My wife and I only stopped there for a drink and a pizooki and we really enjoyed it! They offered some fun drinks and they're known for the pizookies(ice cream on top of a cookie heated in a skillet). I had the monkey bread flavor and my wife got Dubai chocolate. We were both very impressed and pleased. Atmosphere and staff presented a friendly vibe. Menu had a lot of delicious sounding food options. We'll be stopping back to try other drinks and foods.

Had the shrimp special. It is an appetizer but works great as a meal. I don't know what they do the shrimp is cooked in, but it is delicious. The coffee is good too. The restaurant was packed on a Wednesday evening. Service was a bit slow but not the waitress' fault. The restaurant is very clean but rather loud.

Saturday night during the final four, place was packed, lots of TVs. Server was good all around. My house salad came pre-dressed with way too much dressing. It was pooled up on the bottom of the bowl, & not a lot of greens I must say. Both our soups came out hardly warm so I asked to be microwaved & she took them back. Eight minutes later they came back out. My chili was a tad bit warmer I think? & but wife's chicken tortilla soup was not even warm at all now plus the strips were all soggy. The server apologized again and then brought out a new chicken tortilla soup, which was piping hot this time. We think they got forgotten or just left underneath a warmer. Pale ale chili had kinda slimy consistency - but flavor was decent. Maybe too much oil in it? The brownie Pazooki was OK as the batter is more cakey than a brownie, and we even asked for it well done, and it still wasn't Crispy but just more dried out. The vanilla bean ice cream was good - they got that spot on! Lol.

Overall, I like the big menu that can please large groups. Cocktails are very juice forward rather alcohol. Burgers were good because of nice toppings but flavor was still a bit dull, just adding more things doesn't add flavor. Unfortunately fries didn't come out hot but were still crispy and pretty decent tasting. I do love that we got a good amount of chicken on the salad but also it was around $16.... Pretzel was soft and big, great appetizer.

Bowl with salmon

I got the bowl with extra black beans and salmon on too. It was good. I especially liked the black beans and the pickled onion combo. But the extra spinach was dry. And the overall bowl was soupy. And the salmon was over cooked. One friend got the lemon thyme chicken . He returned it. He said it was too much salt. One friend got the salmon and she liked it. She also said the Caesar was good. That salad looked good! Another friend got the Penne with grilled chicken added. she liked it but it was too large a portion. We all got the dessert and finished it all but the ice cream to cookie ratio is WAY off! Lol. Needs much more ice cream.

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night, and once again they didn't disappoint. We started with the pickle chips, which are always a favorite, crispy, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer to share. For dinner, my husband ordered the South Side Slopes with fries, my oldest son had the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, I went with the Fatty Melt paired with a side salad and the Bumbleberry Poppyseed dressing (which is absolutely delicious), and my youngest kept it simple with the pretzel sticks served with cheese sauce and truffle aioli. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The portions are generous, and the quality has remained consistently excellent over the years. That's one of the reasons we've kept coming back for so long. The food is always great, but what really keeps us returning is the consistency, friendly service, and laid-back atmosphere. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth a visit. After all these years, Fat Head's is still one of the best places around for great food and generous portions.

Big bar up front and lots of seating plus a nice patio. Sat right away. We opted for the wing Wednesday 1/2 off special. So got 5 wings and a side salad. I got to be honest. Salad was kinda skimpy. 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, part of a hard boiled egg. Just kinda small and meh. Dressing was good but just not very good overall salad. Now to the wings. Wings you get in increments of 5. So my 5 buffalo wings were again small and just OK. Nothing to stand out or say this was a good meal. It was just OK. Wings weren't too crispy and honestly just kinda bland and small. Overall, not that impressed with what I ordered. Maybe a bad night and I just ordered wrong. Could be. I'll go back. I like this place. Service is good. Beer selection is good. Just maybe an off night.

The sandwich was outstanding and packed with ham, turkey, pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, and a sun-dried tomato walnut pesto. I honestly thought my 11-year-old might be skeptical of the green pesto, but he ended up loving it too. My husband and older son both ordered the Brewer Burger; one with chips and one with fries and everyone really enjoyed their meals. My husband also tried two beers, the Millennial Haze and Swirl of Particulates (pictured), and gave both a thumbs up. The setup is casual and easygoing: you seat yourself, order drinks at the bar, and food at a separate counter. It was a gorgeous night, so the open-air atmosphere and outdoor seating made it even better. Definitely a spot we'll be back to!

