While we were simply trying to find seating, a man named Larry (owner) asked us what we were looking for. When I asked him to repeat himself, the situation quickly escalated. He told me he could "help me find the door," got directly in my face, and told us to leave. I was confused because, from my perspective, we had done nothing other than walk around looking for a seat. He then made physical contact with me using his body while forcing us toward the exit. During the incident, a woman named Susan (co owner) also came toward me aggressively enough that another person had to restrain her. What bothered me most was how quickly the situation escalated when we were simply looking for seating. I would have had no problem leaving if someone calmly explained that we needed to leave or that there was an issue, but the hostility and physical confrontation were completely unnecessary. I'm sharing this review because customers should be able to enter an establishment, look for seating, and be treated respectfully. Based on my experience that night, I would not return to Post & Beam.

The chicken quesadilla is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying! We also hosted a volleyball tournament fundraiser here, and everything went flawlessly. The kitchen staff did an amazing job keeping up with the food, Renee made sure everyone had cold drinks throughout the day, and the owner generously let us use the space and even donated raffle prizes for our guests.
