service from our server - Bri (I think that's how you spell her name). She checked to see how we were enjoying our food and refilled our drinks at least twice. After I asked for my six free wings for my birthday (I showed her the offer on my BWW app), she also brought me a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Earlier I had mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating my 65th birthday (Medicare, here I come!) so I'm guessing this was an extra perk that "birthday boys" don't normally get. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings have always been one of the family picks for wing night. The other locations we have gone but since I am not back in New Jersey, where my favorite bar was located, IS located, we choose B-DUB. They have a vast variety of sauce flavors as well as a good kids menu for my Youngin, who is very picky. My favorite thing about BWW is the service. Everybody is always friendly; we are always served with a smile, and they're always polite and patient. Services are better when you eat in versus take out though the people working at the pickup window are always equally as friendly as the wait staff inside. I have found my only disconcerting thing at this location is when I have placed orders for wings, either bone-in or boneless; if I ask for the sauce on the side, which is an option clickable on the online order, they almost reliably give me the wings sauced. As such, I've taken to buying their sauces both in-store and at Marc's and ordering them dry and saucing myself. Overall I definitely recommend a dine-in higher-end bar food night. My eldest loves the burgers, the Buffalo chicken wrap is moist and delicious, and their apps are large and plentiful. read more

Bar and kitchen service were sluggish, especially considering we were there on a slow night (after 7pm and less than 10 people in the whole place). The wings and fries are always great when you get them to eat when you're at the restaurant. Very kid friendly and usually have sports on the tvs. The service is good and the spot is rarely busy on weekdays but can get busy when a big game is on. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. read more

We've been here a couple times already (it just opened) and both times the service has been wonderful. The bartenders and manager are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was packed both times we were in but our food came out accurately and quick. We will definitely be back! The only negative is the location of the TVs above the bar. I wish they were a little lower - you have to strain your neck looking at them. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed! read more

First time here with my wife and child. We were all very satisfied with the food and service. We had pretzel bites, quesadilla, wings, veggie black bean burger, and mac & cheese, and everything tasted excellent! The coffee was very smooth and gourmet tasting, and I was blown away by the mac & cheese. Seriously one of the best tasting mac & cheeses i've ever had! The booths are large and comfortable too. My family called and placed an order ahead of time tonight. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. After we arrived at the restaurant, they told us they were all out of chips. Let me tell y'all something, THE STAFF HERE ON POINT! Our waitress knew she was behind so she sent another waiter over to take our order. GENIUS! That's working smart and as a team. The service at the bar is always less than average and you can tell because few people sit there. A manager is never in site and the woman's restroom was a mess. Was not impressed at all. Went there with my dad one night and the food took a long time to come out, even though there were only a few other customers there. The waiter seemed short with us and we had to remind him many times that he forgot to bring out something. Don't know if he was having a bad day or if he was being a jerk. The food was really good, don't get me wrong, but pricey and the service definitely could've been better. The only other good thing I can say is that because I ordered a special, which was a burger and 6 boneless wings for only $1 more, and because they forgot one of the wings only gave me 5, they took the wings off the bill. I love the food but your wait staff needs training. On veteran's day, I ordered take out two hours in advance and when I arrived there were three other people waiting. So went in for lunch on a Wednesday. As the restaurant must know for so many, we were on lunch break from 11:30 to 12:30. We sat at the bar for quick service. No one else was at the bar when we came in, though 2 sat down after us. There were less than 10 customers in the whole restaurant. We waited 50 minutes to get our food, and after waiting 50 minutes, the food came luke warm. I asked the bartender to box our stuff up since we didn't have time to eat it but had to rush back to the office. Of course, instead she handed us two boxes. No apology for the ridiculous amount of time it took to make 2 chicken sandwiches and some tater tots. I could have run home and cooked it and ate it in that amount of time. I ordered over $80 worth of food the other day and NOTHING was right. I'll start by the mistake of them giving me 20 traditional mild wings when I ordered 10 boneless and they didn't bring me my Buffalo chips with cheese. The ultimate nachos that I ordered were the most pathetic nachos I've ever had. Instead of a decent amount of nacho cheese I got a very small amount of shredded cheese that wasn't even melted and there was no beef, guacamole, lettuce, jalapeños or anything that would resemble the ultimate nachos I've had in the past. I would rather take the dollar menu nachos with cheese at Taco Bell for the $17 I paid for these soggy, pitiful, tasteless chips. The wings they have me em were also not done all the way and the sauce was very runny and wings were slimy and gross. I even called the store just after placing my order to see if they could make them extra crispy and they refused. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any restaurant.