The brewery is so popular it is often hard to find a spot to park. Their lot is usually full and we have to park around back and walk. When we were there one person parked his SUV on the grass between tables and the patio. Staff made an announcement that he had to move. In addition there were so many small children running around. One boy was climbing on the railing and my seat. His parents were not watching him. It happened multiple times. Sibling Revelry advertises a family friendly environment, but some parents are not watching their children. I would definitely choose another brewery with a more laid back feel and less commotion.

We sat indoors at one of the high-top tables across from the bar, and the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. They also have a really nice outdoor patio that looked like a great summer spot. We started with the pickle chips appetizer, which was a great way to kick off the meal. My husband sampled a couple of their beers, including the Sunny & 60 hazy IPA and the Blood Brothers blood orange beer, both of which he really enjoyed. For dinner, I ordered the 12-inch Italian hoagie, which was huge and came with house-made chips and a delicious French onion dip. My husband chose the Black-n-Blue Burger with truffle fries, and my older son ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with regular fries. My youngest son went with the pan-seared salmon dinner, served with green bean casserole and risotto. Our server, Anthony, asked if he'd like a Caesar salad before his meal arrived, and we're glad he did because it was outstanding! The food was excellent across the board, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our server Anthony. Breweries for some reason almost always offer a killer menu for individuals who are gluten free, and I am always thankful for that. We ordered the Korean sticky chicken bites for an appetizer. They were wonderful. What I didn't appreciate was that about 5 minutes after receiving the appetizer, we got our food. I hate when the meal feels rushed or hurried. I like to give myself time to breathe between courses. The chicken was really good. The next morning I ate them for breakfast and they were nice and crispy and flavorful. I ordered the gluten free fish and chips. The fish was coated with a potato crust. It was very good. I enjoyed the tartar sauce as well. The lemon fennel salad hit the spot and was a great marriage of flavors for the entire dish. It was also served with fries. My husband ordered the patty melt that was on special and took half of it home. I had a cider on tap, which was labeled dry, but a little sweeter than I like, and Phil had a beer and liked it because it tasted like a beer. The one thing I didn't appreciate was the added "convenience fee" on the bill. Not sure what that was for, but it wasn't anywhere on the menu, nor did I see it in a sign somewhere. The waitress wasn't really friendly. Would I come back? Absolutely. I would just ask them to give us some time in between the appetizer and food. It wasn't busy where they had to move us along either.

Over the years I've had Fat Head's beer and most importantly their wings and can say I still haven't found an equal to their house-smoked whole chicken wings. They are seasoned with a house-made dry rub and slow-smoked and come in a variety of sauce & rub options. To me their Original Buffalo is perfection. Big portions, snappy skin, just the right amount of smoke, heat and flavor. Our group tried other varieties - honey chipotle, smoky bbq, Alabama white and spicy garlic parmesan (we all put orders in for three of each flavor at $11). The honey chipotle is probably my second favorite, but everyone in our group became quick believers that these wings were well worth the detour. Beer wise you can't go wrong with their West Coast Style Head Hunter IPA, IBU-Sive IPA and Hop JuJu Imperial IPA. They make a lot of variants of IPA's and other styles, but those are my all-time favs from these guys. The staff was friendly, the inside of the location was spacious, with a long bar, lots of table options, clean bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out and indulge. I'm so glad I brought wings back home to PA. Even reheated these wings will make your co-workers jealous in the lunch room! They have bar seating, big and small tables, high tops, etc. Even with all the variety, it was still pleasantly loud and busy. At the entrance, you can go to the merchandise area, which is big. They have all their canned selections ready and cold to go as well. To the left of the bar is a self-guided tour hallway, where you can see a lot of the brewery and their huge wall of major beer awards from over the decades. We sat at a high top near the bar; the bartender was so efficient with our beers, there were so many to choose from I only wished we could've stayed longer. It's family friendly with games. Prices are super reasonable for the continued quality and arguably strong beer styles. If you're a beer fan, whether new or a veteran, this is a must-visit regional powerhouse. I look forward to visiting again soon.
