They were closed at 5:30 on a Friday because they got one large group in, and only had one server working. Ridiculous.

I just used the bdubs app to order my food. i walked into the store and stood for 30 min while no one was out the counter. i could have reached behind the register and grabbed the money and ran and no one could have caught me but thankfully i did not do that. i asked the lady that handed my food insures me my food is all in one bag after i asked twice just to double check. i simply ordered a bird dog meal with the trio appetizer with the queso salsa and guacamole. tell me what the fuck i'm gonna do with a box of corn chips... no salsa... no queso.... no quac... read more

If you like terrible service come here. This location has staff so lazy they don't even take to your order themselves. You have to scan a QR code to input your own order. So essentially the staff brings the food and that's it. The food is fine but it's below average for a BWW. read more

I am a regular and went there last night to eat and watch football at the bar. They were out of Wild Herd ( they almost always are). They started pouring me another beer and had to change the keg in the middle. So most of my beer sat there for 15 minutes. They finally topped it off and it was so flat I had to get a bottle. After about 10 minutes I flagged down the (only) bartender to order. 40 minutes later, no food yet. The bartender was surprisingly good at taking the drink orders for the restaurant, while basically ignoring the bar patrons. I was hungry so I left a $5 for the one beer I got to drink. Could not get her attention to get me another. As she was too busy filling restaurant orders. I like this location, and service is always good during the weekdays, but on the weekends when it's full of sports fans, you need to do much much better. read more

This location has the worst customer services. My server didn't help me check out after she left the bill. We were frustrated waiting for 20' and our server didn't come once. We needed to get help from the girl in front desk to call out my server. She came to help me with no words and didn't come back to get her tips. I left tip anyway but they seemed don't need it so just let them be. The food was good hence the 2 stars but bloody Mary doesn't have chasers on top, you need to ask for it. And beware of the promotion Tuesday and Thursday. They seemed confused and don't know it well. We didn't get bone-in promo on Tuesday. They came to inform us they're cooperation, not franchise. We went once right after they opened because I love BWW food..... and the entire experience was an absolute travesty. The food, the accomodations, and the service..... OH..... MY...... GOD..... the service. I'm convinced a group of trained monkeys could run the restaurant better than the management & wait staff. But..... we chalked it up to being new.... training new people, etc. We came back..... and it was even worse..... and louder. I understand it's a "sports" place..... but when there are 15 games going on simultaniously, and it's so loud that you're shouting to the rest of your party right across the table from you?? If the food & service were good, I'd dismiss the noise. Surprise.... the food was awful.... the service was an absolute travesty..... and once again, management was nowhere to be found. Blatant incompetence..... across the board. No doubt about it. If you want to drink a beer and watch a game.... sure... go for it. If you want food and service of any kind.... just don't. You'll thank me later. Afterward, you'll log in to Yelp to write your own bad review.... only to realize it's been stated many times before, and you should have looked beforehand. I actually heard this place is preparing to close only a year after they opened, because it's so poorly managed. I've also read they are opening a new one on Prattville. Restaurant was 20% full and it took an hour to get boneless "wings" (they're actually just chicken nuggets dipped in sauce). Server was unpleasant to speak to. Never going here again. If you want wings you'll get better ones at Applebee's or Zaxby's. read more

I always hated them. Every time I eat there I get diarrhea because of horse meat. Did I tell u I have a mean sister who can't cook. Anyway I came to park and fell on their curb. I was trying to make an announcement as the manager tried to snatch off my crouch. He also called me a blue tittie. My cousin got a concussion because they waitress beat 'em with a tray. This restaurant will more than likely not be around long if the service and food quality continue. First of all, the music is WAY too loud, even for BW3.the service has never been worth s good conversation. My order 3 out of 4 visits have come out wrong. The food was cold and when my order was corrected, I wasn't even hungry when it was brought out. Food was okay, but we came with a group of 7 and ordered our food and drinks promptly, no extra requests and before we could finish our food the waitress, Trina, tapped me on my shoulder, and insisted that we needed to hurry up and finish our checks before she changed shifts. Which we kindly did even though we were not done ordering drinks. We cashed out and asked for another server. Meanwhile, 1 hour later we continue to watch Trina wait on 3 brand new tables.. very rude and disrespectful of Trina. We were planning to stay for a while as we are active duty military leaving the country trying to spend time with out friends before we permanently move. Just not a good look. The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant...first the hostess insisted we sit in a booth because we had two small kid and it was the "safest" location. We told her we needed a place with a high chair but she ignored that unbeknownst to us at the time. We waited 30 mins on a booth. Once seated they would not give us a high chair because they said it was a fire hazard since we were in a booth...so we used a booster seat which was an epic fail. The manager eventually gave us a high chair once our 2 yr old started acting up. We figured we would just deal with it and try to enjoy the meal. It took us an hour to get our food! The waitress apologized and said they were short staffed. The bigger issue, in my mind, was the food was cold when it arrived at the table. The dry rub was overseasoned and I had to ask for ranch and celery...they only delivered the ranch. My wife's chicken sandwich tasted like it had freezer burn. The previous reviewers need to calm down a bit! This place just opened less than a year ago, so you have to expect some "growing pains". I've been here about a dozen times since they've opened, and I've only received questionable service once, on a very busy night. They're doing a decent job, and as far as BWWs in this region go, they're miles ahead of the Auburn location! Service here, like most of the restaurants in Montgomery AL, was not good. Food is typical BW 3s; nothing of note. We were waiting for a table and witnessed a fight almost break out between two females also waiting for a table... Classy... The staff did nothing about it... The restaurant is relatively new, but looks like it's not well run. It looks like college kids run the place. It's sloppy, disorderly, and messy. If you're interested in UFC, I recommend just paying for the fight and watching it at home or finding somewhere else to watch it... The cost of pay-per-view is worth avoiding this place. read more

The problem I had was with the guy who changes the channels. Took 40 minutes for them to put on the game of the week. Then when they found it, put it on 2 tvs while other tvs weren't even playing a game. This is all on a Sunday. Need training on how to change channels. I had to call a different bww to tell them what channel it was on. Very poor service, server was arguing the bill. The food is the same, the service was disappointing. read more

Just like everyone else has said here the service was crappy. I have never had to ask a waitress for every single thing from refills to our full order to the bill. Hostess was fine, but it took three of them to see where there was an open table. Floor full of food, ice, and whatever else had been thrown there and not picked up over the night. Food like usual at BWW is always good, but when the service and cleanliness is so bad, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. I should have just figured the bathroom was going to be as unclean as the rest of the place, piss all over on the floor underneath both urinals, and paper towels everywhere. There seems to be a lot local wing places to go to, that probably have some resemblance of customer service that I would go to before coming back here again. If I was going to come back to this location I would probably skip the in house and get a to go order. The funniest thing from our night at BWW, we had ordered a basket of buffalo chips, and when they came the basket was only half full, let the waitress know it was only half full and usually when you get a basket its full, she asked if I would like to order another order, I told her no, I would like the rest of the order I already ordered, no clue there at all! read more

The restaurant was not crowded for Sunday lunch - maybe 30% full. My family and I were seated in a timely manner but we couldn't get waited on. There were three employees at the server's desk talking a lot, cutting up and having a good time. Other tables were getting attention but it was if my family was invisible. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we got up to leave. The manager thanked us for our business but my wife then told him we hadn't received any attention. He asked us to stay. They got a waiter to us right away. We weren't part of his normal rotation, but we appreciated them getting us served. He apologized to us multiple times. The manager brought us chips & salsa. The waiter was trying hard, but he forgot some requested condiments and didn't offer to get us drink refills - we had to ask. In addition, they brought our food with one exception - my son had to wait another 10 minutes on his wings. The chicken tenders were average at best. I don't really fault the waiter - like I said, he was trying. But the overall experience was not good. I do not plan to return. read more
